Abstract

The tutoring service is an activity in the guidance and counseling service that helps students to be able to improve learning difficulties at school. Tutoring service activities have become an important forum for answering all needs related to the learning context of students in general. The basic thing that becomes a benchmark is that the stages carried out must consider the convenience side and present students in receiving services provided by anyone, including counselors. The research method uses descriptive qualitative by using the concept of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that tutoring service activities have an influence on the students concerned with response and cooperation in terms of learning

Abstract

Group discussion is a benchmark for the success of an activity that will be carried out or after the activity has been completed. The purpose of the discussion group is to encourage individual participation in the group and help the individual to investigate all opinions about the matters discussed in the activity. The service activities carried out focus on the role of discussion groups in KKN student activities. The discussions carried out resulted in various important points, including those relating to the readiness of the members, the readiness of the program and the readiness of the supporting elements of the activity. In addition, group discussions serve as a space to evaluate the progress of each activity carried out. So it can be concluded that group discussion activities are very influential on a group and efforts to achieve certain goals.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the level of stress and social support experienced by students of the Faculty of Education. The research method used is descriptive quantitative-qualitative with an online questionnaire instrument. Data were obtained from 10 respondents and analyzed in the form of frequency, percentage, and thematic interpretation. The results showed that all respondents (100%) experienced academic stress, with study load and task demands as the main triggers. The majority of respondents admitted to having social support, but none had ever accessed professional services such as counselors or campus psychologists. This study emphasizes the need to increase access to mental health services and the active role of campuses in supporting students' psychological well-being.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan tingkat stres dan dukungan sosial yang dialami oleh mahasiswa Fakultas Pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengungkap tingkat stres secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif serta upaya atau solusi yang tepat dalam mengatasinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif-kualitatif dengan instrumen kuesioner daring. Data diperoleh dari 10 responden dan dianalisis dalam bentuk frekuensi, persentase, dan interpretasi tematik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa seluruh responden (100%) mengalami stres akademik, dengan beban belajar dan tuntutan tugas sebagai pemicu utama. Mayoritas responden mengaku memiliki dukungan sosial, namun tidak ada yang pernah mengakses layanan profesional seperti konselor atau psikolog kampus. Penelitian ini menekankan perlunya peningkatan akses layanan kesehatan mental dan peran aktif kampus dalam mendukung kesejahteraan psikologis mahasiswa.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effectiveness of group guidance services in improving self-disclosure of grade XI students of SMAK Sint Carolus Penfui Kupang. The research design used a one-group pre-test and post-test with 10 respondents. The instrument was a valid and reliable questionnaire (0.932). The results of the paired t-test showed a Sig. (2-tailed) value = 0.000 0.05, indicating a significant increase in student self-disclosure. Thus, group guidance services are proven to be effective as a psychopedagogical intervention.ABSTRACPenelitian ini bertujuan menguji efektivitas layanan bimbingan kelompok dalam meningkatkan self-disclosure siswa kelas XI SMAK Sint Carolus Penfui Kupang. Desain penelitian menggunakan one-group pre-test and post-test dengan 10 responden. Instrumen berupa angket valid dan reliabel (0,932). Hasil uji t berpasangan menunjukkan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000 0,05, menandakan peningkatan signifikan pada self-disclosure siswa. Dengan demikian, layanan bimbingan kelompok terbukti efektif sebagai intervensi psikopedagogik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of multicultural education on the tolerance attitudes of class VIII students at the UPTD of SMP Negeri 16 Kupang City in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The research used a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression method. The population was 163 eighth-grade students, and the sample size was 42 students using proportionate stratified random sampling. The research instruments were a multicultural education questionnaire and a student tolerance attitude questionnaire, both of which were tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 27. The results of the study indicate a positive influence of multicultural education on students' tolerance attitudes with a significance value of 0.020 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R Square) value is 0.128, which means that multicultural education contributes 12.8% to students' tolerance attitudes, while 87.2% is influenced by other factors outside this study. The conclusion of this study is that multicultural education has an impact on increasing students' tolerance at SMP Negeri 16, Kupang City. Therefore, the school, subject teachers, and guidance and counseling teachers are expected to integrate multicultural values ​​into the learning process and counseling services, thereby creating an inclusive, harmonious, and respectful learning environment for differences.
