Abstract

Smart City is a concept that is considered to have succeeded in overcoming various problems in cities which can then be adopted to be developed in a smaller context, namely in the Village or known as Smart Village. The Smart concept in this study uses the Cohen concept. There are several dimensions to the Smart City/Smart Village Cohen concept, including Smart Governance, Smart People, Smart Economy, Smart Environment, Smart Living The purpose of this study is to describe the application of smart villages and analyze the concept of smart villages in helping the Melung Village in developing village potential. The research method used is descriptive qualitative through interviews, observations and documentation of informants. The informants in this study were the Melung village government, the community and community group leaders and other related external parties. The result of the research is that the Melung village government has been very good at disclosing public information, at the end of every year even the budget used by the village can be seen by the community around the village government office. This openness will foster public confidence in the performance of village officials who manage village funds. With the government always being open to managing funds and other programs, this shows that the smart village has been implemented. Abstract

Program Kemitraan Masyarakat Stimulus (PKMS) dengan menggunakan Focus Group Discusion (FGD) dengan Pemanfaatan limbah sampah rumah tangga sebagai alpembuatan maggot (Black Soldier Fly BSF) untuk alternatif pakan ikan lele bagi kelompok tani minasari yang bertempat di desa Mekasari kecamatan Cipaku kabupaten Ciamis Berdasarkan dari hasil analisis situasi, maka permasalahan yang paling  utama adalah yang Kelompok tani kurang memahami pengetahuan  dalam  memproses  pemanfaatan sisa sampah makanan dapur, Pembuatan kolam ternak lele  masih di campurkan dengan ikan jenis sisa sampah yang berserakan dijadikan sebagai pupuk tanpa proses pengolahan danTingginya penggunaan pakan komersial untuk pakan ikan lele berupa tepung ikan instan dengan harga yang relatif mahal. Oleh karena perlu adanya perubahan cara berpikir masyarakat pedesaan dengan memanfaatkan limbah sampah. Tujuan di berlakukannya PKM adalah membantu  perekonomian  masyarakat  dan pola hidup sehat  metode pelaksanaan melalui beberapa hal adalah sosialisasi kebersihan lingkungan, penyuluhan kegunaan sampah, pengenalan jenis sampah, pengembangan kesadaran masyarakat pola hidup sehat, dan pendampingan penataan kolam serta pengenalan media sosial alat untuk mempromosikan produksi yang di hasilkan. Dari pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini adalah dapat membantu perekonomian, mengatasi pengadaan pakan ternak dan menjaga kebersihan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyses the role of Smart Fisheries Village in encouraging community empowerment and strengthening the village economy through fisheries-based business diversification. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation studies, analyses using a triangulation approach for data validity. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Smart Fisheries Village concept in Kampung Nila is able to create a new economic value chain through the integration of fish farming, educational tourism, and culinary. The resulting impacts include increased community income, the birth of new micro-enterprises, and increased employment in the tourism services sector and fishery product processing MSMEs. The existence of educational and culinary tourism based on tilapia has succeeded in attracting the attention of students, university students, and tourists, thereby expanding the local market. The study also found several obstacles such as limited infrastructure, low technological literacy, and weak branding strategies in the area. The researchers concluded that Smart Fisheries Village plays a significant role in improving the local economy and community empowerment through an integrative approach between the fisheries, education, and culinary sectors. Its innovation lies in the link between educational and culinary tourism with the economic sustainability of the fishing village. This research contributes to the development of the Smart Fisheries Village concept as well as policy recommendations to strengthen branding strategies, human resource capacity building, and marketing partnerships to create a local fisheries economy.
