Abstract

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).An intercropping farming system of soybean and maize was studied to determine to what extent effects of the system on growth, yield, income and land use efficiency. This study was conducted at Usaha Baru farmer’s group in Nggembe Village, District of Bolo, Bima Regency in 2019. The study was conducted in 1 ha land where 3 treatments were applied, namely soybean monoculture, intercropping of soybean and  maize and maize monoculture. Plant spacing of 40x10 cm of Dena 1 variety of soybean at monoculture cropping pattern was applied. Intercropping pattern of soybean and maize with a ratio of 50%: 50%, with spacing of 20x30 cm and 40x35 cm, respectively. Monoculture of maize with plant spacing of 70x20 cm of Nasa-29 variety was applied. The parameters observed were agronomic performance, yield performance, data of farming input and output as well as land equality ratio (LER) and competitive ratio (CR) values. The results showed that the agronomic performance of the intercropping of soybean and maize was significantly different from monoculture. The yield performance showed a significant difference between the intercropping of soybean maize and monoculture system. The LER and CR value were 1.67 and 0.90 respectively. However, the income level of the intercropping system was higher than the monoculture of soybean and maize which is shown in the profit value of the intercropping was  Rp. 15,350,260 and R/C 2.57 and B/C 1,57.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan media sosial dan pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian Kopi Janji Jiwa di Kota Bima. Instrument pada penelitian ini berupa angket atau kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 50 orang responden pembeli Kopi Janji Jiwa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, kuesioner atau angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi, uji T dan uji F dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil pengujian diketahui bahwa variabel media sosial dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 5,713, sedangkan variabel pelayanan nilai t hitung sebesar 0,845 yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel media sosial dengan Ha di terima dan variabel pelayanan dengan Ho di terima. Nilai uji f didapatkan sebesar 41,759 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha di terima atau variabel media sosial dan pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Kopi Janji Jiwa di Kota Bima.

Abstract

Not only does the manufacturing industry dominate economic activity throughout the world, but the service industry also plays an important role. One of the logistics companies that is considered the most favorite used by consumers is J & T Express. (Aprisia & Mayliza, 2017) defines service quality as a measure of how well the level of service provided meets customer expectations.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan UMKM secara umum diarahkan untuk mendukung upaya penanggulangan kemiskinan dan kesenjangan, memberikan kontribusi dalam peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat berpendapatan rendah, menciptakan kesempatan kerja guna mengurangi tingkat pengangguran. Tujuan dari pembinaan wirausaha ini bukan untuk mengarahkan masyakat untuk menjadi pelaku usaha tetapi ditekankan kepada bagaimana masyarakat pada umumnya dan pelaku UMKM pada khususnya dapat melihat peluang usaha dengan memanfaatkan segala potensi yang dimiliki oleh dirinya dan lingkungan disekitarnya. Pembinaan usaha dilakukan dengan memberikan materi produksi atau pembuatan jajanan bolu dari Ampas Tahu. Pelatihan ini diberikan sebanyak satu kali tatap muka. Dalam pertemuan ini langsung didemontrasikan cara pembuatan jajan bolu dari Ampas Tahu. Hasil akhir dari pendampingan ini adalah adanya kerjasama yang baik antara pelaksana kegiatan pengabdian dengan UMKM Lewirato¸ minat sungguh - sungguh ditunjukkan dengan semangat untuk mengikuti penyampaian materi selama kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan serta Pelaku UKM memperoleh strategi pemasaran yang lebih tepat agar produk yang dijual diminati masyarakat dan dikenal oleh masyrakat secara luas.

Abstract

Product innovation is one way for UMKM to win the competition. Skin care is the most sought after product lately. Therefore, the innovation of skin care facial masks from starfruit is the choice of the fostered UMKM. This UMKM development was carried out in South Rabangodu Subdistrict in the UMKM group. The implementation method is by introducing innovation, producing face masks using abundant local materials in locations, then marketing them through online social media and offline sales. The innovation of using starfruit to make organic facial masks is quite popular with the public. Promotion via online and offline social media supports accelerated product development and adoption. The innovation of the starfruit mask has become a new business option for UMKM in the South Rabangodu Region

Abstract

This seaweed management activity as a regional specialty was carried out during the MBKM KKN-T activity for the Creative Business Planning (PBUK) course in Panda Village. The aim of this service activity is to help create product innovations from local potential to help increase the income of the Panda Village community. Seeing the existing opportunities, we conducted training in making attractive packaging with the aim of helping develop regional potential. Elements that influence product sales such as product quality, service, marketing and packaging also support each other. So, it is not certain that if the product is of good quality there will be many people interested, unless the consumer really needs it.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of discount programs on consumer purchase decisions at Alfamart Panda Branch, Bima Regency. The research method used is quantitative with data collection through questionnaires distributed to Alfamart consumers. The results of the study show that discount programs have a significant influence on consumer purchase decisions. The discounts offered by Alfamart have managed to attract consumers' attention and increase the intensity of purchases. These findings have practical implications for retail managers in designing effective marketing strategies to increase sales.

Abstract

Stunting is a significant nutritional problem in Indonesia, with long-term impacts on children's health and development. This research aims to explore the effectiveness of outreach on stunting prevention through the MBKM Thematic Real Work Lecture (KKNT) humanitarian project implemented in Na'e Village, Salama, Bima City. The method used is a participatory approach, involving local communities in various educational and outreach activities using leaflets regarding the importance of balanced nutrition, good parenting patterns, and access to health services. The results of the activity show an increase in public knowledge about stunting and steps to prevent it. This project not only supports the Independent Learning-Free Campus Program (MBKM) but also strengthens collaboration between students, the community and the local government. The conclusion from this activity is the need for continued education programs to ensure positive behavioral changes in preventing stunting in the area.
