Abstract

The An-Nahdiyah method is one of the learning methods of reading the Qur'an that emphasizes more on the suitability and regularity of reading using murotal beats or walkways. Al-Qur'an Education Park is a non-formal religious educational institution that teaches reading and writing the letters of the Qur'an to children from an early age, and instills akhlakul karimah contained in the Qur'an. This research is motivated by the many learning models or methods used at TPQ to make it easier for students to learn to read the Qur'an properly and correctly, so that each method has its own advantages and weaknesses in learning to read the Qur'an. One of the methods used in TPQ is the An-Nahdiyah method, the method is considered practical and lightweight for beginner learning. The problem that occurs here is that there are still students who cannot adjust the reading to the song used. Abstract

The management of BUMDes Mitra Sejahtera aims to act as a driving force for village-level local development. The management of Mitra Sejahtera BUMDes is based on potential needs, village capacity, increasing village community income with the aim of improving the community's economy based on cooperative, emancipatory and participatory principles from the community. The discussion of this research aims to analyze the SWOT method, challenges to the Mitra Sejahtera BUMDes manager, with the aim of being able to overcome all the problems that will later become obstacles to the glory of Mitra Sejahtera BUMDes by using the SWOT method. The research methodology used in this study is a qualitative approach, namely by interviewing the community, the head of the Mitra Sejahtera BUMDes, the village head. In order to find out the management carried out by the Mitra Sejahtera BUMDes which is used to improve the community's economy. This discussion gets The result is that Mitra Sejahtera BUMDes has many opportunities to improve the community's economy, has competent leaders and has good planning and management which is very necessary for the progress of Mitra Sejahtera BUMDes. the research that has been done is the application of swot analysis to the prosperous partner BUMDes management strategy in improving the community's economy. where people participate and cooperate with each other. In the management of BUMDes where HR is the determinant of the running of a Mitra Sejahtera BUMDes, it is necessary to provide education to the community and education to managing HR. With a SWOT analysis, it can make it easier and know where to study events and threats in the future, anticipate losses if an obstacle occurs and with this analysis it can be avoided and applied for the good and welfare of society and can help people in need

Abstract

The ease with which people can access information about a product has given rise to a new shopping system that can be done online. Then, this is used by companies to attract the interest of their potential consumers by utilizing social media as a part of digital marketing, this strategy is also called Social Media Marketing (SMM). One of the social media applications that is currently frequently used is the Tiktok and Instagram applications. The TikTok and Instagram application algorithms are different from other applications, making it easier for people to go viral and be recognized by many people. So, the term influencer emerged as someone who can have an influence on other people. To become a company that can be known to the wider public, a company must have a good brand image so that potential consumers can easily remember what products the brand produces. Referring to this, the question arises of the influence of social media marketing and influencer marketing on purchasing decisions for Deliwafa products in Gresik City. This research used quantitative research with 100 respondents who were followers of the Gresik City branch of the Deliwafa Instagram account who were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that social media marketing influences the decision to purchase Deliwafa products in Gresik City, the influencer marketing variabel also has a positive and significant influence on the decision to purchase Deliwafa products in Gresik City

Abstract

The existence of institutions from time to time is increasingly eroded by waves of 'levelling' in the name of accreditation. As an effort to defend his vision against the eroding of civilization, the author took the initiative to hold character education seminars at the Al-Ma'arif Foundation, Dusun Cumpleng, Brengkok Village, Brondong District. The goal to be achieved is the formation of students who have intact and balanced character between mind and heart, are intelligent, have good ethics, are physically and spiritually intelligent, have skills and morals, as well as cognitive, affective and psychomotor. In this service prepare the process a character education process and management that reflects management steps, implementation strategies, educational and educational HR readiness, indicators of program success, comprehensive program design containing content and contextual analysis of the educational process, program evaluation and monitoring techniques and policy formulation. . This assistance uses the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method, which is a research methodology that invites individuals and communities to actively participate by following activities in the same construction or facility with the knowledge they have. In its implementation there are several stages, namely analyzing the problem, compiling program planning, program implementation and program evaluation. Character education can be done early on in any institution or foundation. Character education is carried out and applied to Senior High School and Junior High School Al-Ma'arif students in Cumpleng Hamlet, Brengkok Village, Brondong District.

Abstract

Sidomukti Village, located in Bondong District, Lamongan Regency, is a tropical area with significant agricultural potential. One of the dominant types of agriculture in this village is salt farming. However, the salt harvest season often experiences price fluctuations due to changes in weather and variations in the quality of salt produced. This community service program aimed to address this issue by improving the quality of salt production. The research utilized the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, with data collected through interviews with local salt farmers. The seminar program conducted had three main objectives: (1) to increase the community's knowledge of producing high-quality salt, (2) to develop innovative community-based practices, and (3) to enhance the quality of local village resources. The program was carried out in three phases: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the seminar activities showed an increase in public awareness and knowledge related to quality salt production, which is expected to improve the selling value of the salt.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan bisnis yang pesat tentu akan dapat memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap perkembangan ekonomi baik secara nasional maupun internasional. Namun hal ini tidak bisa lepas dengan adanya  persaingan yang ketat diantara pengusaha yang ada. Oleh karena itu, para pengusaha dituntut untuk selalu menjaga kualitas produk disamping juga tidak boleh berhenti untuk melakukan inovasi. Artinya produk yang dipasarkan harus dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dan memberi kepuasan kepada masyarakat. Untuk dapat mewujudkan tujuan tersebut tentunya diperlukan strategi guna meningkatkan daya beli konsumen serta memiliki daya saing terhadap pengusaha lain yang memiliki klasifikasi produk yang sama. Persaingan dari setiap produk yang ditawarkan berdampak pada konsumen untuk membuka peluang dalam memilih varian produk yang berkualitas. Untuk menunjang minat calon konsumen dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian secara tepat, pilihan varian produk yang ditawarkan harus berkualitas dengan harga yang kompetitif. Konsumen secara leluasa dapat memilih produk sesuai dengan seleranya, kemampuan daya belinya, dan kualitas produk sesuai yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh perilaku konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian berdasarkan empat faktor yang didesain oleh Kotler dan Amstrong, yaitu faktor budaya, faktor sosial, faktor pribadi, dan faktor psikologi (2011:197). Desain pada penelitiuan ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menggunakan data berupa  angka dan analisis statistik untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian yang diajukan. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari jawaban responden pada kuesioner yang telah diberikan sebagai data primer pada penelitian ini. Adapun jumlah responden sebanyak 100 konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen (perilaku konsumen: budaya, sosial, pribadi, dan psikologi) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen (keputusan pembelian). Berdasarkan analisis hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel psikologi berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Pujasera Kranji Paciran Lamongan, yang ditunjukkan oleh indikator motivasi untuk memilih produk. Artinya konsumen melakukan pembelian di Pujasera bukan karena promosi yang disampaikan, melainkan karena kebutuhan terhadap produk dan manfaat yang telah dirasakan.
