Abstract

Desa Kertomulyo Kecamatan Trangkil Kabupaten Pati sangat berpotensi dan kaya akan sumber daya alam yang dibuktikan dengan semakin berkembangnya pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang mayoritas berbentuk home industry di wilayah tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan guna memberikan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan pendampingan mengenai pentingnya sertifikasi halal. Dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan daya saing bagi pelaku home industry di Desa Kertomulyo. Kegiatan penyuluhan dilakukan melalui tahap pengidentifikasi masalah home industry yang ada di Desa Kertomulyo melalui kepala desa dan warga sekitar, kemudian dilajutkan tahap selanjutnya yaitu memberikan sosialisasi pentingnya sertifikasi halal sampai dengan pendampingan pendaftaran sertifikasi jaminan produk halal secara online pada kelompok home industry di Desa Kertomulnyo, dan untuk tahap terakhir setelah dijamin dengan sertifikasi halal. Dengan adanya pendampingan dan proses pendaftaran sertifikasi halal ini, dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan terhadap konsumen akan tingkat kehalalan sebuah produk sehingga produk bisa diberikan label yang menarik dan juga dipasarkan secara online maupun offline atau dapat melalui e-commerce. Education and Sustainable Assistance for Home Industry Halal Certification in Kertomulyo Village Abstract: Kertomulyo Village, Trangkil District, Pati Regency has great potential and is rich in natural resources as evidenced by the growing number of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), the majority of which are in the form of home industries in the region. This community service activity is carried out to provide knowledge, understanding and assistance regarding the importance of halal certification. With this community service activity, it is hoped that it can increase productivity and competitiveness for home industry players in Kertomulyo Village. Extension activities are carried out through the stage of identifying home industry problems in Kertomulyo Village through the village head and local residents, then the next stage is to provide socialization on the importance of halal certification to assistance in registering online halal product guarantee certification in home industry groups in Kertomulnyo Village, and for the last stage after being guaranteed with halal certification. With this assistance and halal certification registration process, it can increase consumer confidence in the level of halalness of a product so that products can be given attractive labels and also marketed online and offline or through e-commerce.

Abstract

MSMEs play an important role in the village economy, but many business actors still face obstacles in managing finances and marketing their products effectively. This community service aims to improve the understanding and skills of MSME actors in Kertomulyo Village, Trangkil District, Pati Regency in terms of financial management and marketing strategies. This training is carried out through an easy-to-understand approach, including simple financial recording, business capital management, and digital marketing strategies using social media. Participants are trained to record income and expenses systematically so that they can better understand the financial condition of their business. In addition, they are also taught how to promote products online in order to reach a wider market. The results of this activity show an increase in the participants' understanding and skills in managing finances and implementing more effective marketing techniques. With this training, it is hoped that MSMEs in Kertomulyo Village can develop more rapidly, increase competitiveness, and expand their marketing networks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan pada UMKM di Desa Kertomulyo serta mengevaluasi efektivitas pelatihan keuangan dalam memperkuat hubungan tersebut. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 20 responden yang dipilih sebagai representasi pelaku usaha. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mencakup data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara dan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pemilik atau pelaku usaha, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari berbagai sumber literatur dan internet. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik regresi berganda untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh variabel yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap inklusi keuangan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan peningkatan tingkat literasi keuangan yang sejalan dengan meningkatnya inklusi keuangan di kalangan UMKM Desa Kertomulyo. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa para pelaku usaha di desa tersebut mulai memiliki kesadaran yang lebih baik dalam mengelola keuangan mereka. Selain itu, pelatihan keuangan terbukti dapat memperkuat hubungan antara literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan. Dengan adanya pelatihan yang intensif, pemahaman para pelaku usaha terhadap pentingnya perencanaan dan pengelolaan keuangan meningkat, sehingga mendukung keberlanjutan dan pertumbuhan usaha mereka.

Abstract

Competition between brands and products is very intense, forcing companies to not only survive but also continue to grow. Companies need to focus on important things, such as maintaining existing customers and actively attracting potential customers. The goal is that customers do not switch to competitors and remain loyal to the company. Noodles have become a trendy menu that is modified and varied in terms of products and how they are processed. This type of modern noodle processing is in great demand by business actors, including in Pati City. This study uses the convenience sampling method rather than nonprobability sampling because the population is large and not yet known for certain. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the variables Product (X1), Promotion (X2), Price (X3), Place (X4), People (X5), Process (X6), and Physical Evidence (X7) have an influence on the purchasing decisions of gacoan noodle consumers in Pati City (Y). The results of multiple regression analysis show that there is a correlation of 0.798 between the purchasing decisions of gacoan noodle consumers and product, price, promotion, place, people, process, physical evidence. The correlation value is R2 0.636. The results of the study showed that the variables product, price, promotion, place, people, process, physical evidence gave a positive influence of 63.6% on the purchasing decision of consumers of mie gacoan; other factors that have not been studied gave an influence of 36.4%. Keywords: product, price, promotion, place, people, process, physical evidence
