Abstract

Tingginya prevalensi Diabetes Mellitus (DM) menunjukkan bahwa DM adalah masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang serius dan dapat menyebabkan komplikasi jika tidak ditangani dengan baik. Pasien memerlukan dukungan dari anggota keluarga lain dalam perjalanan penyakitnya. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien, peran family caregiver dalam merawat kaki diabetik sangat penting. Pemberdayaan pasien dan family caregiver ini adalah bagian dari Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi, yaitu penerapan hasil penelitian dalam bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Perawat, sebagai bagian dari tim kesehatan, berperan dalam memberikan edukasi kesehatan dan membimbing penderita DM untuk merawat kaki secara mandiri sebagai bentuk pencegahan komplikasi. Penyuluhan kesehatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan pasien dan family caregiver tentang perawatan kaki diabetik. Metode yang digunakan adalah evaluasi pretest dan posttest pada pasien dan family caregiver. Kegiatan inti meliputi pemberian materi tentang perawatan kaki diabetik menggunakan media audiovisual dan poster. Terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan pasien dan family caregiver sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan, dengan rata-rata nilai sebelum penyuluhan sebesar 67,03 meningkat menjadi 82,70 setelah penyuluhan, dengan peningkatan rata-rata 15,67 poin.

Abstract

Latar BelakangPostpartum Blues dapat berpengaruh negative terhadap ibu dan bayinya sehingga perlu penatalaksanaan non farmakologi terapi tertawa karena tertawa dapat mengeluarkan hormone endofrin sehingga ibu menjadi rileks.Tujuan: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengetahui penurunan kejadian postpartum blues.Metode:penelitian menggunakan rancangan kuantitatif Quasi eksperiment dengan desain Time series, sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 20 responden dari wilayah kerja Puskesmas simpang empat Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu, teknik sampling Purvosive Sampling. Intervensi diberikan selama 5 kali dengan  instrumen yang digunakan dengan kuesioner EPDS.Hasil: penelitian diperoleh bahwa rata-rata sebelum terapi tertawa seluruhnya mengalami depresi postpartum namun setelah dilakukan terapi tertawa yang ketiga, keempat dan kelima sebagian besar mengalami anxiety . Hasil uji analisis Wilcoxon  pada pemberian intervensi pertama didapatkan nilai p-value p-value 0.000(0,05), pada pemberian intervensi kedua didapatkan nilai p-value 0.000(0,05), pada pemberian intervensi ketiga didapatkan nilai p-value p-value 0.002(0,05), pada pemberian intervensi keempat didapatkan nilai p-value p-value 0.000(0,05) dan pada pemberian intervensi kelima didapatkan nilai  p-value 0.000(0,05) dan pada hasil uji analisa kruskal wallis didapatkan nilai p-value 0.000(0,05)  yang artinya H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima.Kesimpulan: ada pengaruh terapi tertawa terhadap penurunan postpartum blues. Disarankan kepada para tenaga kesehatan agar dapat dijadikan prosedur  pemberian tindakan pencegahan khusunya untuk ibu yang mengalami postpartum blues. Background: Postpartum Blues can negatively affect the mother and her baby so that non-pharmacological management of laughter therapy is needed because laughter can release endofrin hormone so that the mother becomes relaxed.Purpose: This study aims to determine the decrease in the incidence of postpartum blues.Method: the study used a quantitative quasi-experiment design with a time series design, the sample used was 20 respondents from the working area of Puskesmas Simpang Empat, Tanah Bumbu Regency, Purvosive Sampling technique. The intervention was given for 5 times with the instrument used with the EPDS questionnaire.Results: the research obtained that on average before laughing therapy all experienced postpartum depression but after the third, fourth and fifth laughing therapy most experienced anxiety. The results of the Wilcoxon analysis test on the provision of the first intervention obtained a p-value of 0.000 (0.05), on the provision of the second intervention obtained a p-value of 0.000 (0.05), on the provision of the third intervention obtained a p-value of 0. 002 (0.05), in the provision of the fourth intervention obtained a p-value p-value of 0.000 (0.05) and in the provision of the fifth intervention obtained a p-value of 0.000 (0.05) and in the results of the Kruskal Wallis analysis test obtained a p-value of 0.000 (0.05) which means H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.Conclusion: there is an effect of laughter therapy on reducing postpartum blues. It is suggested to health workers that it can be used as a procedure for providing preventive measures especially for mothers who experience postpartum blues.

