Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Dharma Pratama Sejati Jakarta Selatan.Metode penelitian ini adalah asosiatif kuantitatif Cara penarikan sampelnya adalah menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu berjumlah 60 responden.Hasil perhitungan diperoleh pengaruh hubungan antara variabel kepemimpinan dengan variabel kompensasi di PT. Dharma Pratama Sejati adalah sebesar 0,632 yang termasuk dalam kategori kuat karena berada pada rentang 0,60 – 0,799. Hubungan antara variabel kompensasi dengan variabel kinerja adalah sebesar 0,802 dan termasuk dalam kategori sangat kuat karena berada pada rentang 0,80 – 1,000 dengan kekuatan hubungan sebesar (0,802)2 x 100% = 64,32%. Hubungan variabel bebas secara simultan dengan variabel terikat (variabel kepemimpinan dan kompensasi dengan variabel kinerja) adalah sebesar 0,835 dan termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat kuat dengan kekuatan hubungan sebesar (0,835)2 x 100% = 69,72%, nilai thitung untuk variabel kepemimpinan adalah sebesar 7,196; artinya thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (7,196 > 2,002) maka H1 diterima. Dengan demikian variabel X1 mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Y, nilai thitung untuk variabel kompensasi adalah sebesar 10,220; artinya thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (10,220 > 2,002) maka H2 diterima. Dengan demikian variabel X2 mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Y, nilai signifikansi untuk kedua variabel bebas sebesar 0,000 adalah lebih kecil dari 0,05 dan Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel (65,500 > 3,18), maka H3 diterima. Dengan demikian variabel X1 dan X2 secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Y.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the simultaneous influence of discipline and motivation on employee performance at PT Home Center Indonesia QBIG BSD Tangerang Branch. The method used is quantitative associative The research population was 101 people who were calculated using the Slovin formula. The data analysis techniques used are instrument testing, classical assumption testing, descriptive analysis, regression testing, correlation coefficient testing, coefficient of determination testing and hypothesis testing. The research results show that the discipline variable partially influences employee performance variables by 69.8%, while the remaining 30.2% is influenced by other variables not studied. Motivation partially influences employee performance by 30.4%, while the remaining 69.6% is influenced by other variables not studied. Discipline and motivation simultaneously influence employee performance variables by 73.1%, while the remaining 26.9% is influenced by other variables not studied. The research results of the multiple linear regression equation Y = 5.086 + 0.635 X1 + 0.241 X2. This means that employee performance, even without the influence of discipline and motivation, already has an influence of 8.429. Simultaneously, discipline and motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, this is proven by the calculated F value > F table, namely (133.079 > 3.09) with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, so H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning it can be concluded that positive and significant influence between discipline and motivation on employee performance simultaneously at PT Home Center Indonesia QBIG BSD Tangerang Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of discipline and physical work environment on employee performance at J&T Express Drop Center 21 Depok. The method used is quantitative associative. The study population was 62 people and all of them were sampled in this study. The data analysis techniques used in this study are instrument test, classical assumption test, regression test, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the value of t count> t table (5.424> 2.000) and reinforced by the sig value <0.05 (0.000 <0.05) so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so there is a positive and significant influence between discipline on employee performance. The physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the value of t count> t table (3.033> 2.000) and strengthened by the sig value <0.05 (0.004 <0.05) so that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, Then there is a positive and significant influence between the physical work environment on employee performance discipline and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by t count> t table (144.224> 3.15) and strengthened by sig value <0.05 (0.00 <0.05, there is a positive and significant influence between discipline and physical work environment simultaneously on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the simultaneous influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Grindak Artha Prima, South Tangerang. The method used is quantitative associative. The research population was 60 people and all of them were the sample in this study. The data analysis techniques used are instrument testing, classical assumption testing, descriptive analysis, egression testing, correlation coefficient testing, coefficient of determination testing and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that motivation partially influences employee performance by 42,4%, while 57,6% is influenced by other variables that were not studied. Work discipline partially influences employee performance by 60,3%, while 39,7% is influenced by other variables not studied. Motivation and work discipline simultaneously influence employee performance by 66.9%, while 33,1% are influenced by other variables not studied. The results of the research show the multiple linear regression equation Y = 4,430 + 0,299 X1 + 0,617 Simultaneously, motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is proven by the calculated F value > F table, namely (57,620 > 3,16) with a significance of 0,000 < 0,05, so H0 is rejected. H3 is accepted, meaning there is a significant influence. positive and significant relationship between motivation and work discipline on employee performance simultaneously at PT. Grindak Artha Prima, South Tangerang.

