Abstract

One of the most important components in improving education is employees, or people who work and are paid for their work. However, employee rights are often not fulfilled properly, leading to poor performance. will greatly affect the survival of the institution in the long run. Because the teachings of Islam want their people to work hard, so that they will obtain lawful results from their work, they are very concerned about the existence of workers. The purpose of this study is to see the understanding of the reward system, the purpose of rewarding, types of rewards, the reward system and factors that affect rewards. Abstract

This study aims to explain the Implementation of the Integration and Interconnection Approach of Interdisciplinary Science in Islamic Education Management Studies. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through library research which involves collecting information and data from various sources found in libraries such as reference books, research relevant previous studies, articles, related notes and including journals related to the topic to be completed. Abstract

This article discusses the application of the Independent Learning Policy Analysis to the Development of Technology and Information at Merdeka Campus. Merdeka Belajar Kampus (MBKM) is a newly established policy in Indonesia for higher education by utilising technological and information developments. This research uses the literature review method to extract information from primary and secondary data sources. The results showed that Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka is a policy of the Minister of Education and Culture which aims to encourage students to master various sciences to enter the world of work. The development of information technology makes it easy to communicate information exchange so that place, time and distance are no longer an obstacle. The rapid development of information technology cannot be separated from the development of computer techniques, learning media is not limited to letters and images but can be combined with gr aphics, animation, video, audio together so that this media is better known as multimedia. The positive effect of using the internet for education in building human resources in the world of education must be able to keep up with the development of science and technology applications. With the Independent Learning and Independent Campus Policy supported by the development of technology and information, it is hoped that it can encourage students to develop all their competencies, so that this can encourage the success of the education process in the education system in Indonesia. Abstract

This article discusses Madrasah-Based Management in the Perspective of Quality Management of Islamic Education at the Syech Ahmad Chatib Islamic Boarding School. This research is included in qualitative research because the method used by researchers is descriptive methods. Data was obtained through observation, interviews, personal documentation and other official documentation. The research results show that the curriculum used at the Tahfizhul Quran Syech Ahmad Chatib Islamic Boarding School is the Independent Curriculum. Tahfizhul Quran Syech Ahmad Chatib Islamic boarding school has implemented curriculum evaluation strategy procedures, namely, needs evaluation, input evaluation, process evaluation, product/output evaluation. The head of the madrasah as the highest executive leader at the Tahfizhul Quran Syech Ahmad Chatib Islamic Boarding School has the task of assisting the General Chair of the Foundation and Islamic Boarding School Leaders in the management of educational staff and teaching staff which includes planning and procurement of educational staff and educators, coaching and development, assessment and dismissal.
