Abstract

Character education plays an important role in the formation of an individual's personality with integrity. This study aims to explore the implementation of character education in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning in Islamic boarding schools and its impact on student character development. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. This research was conducted at Lubbul Labib Islamic Boarding School located in Probolinggo Regency. The study participants consisted of PAI teachers and students involved in PAI learning at the Islamic boarding school. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation analysis. The results showed that character education in PAI learning in Islamic boarding schools was carried out through various strategies and methods involving Islamic religious values as the main foundation. This research makes an important contribution to the development of character education in Islamic boarding schools and provides insight into the importance of character education in PAI learning. The implications of this study can be used as a guideline for other Islamic boarding schools in improving the effectiveness of character education in PAI learning.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) can be the backbone of a country's economy, because their form of business can revive a declining economy. The method used is to conduct a survey to determine the condition of needs of MSME actors in Salama, Na'e District, then analyze problems that occur among MSMEs and determining programs to overcome existing problems. From the analysis that has been determined, the solution that can be implemented is to provide socialization and assistance in creating NIBs through OSS for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. The assistance activity in creating Business Identification Numbers (NIB) for MSMEs in the Salama area, Na'e sub-district, Bima city, succeeded in increasing business actors' understanding of the importance of business legality. Of the MSMEs in Nae Village, especially the Salama Ward, it was recorded that 20 had succeeded in having NIBs where making NIBs through the OSS system can be done easily and quickly. This mentoring activity provides wider access to government assistance and capital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan antara disiplin kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Lebak Banten. Metode yang digunakan adalah asosiatif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 50 orang dan sampel yang digunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, analisis deskriptif, uji regresi, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan siginfikan antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai ditunjukkan dengan hasil nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (7,467 > 2,010), maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Persamaan regresi sebesar Y= 15,678 + 0,843 X1. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,733, artinya kedua variabel memiliki hubungan yang kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 53,7% sisanya 46,3%, dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh penulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan siginfikan antara motivasi motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai ditunjukkan dengan hasil nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (7,542 > 2,010), maka H0 ditolak dan H2 diterima. Persamaan regresi sebesar Y= 17,703 + 0,804 X2. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,736, artinya kedua variabel memiliki hubungan yang kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 54,2% sisanya 55,8%, dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh penulis. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara disiplin dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan persamaan regresi Y = 12,123 + 0,471 X1 + 0,463 X2. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,782, artinya seluruh variabel ini memiliki hubungan yang kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 61,2% sisanya 38,8% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh penulis. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (37,079 > 3,20), maka H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima, artinya secara simultan disiplin kerja dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Lebak Banten