Method used is associative quantitative . Population study as many as 60 people in total become sample in study This . Research result show that motivation and discipline Work in a way Partial influential to performance employee amounted to 37.6% whereas the remaining 62.4% is influenced by other variables that are not researched . Discipline Work in a way Partial influential to performance employee amounted to 63.1% whereas the remaining 36.9% is influenced by other variables that are not researched . Motivation and discipline Work in a way simultaneous influential to performance employee amounted to 70.5% whereas the remaining 29.5% is influenced by other variables that are not researched . Research result show equality multiple linear regression Y = 2.775 + 0.284 X1 + 0.641 Simultaneously motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is proven by the calculated F value > F table, namely (68.272 > 3.16) with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, so H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning there is an influence positive and significant relationship between motivation and work discipline on employee performance simultaneously at CV Sukses Bersama Stationery, North Jakarta.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at PT. Valbury Asia Futures (VAF) Kuningan, South Jakarta. To determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT. Valbury Asia Futures (VAF) Kuningan, South Jakarta. To determine the influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Valbury Asia Futures (VAF) Kuningan, South Jakarta. This type of research is quantitative. The data analysis techniques used in this research are instrument testing, classical assumption testing, regression testing, correlation coefficient testing, coefficient of determination testing and hypothesis testing. The population in this study were employees at PT. Valbury Asia Futures (VAF) had 73 employees and the sample used was 73 respondents. The results of the research show that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is proven by the tcount > ttable (8.002 > 1.994) and the sig value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, there is a positive influence and significant relationship between motivation and employee performance. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is proven by the value of t count > t table (5.229 > 1.994) and the sig value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) so that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline on employee performance. Motivation and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is proven by F count > F table (35.100 > 3.13) and sig value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), there is a positive and significant influence between motivation and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance. The coefficient of determination R Square of 0.501 states that the variables motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) have a contribution of 50.1% to employee performance (Y) and the remaining 49.9% influences other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and physical work environment on employee performance at CV Kembar Jaya Parung both partially and simultaneously on the processing of empirical data from the dissemination of questionnaires that have been carried out. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using a sample determination technique of 75 respondents. In this study, data analysis techniques are used in the form of: validity testing, reality testing, normality testing, classical assumption testing, quantitative testing and hypothesis testing. It can be known that the result of the multiple linear regression equation obtained between Y = 7.537 + 0.382 (X1) + 0.357 (X2). This is evidenced by the results of hypothesis tests based on the simultaneous obtained F value calculated > F table or (80.684 > 3.120), this is also strengthened by the significance of < 0.050 or (0.000 < 0.050). The results of the determination coefficient test of the leadership style variable (X1) and the physical work environment (X2) had an influence of 69.1 % on the performance of CV Kembar Jaya Parung. Thus, H0 rejected H3 accepted can be interpreted that there is a simultaneous significant influence between leadership style (X1), physical work environment (X2) and employee performance (Y)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect between training variables on employee performance, to determine the effect of work discipline variables on employee performance and to determine the effect of training variables and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance at PT Mina Abadi Mekanika Kebayoran Baru South Jakarta. The sample used is a saturated sample technique totaling 60 employees. Data collection techniques through primary and secondary data. The method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The results showed that Training (X1) is zero or does not increase, then Employee Performance (Y) will Keywords: Training, Work Discipline, Employee Performance remain at 6,130. The regression coefficient is 0.413, which shows a unidirectional effect, meaning that every one-unit increase in the training variable will increase performance by 0.413. The t test has a calculated t value of 2.012 and a 5% distribution table value of 2.002, then t count 2.012> t table 2.002 with a sig level. <0.05, namely 0.000. Work Discipline (X2) is zero or does not increase, then Employee Performance (Y) will remain at 8.141. The regression coefficient is 0.805, which shows a unidirectional effect, meaning that every increase in Work Discipline by one unit will increase performance by 0.805. The t test has a t value of 10.587 and a 5% distribution table value of 2.002, then t count 10.587> t table 2.002 with a sig level. <0.05 which is 0.000

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Pamulang District Office, South Tangerang City. The method used is quantitative associative. The research population was 53 people and using a saturated sample or the entire existing population as a sample in this study. The data analysis technique used is instrument test, classical assumption test, descriptive analysis, regression test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis test. The research results show that work discipline partially affects employee performance by 50,5%  while the remaining 49,5% is influenced by other variables not examined. Motivation partially affects employee performance by 37,2% while the remaining  62,8% is influenced by other variables not examined. Work discipline and Motivation simultaneously affect employee performance by 42,8% while the remaining 47,2% are influenced by other variables not examined. The results showed that the multiple linear regression equation Y = 12,592 + 0,468 X1 + 0,212 X2 means that employee performance even without the influence of work motivation and job satisfaction already has an effect of 12,592. Simultaneously, work discipline and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the value of F count > F table, namely (27,971 > 3,18) with a significance of 0.001 <0.05, so H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance simultaneously at the Youth and Sports Department Office of South Tangerang City

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan keselamatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV Award Production Pondok Betung, Tangerang Selatan. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh adanya temuan penurunan tanggung jawab dan inisiatif karyawan, serta kondisi lingkungan kerja yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh populasi sebanyak 55 karyawan dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan berganda, serta uji t dan uji F melalui SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja fisik (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), dengan nilai t hitung 4,741 > t tabel 2,006 dan nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05. Kontribusinya terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 29,8% (R² = 0,298). Variabel keselamatan kerja (X2) juga berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial, dengan nilai t hitung 8,521 > t tabel 2,006 dan signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05, serta kontribusi sebesar 57,8% (R² = 0,578). Secara simultan, kedua variabel X1 dan X2 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai F hitung 36,545 > F tabel 3,18 dan signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05. Nilai koefisien determinasi simultan sebesar 58,4% (R² = 0,584), menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja fisik dan keselamatan kerja secara bersama-sama menjelaskan variasi kinerja karyawan sebesar 58,4%, sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Kesimpulannya, baik lingkungan kerja fisik maupun keselamatan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, terhadap kinerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan kondisi fisik lingkungan kerja dan penerapan keselamatan kerja yang optimal sangat penting dalam meningkatkan performa kerja karyawan
