Abstract

As we know that history cannot be separated from a series of events that have been limited by space and time in which these events were formed and occurred. Many people say that history is something static that cannot possibly be "recycled" based on the context of its era. Along with the development of human knowledge, with the potential for great curiosity, it has influenced people's perspectives on history, who previously considered that history was only a static event, rigid and did not even have any contribution to the advancement of scientific studies, but this view automatically disappeared in the womb of the struggle for study. Islam, where history is always dynamic, along with the "pulse flow" of the development of human civilization. This paper uses a heuristic method using critical analysis sourced from primary books.With the heuristic method as an analytical tool to dissect the peculiarities of the past, it can be interpreted because it is seen as having a unique influence on the present and the future. It is in this context that efforts are made to link the relevance of Islamic education as a field of life that is experiencing challenges. These challenges are examined from various perspectives, including studying Islamic education from a historical perspective. It is at this point that the dynamics of Islamic education can be meaningful for the development of science. Keywords: Study, Historical, Islamic Education

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Diklat as a human resource development strategy. This qualitative study uses interview and observation methods to collect data from Diklat participants and instructors. The results show that Diklat is effective in improving participants’ abilities and skills, as well as increasing motivation and job satisfaction. However, this study also found several challenges faced in implementing Diklat, such as the lack of adequate facilities and infrastructure. This study provides recommendations to improve the effectiveness of Diklat by improving facilities and infrastructure, as well as enhancing instructor quality

Abstract

This study aims to explore students’ experiences in dealing with bullying at SMP SWT Utama Medan. Bullying is a serious issue that can negatively affect students’ mental health, emotional well-being, and social development. Using a qualitative approach and case study method, data were collected through in-depth interviews with students who have experienced bullying, as well as through school environment observations. The findings reveal that students encountered various forms of bullying, including verbal, physical, and social abuse. Their responses varied, ranging from withdrawal and seeking support from peers or teachers to direct confrontation. Factors such as family support, teacher involvement, and school policies significantly influenced students’ ability to cope with bullying. These findings are expected to provide input for schools to create a safer and more supportive environment, as well as to raise awareness of the importance of early bullying prevention.

In this context, the effort to link the relevance of Islamic education as a field of life facing challenges is studied from various perspectives, including the historical perspective. At this point, the dynamism of Islamic education can mean developing scientific knowledge.