Abstract

The Indonesian government mandated PMK 24 of 2022 concerning Medical Records as a challenge for health service facilities in Indonesia to develop Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Risk management plays an important role in every stage of the system development life cycle (SDLC). Risk assessment is the first stage in the risk management method. This research aims to explore risks in RME development in an effort to determine risk mitigation for RME development in the SDLC framework. The results of this research show the identification of risks based on hardware, software, vulnerability to technological change, vulnerability to instability in technology supply, project failure,regulatory and compliance impact. These categories of risks are outlined in the SDLC framework including the initiation, development, implementation, maintenance and disposal phases. Next, probability and impact measurements are carried out, to analyze the level of risk with low, medium and high determinants. The existence of this risk level makes it easier for stakeholders to identify appropriate controls to reduce or eliminate risks during the risk mitigation process. The output of this research is presented in the form of a risk register. The conclusion of this research shows that risks in high determinants require mitigation efforts from the aspects of regulations, infrastructure and human resources.

Abstract

Backgroud: digital literacy competencies. Health professional education that prepares prospective health professionals is obliged to prepare prospective graduates to be able to improve their skills and be responsible in using health information technology. Health professional education has not been able to provide support for creating digital literacy in the education environment. Service objectives: Increase digital literacy competency with material that focuses on search strategies with journal information, maintaining confidentiality of patient data and ethics in using information technology. Method: This service was carried out offline at SMK Kesdam IV/Diponegoro Magelang involving 45 students consisting of 2 majors, namely nursing assistant and medical laboratory technology. The analysis used to assess the impact of training is quantitative descriptive by displaying frequency and percentage data. Providing digital literacy training to students at SMK Kesdam IV/Diponegoro as prospective health workers. Results: The digital literacy training given to students was able to significantly increase students' skills and knowledge related to digital literacy.

Abstract

Masa remaja merupakan fase transisi yang ditandai oleh berbagai perubahan fisik, psikologis, dan sosial yang membuat remaja rentan terhadap permasalahan kesehatan reproduksi, termasuk Triad KRR (seksualitas pranikah, HIV/AIDS, dan penyalahgunaan Napza). Salah satu penyebab utama permasalahan ini adalah kurangnya informasi dan edukasi yang diterima remaja. Oleh karena itu, Tim Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani Yogyakarta bekerjasama dengan HIMARMIKA melakukan sosialisasi terkait Triad KRR untuk meningkatkan literasi siswa. Tujuan kegiatan yaitu meningkatkan literasi dan pemahaman siswa terhadap bahaya Triad KRR sehingga dapat membentuk pionir generasi berencana masa depan yang lebih baik. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta dengan melibatkan siswa kelas VIII yang didampingi oleh guru BK dan wali kelas. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan pada kegiatan ini yaitu terdapat peningkatan    pemahaman siswa dalam pencegahan Triad KRR yang meliputi seks bebas, pernikahan dini dan penyalahgunaan Napza. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga meningkatkan minat siswa dan guru yang terlibat dalam kegiatan PKM untuk menindaklanjuti kegiatan ini dengan membentuk kader GenRe di sekolah.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Pandemi COVID-19 mengakibatkan perubahan perilaku pencarian kesehatan dan terbatasnya pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat di puskemas, terutama populasi risiko tinggi. Pendekatan digital memungkinkan layanan jarak jauh dengan menggunakan teknologi mobile sangat potensial meningkatkan akses pelayanan kesehatan di tingkat masyarakat. Portable Health Clinic (PHC) adalah layanan kesehatan keliling berbasis komunitas, dilengkapi telemonitoring dan telekonsultasi menggunakan perangkan medis portable dan aplikasi android.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai proses implementasi PHC dan mengevaluasi faktor-faktor yang menpengaruhi penerimaan.Metode: Wawancara mendalam dilakukan kepada 11 tenaga kesehatan dan kader. Dilaksanakan di 3 Puskesmas, Samigaluh II di Kabupaten Kulon Progo, Kalikotes di Kabupaten Klaten, dan Mlati II di Kabupaten Sleman. Wawancara dilakukan secara virtual antara bulan April-Mei 2022.Hasil: Terdapat sedikit perbedaan model pelaksanaan di antara tiga puskesmas yaitu secara kolektif berdasarkan jadwal Pos Binaan Terpadu (Posbindu) PTM dan kunjungan rumah. Temuan penelitian ini dikategorikan menjadi 7 tema penerimaan PHC: kendala teknis, kendala non teknis, persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahan, persepsi risiko, persepsi positif PHC, dan dukungan sosial.Kesimpulan: PHC dapat memperkuat pelayanan kesehatan yang sudah ada dengan menambah value added alat kesehatan portable dan sistem informasi untuk mendukung pemeriksaan secara lengkap dan konsultasi jarak jauh. Terlepas dari banyak manfaat tetapi Implementasi PHC masih banyak menemukan kendala baik dari segi teknologi, manusia, organisasi, dan legalitas.Kata kunci: Evaluasi Penerimaan, Pelayanan Kesehatan Berbasis komunitas, Portable Health Clinic.Background: Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in changes of health seeking behaviours and limited community health service programs at the Primary Health Center, especially of high risk populations. Digital approach that allows remote services using mobile technology is potential to be used to improve health access at the community level. Portable Health Clinic (PHC) is a community-based mobile health service, equipped with telemonitoring and teleconsultation using portable medical devices and android app.Objective: This study aims to assess the PHC implementation process and evaluate the factors that influence the acceptance.Methods: This qualitative study utilized in-depth online interviews with eleven health workers and community cadres from three Primary Health Centers in Sleman, Kulon Progo, and Klaten districts. This research conducted virtually between April and May 2022.Results: Primary Health Care (PHC) was operationalised in three Puskesmas through the utilisation of village health post schedules and home visitation programmes. The study identified seven themes pertaining to the acceptance of PHC: technical constraints, non-technical constraints, perceived usefulness, perceived convenience, perceived risk, favourable perceptions of PHC, and social support.Conclusion: The Primary Health Care (PHC) model contributes significantly to the advancement of health services by integrating portable medical devices and sophisticated information systems, thereby facilitating comprehensive clinical examinations and telemedicine consultations. Nonetheless, persistent challenges exist in relation to technological infrastructure, human resources, organisational frameworks, and legal considerations.Keywords: acceptance evaluation, community-based health services, portable health clinic

