Abstract

This research aims to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, and strategies in developing the Food House Area in West Tomohon District, Tomohon City. The research method is the research time from January to April 2023. The data used consists of primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from experts, decision-makers, and the public. Secondary data was obtained from related agencies: the Agriculture Service, Food Service, District Office, and Village Office. Sampling was carried out through purposive sampling consisting of 4 respondents, namely the Head of the Agriculture Service, the Head of the Subdistrict, Academics, and people who successfully utilized homestead land. The analysis used consists of Delphi analysis, hierarchy process analysis (AHP), SWOT analysis, and QSPM analysis. The research results show that the influencing factors based on the rating are Yard Land, Labor, Supporting Facilities, business capital, agricultural production facilities, production volume, organic farming, government assistance, product processing, agrarian product marketing, product selling prices pest attacks, and disease. Development strategy in quadrant One which means business expansion strategy. Based on the diversification strategy, the priority is increasing production and marketing. Keywords: area, food, sustainability, yard Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman serta strategi dalam pengembangan Kawasan Rumah Pangan di Kecamatan Tomohon Barat Kota Tomohon. Metode penelitian yaitu waktu penelitian pada Bulan Januari sampai April Tahun 2023. Data yang digunakan terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari para ahli, pengambil keputusan dan masyarakat. Data sekunder diperoleh dari instansi terkait yaitu Dinas Pertanian, Dinas pangan, Kantor Kecamatan dan Kantor Kelurahan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling yang terdiri dari 4 orang responden yaitu Kepala Dinas Pertanian, Kepala Kelurahan, Akademisi, masyarakat yg sukses dalam pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan. Analisis yang digunakan terdiri dari analisis Delphi, analisys hierarchy prosess (AHP), analisis SWOT dan analisis QSPM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh berdasarkan ratting yaitu Lahan Pekarangan, Tenaga Kerja, Fasilitas Penunjang, modal usaha, sarana produksi pertanian, jumlah produksi, pertanian organik, bantuan pemerintah, pengolahan hasil, pemasaran hasil pertanian, harga jual produk dan serangan hama dan penyakit. Srategi pengembangan pada kuadran Satu yang berarti strategi ekspansi usaha. Berdasarkan strategi diversifikasi maka yang menjadi prioritas yaitu peningkatan produksi dan pemasaran. Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of female labor to ginger farming in Mokobang Village, Modoinding Sub-district, South Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted for three months from May to July 2023. The location was determined purposively, the research was conducted in Mokobang Village, Modoinding Sub-district, South Minahasa Regency. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from direct interviews with farmers using a list of questions that had been prepared. Secondary data were obtained from relevant agencies, as well as other literature related to the research. The method used in sampling is by purposive sampling. Intentional sampling or purposive sampling based on criteria. Some of the farmer criteria taken such as red ginger farmers in Mokobang Village who employ female labor. The number of samples in this study was 15 respondents from a population of 105 farmers. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis. The contribution of female labor to red ginger farming in Mokobang Village is 51.98%. The contribution of female labor in red ginger farming is greater than male labor.

Abstract

This study aims to determine customer service satisfaction at the Encasa Café business in Malalayang Satu Timur Village, Malalayang District, Manado City. The research was conducted for 2 months from June to July 2023. The research place was held at Café Encasa which is located at Jalan Krida, Malalayang Satu Timur Village, Malalayang District, Manado City. The data collected in this study were obtained through primary data and secondary data. The sample was determined using accidental sampling technique as many as 30 respondents. The data analysis method used is descriptive data analysis, using Likert Scale measurements. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that customer satisfaction at Café Encasa in Malalayang Satu Timur Village, Manado City is 72.8% or consumers are in the satisfied category. The highest category in the catchability variable with a value of 80.9% with a very satisfied category, for the lowest category with a value of 66.2% with a satisfied category is in the reliability variable.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the socio-economic conditions of flower chrysanthemum farmers in Kakaskasen Two urban village, North Tomohon Sub-district, Tomohon City. This research was conducted from September to November 2023. The data collected in this study were primary data and secondary data. Sampling was done by simple random sampling method which is as many as 30 respondents. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis method. The results showed that the socio-economic conditions of chrysanthemum farmers in Kakaskasen Two urban village, North Tomohon Sub-district, Tomohon City, from social conditions are respondent farmers are able to build good relationships with their communities, namely religious associations, family, friends and the surrounding community. In economic conditions, the production of chrysanthemums provides a large profit for farmers. The division of social and economic time of respondent farmers is approximately 15.73 hours and 8.27 hours in a day.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the extent of profit received by the company from the sales of the Eufraino product at UD Makaaruien in Manado City within one production month. This research was conducted over two months, from June to July 2023, at UD Makaaruien in Malalayang District, Manado City. The research method used is a case study at UD Makaaruien in Manado City. Data collection was performed using primary data obtained directly through interviews with the owner of UD Makaaruien using a prepared questionnaire. The data collected in this study were analyzed using profit analysis, which involves calculating the difference between revenue and costs incurred. The collected data are presented in table form and explained descriptively. The results show that the Eufraino product business at UD Makaaruien in Malalayang District, Manado City, is profitable. UD Makaaruien incurred an average cost of IDR3,129,829 per production month, with an average revenue of IDR5,129,000 per production month, resulting in an average profit of IDR1,999,171.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the profits of the Goroho Manalagi Banana Chips business in Dendengan Dalam Village, Paal Dua District, Manado City. This research was carried out from June 2023 to August 2023. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from interviews and observations as well as documentation with business owners, while secondary data was obtained from literature studies in the form of literature, written sources or documents that have relevance to this research. The data analysis used is Total Revenue, Total Cost and Profit. The results of the study show that, the analysis of the profits of the Goroho Manalagi banana chips business for 5 days of production can be concluded that the cost of banana chip production is IDR 3.459.683,04 and the revenue is IDR 4,277,000.00 so that the profit obtained in one week is IDR 817.316,96.
