Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of female labor to ginger farming in Mokobang Village, Modoinding Sub-district, South Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted for three months from May to July 2023. The location was determined purposively, the research was conducted in Mokobang Village, Modoinding Sub-district, South Minahasa Regency. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from direct interviews with farmers using a list of questions that had been prepared. Secondary data were obtained from relevant agencies, as well as other literature related to the research. The method used in sampling is by purposive sampling. Intentional sampling or purposive sampling based on criteria. Some of the farmer criteria taken such as red ginger farmers in Mokobang Village who employ female labor. The number of samples in this study was 15 respondents from a population of 105 farmers. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis. The contribution of female labor to red ginger farming in Mokobang Village is 51.98%. The contribution of female labor in red ginger farming is greater than male labor.

Abstract

This study aims to determine customer service satisfaction at the Encasa Café business in Malalayang Satu Timur Village, Malalayang District, Manado City. The research was conducted for 2 months from June to July 2023. The research place was held at Café Encasa which is located at Jalan Krida, Malalayang Satu Timur Village, Malalayang District, Manado City. The data collected in this study were obtained through primary data and secondary data. The sample was determined using accidental sampling technique as many as 30 respondents. The data analysis method used is descriptive data analysis, using Likert Scale measurements. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that customer satisfaction at Café Encasa in Malalayang Satu Timur Village, Manado City is 72.8% or consumers are in the satisfied category. The highest category in the catchability variable with a value of 80.9% with a very satisfied category, for the lowest category with a value of 66.2% with a satisfied category is in the reliability variable.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the socio-economic conditions of flower chrysanthemum farmers in Kakaskasen Two urban village, North Tomohon Sub-district, Tomohon City. This research was conducted from September to November 2023. The data collected in this study were primary data and secondary data. Sampling was done by simple random sampling method which is as many as 30 respondents. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis method. The results showed that the socio-economic conditions of chrysanthemum farmers in Kakaskasen Two urban village, North Tomohon Sub-district, Tomohon City, from social conditions are respondent farmers are able to build good relationships with their communities, namely religious associations, family, friends and the surrounding community. In economic conditions, the production of chrysanthemums provides a large profit for farmers. The division of social and economic time of respondent farmers is approximately 15.73 hours and 8.27 hours in a day.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the extent of profit received by the company from the sales of the Eufraino product at UD Makaaruien in Manado City within one production month. This research was conducted over two months, from June to July 2023, at UD Makaaruien in Malalayang District, Manado City. The research method used is a case study at UD Makaaruien in Manado City. Data collection was performed using primary data obtained directly through interviews with the owner of UD Makaaruien using a prepared questionnaire. The data collected in this study were analyzed using profit analysis, which involves calculating the difference between revenue and costs incurred. The collected data are presented in table form and explained descriptively. The results show that the Eufraino product business at UD Makaaruien in Malalayang District, Manado City, is profitable. UD Makaaruien incurred an average cost of IDR3,129,829 per production month, with an average revenue of IDR5,129,000 per production month, resulting in an average profit of IDR1,999,171.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the profits of the Goroho Manalagi Banana Chips business in Dendengan Dalam Village, Paal Dua District, Manado City. This research was carried out from June 2023 to August 2023. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from interviews and observations as well as documentation with business owners, while secondary data was obtained from literature studies in the form of literature, written sources or documents that have relevance to this research. The data analysis used is Total Revenue, Total Cost and Profit. The results of the study show that, the analysis of the profits of the Goroho Manalagi banana chips business for 5 days of production can be concluded that the cost of banana chip production is IDR 3.459.683,04 and the revenue is IDR 4,277,000.00 so that the profit obtained in one week is IDR 817.316,96.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan strategi pengembangan Objek Wisata Taman Pelangi di Kelurahan Kakaskasen Dua, Kota Tomohon, Sulawesi Utara. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan teknik purposive dan accidental sampling yang terdiri dari 24 pengunjung dan ditambah 6 informan dari instansi terkait, sehingga total responden sebanyak 30 orang. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis SWOT untuk merumuskan strategi dan evaluasi strategis menggunakan matriks QSPM. Hasil penelitian SWOT menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang paling tepat adalah strategi pertumbuhan agresif dengan fokus pada pengembangan daya tarik alam dan fasilitas pendukung. jadi, pengembangan Taman Pelangi berada dalam posisi yang sangat menguntungkan untuk memanfaatkan kekuatan dan peluang secara optimal. Berdasarkan hasil matriks QSPM menunjukkan bahwa strategi prioritas utama adalah pengembangan daya tarik alam dan fasilitas pendukung. Direkomendasikan agar pengelola fokus pada tiga strategi prioritas, yaitu memperkuat daya tarik alam dan fasilitas pendukung seperti, mengoptimalkan promosi digital, menambahkan daftar menu makanan, perluasan area parkir, memperbaiki akses jalan serta mitigasi risiko terkait status Gunung Lokon. Pelaksanaan strategi ini secara bertahap diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan dan daya saing Taman Pelangi secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana lahan pertanian di Kota Bitung mampu mencukupi kebutuhan konsumsi pangan jagung masyarakat, dengan menggunakan pendekatan perhitungan Indeks Daya Dukung Lahan (DDL). Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari BPS dan Dinas Ketahanan Pangan, mencakup luas panen, produktivitas, jumlah penduduk, dan tingkat konsumsi jagung dari tahun 2020 hingga 2024. Metode analisis dilakukan dengan membandingkan jumlah produksi jagung dengan kebutuhan fisik minimum masyarakat berdasarkan konsumsi per kapita per tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kota Bitung mengalami surplus pangan jagung (nilai DDL > 1) selama lima tahun terakhir. Nilai tertinggi terjadi pada tahun 2020, sedangkan nilai terendah tercatat pada tahun 2023 akibat menurunnya luas panen. Meskipun secara umum ketersediaan jagung mencukupi, fluktuasi data menunjukkan bahwa daya dukung lahan belum sepenuhnya stabil. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Kota Bitung masih memiliki kemampuan lahan pertanian yang cukup untuk menunjang kebutuhan pangan jagung masyarakat. Namun, untuk menjamin keberlanjutan, dibutuhkan strategi seperti perlindungan lahan pertanian, peningkatan produktivitas, dan optimalisasi indeks panen agar ketahanan pangan tetap terjaga di masa depan.