Abstract

Background: The online registration system at Nur Hidayah Hospital Bantul still finds problems related to application errors, there are problems when uploading KTPs for registering new patients, and at Nur Hidayah Hospital Bantul there has not been a satisfaction survey of users of the online-based outpatient registration system. Objectives: To determine the description of patient satisfaction using the online-based outpatient registration system using the EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction) method. Research method: this research is quantitative descriptive research using a cross-sectional approach. The tool used to collect primary data in this research was the EUCS questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 96 accidental sampling. Research Results: the results of the descriptive analysis showed that the majority of respondents were satisfied. The results of the univariate analysis regarding the satisfaction of patients using the online-based outpatient registration system have the majority of satisfaction index interpretation scores that fall into the range of 61-80% in the satisfied category. Conclusion: online registration has a high level of satisfaction in terms of Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use and Timeliness. The recommended suggestion is for developers to pay more attention to the format and reports produced by the online registration system so that they are easier to understand and comprehend.

Abstract

Background: Implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) still has many obstacles faced by hospitals. There is a need for a comprehensive EMR evaluation to identify specific problems so that they can be used as a basis for decision making aimed at improving EMR. Purpose: The aim of this research is to exploring barriers to EMR implementation using the Hot-Fit model at RST Tk.II dr. Soedjono Magelang. Method: This research was used the qualitative study type of research with a cross sectional approach. The selected informants were 7 people consisting of the head of the medical records unit, reporting officer, coding officer, registration officer, IT team leader, doctor and nurse and 1 informant as source triangulation, namely the head of medical services.  The data analysis approach uses thematic analysis and the reduction approach uses inductive. Result: This research found 9 themes related to barriers to implementing RME at RST Tk.II dr. Soedjono Magelang, namely officer performance, features and modules, data security, infrastructure, officer behavior, EMR data integration, ease of EMR, information accuracy, and developer/system developer response. Conclusion: There are still identified obstacles to EMR implementation from various aspects. The hospital has made improvements to date so that staff recruitment can increase.

Abstract

Background: The Budi Rahayu Regional General Hospital Magelang is a hospital that has only been established for 2 years, so information technology is needed that supports promotion and provides information related to service flow. Virtual Reality Tour has been considered as a very effective technology that is useful as a media for promotion and learning related to hospitals which is more interesting because it provides a real/immersive and interactive experience to users.Methods: Using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) with 6 stages of multimedia development (concept, design, material collection, assembly, testing, distribution). Results: This research produces a website-based virtual reality tour. After that, user experience testing was carried out with benchmark results in the good category and positive impression values.Conclusion: Virtual reality tour can be used as a media for promotion and education of service flow in hospitals. The user experience in using virtual reality tours is that users feel they are in their original/immersive environment, can explore navigation freely so as to create interactive, practical learning, and create a feeling of security and comfort.Keywords: virtual reality tour, multimedia development life cycle, promotion of hospital service flow
