Abstract

One of the Minimum Service Standards for hospital pharmacy is waiting time. Waiting time for drug service is the time from the patient submitting the prescription to receiving the drug. This study aims to analyze the accuracy of waiting time for non-recipe prescription services for BPJS patients at RSHB Pharmacy Batam City in accordance with Kepmenkes Number 129 / Menkes / SK / II / 2008 and determine the factors that cause the length of a prescription service process. This study used purposive sampling method for BPJS patients at RSHB Batam City. This research concludes with a sample size of 187 non-recipe prescriptions. The conclusion of this study is that the average prescription service time is 49.11 minutes, which means that the Batam City RSHB Pharmacy has not met the Minimum Hospital Service Standards

Abstract

Financial failure nowadays often occurs among students due to a lack of attention to their financial condition and financial management.Therefore, students as intellectuals at least have good financial knowledge so they can implement good financial behavior. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of financial knowledge and financial experience on the financial behavior of students in Palopo City. The number of samples in this study was 81 students using a disproportionate cluster random sampling technique. The analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression, with validity and reliability test stages, classical assumption test, t test, f test and coefficient of determination test. The research result show that financial knowledge has no influence on financial behavior and financial experience has an influence on financial behavior. Simultaneously, both variables jointly influence financial behavior.
