Abstract

Quality learning is a stipulation to achieve the educational goal. That is why academic supervision is needed, one of the conscious efforts made to improve teacher competence so that teachers can develop a higher-quality learning process. This research aims to determine whether the workshop implementation can increase academic supervision competence so that it contributes positively to improving the learning process. This research used a case study approach. Methods of data collection using observation and interviews. The sample was selected based on purposive sampling. The results of the study indicated that if the workshop activity is carried out based on proper planning and implementation in accordance with the principles of the workshop itself, it can increase the competence of academic supervision to add experience to the supervisor himself. In other words, the supervisors and teachers participating in the workshop activities each gain new knowledge for the teacher and new experiences for the supervisor.

Abstract

Etika produksi dalam Islam mengajarkan pentingnya keseimbangan antara pencapaian keuntungan yang sah (halal) dan keadilan sosial dalam proses produksi dan distribusi barang dan jasa. Dalam dunia bisnis modern, prinsip-prinsip ini menjadi pedoman moral yang relevan untuk memastikan bahwa kegiatan ekonomi tidak hanya berorientasi pada profit semata, tetapi juga pada kesejahteraan masyarakat secara luas. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis prinsip-prinsip etika produksi dalam Islam, seperti keadilan (adl), transparansi, kejujuran, dan tanggung jawab sosial, serta bagaimana prinsip-prinsip tersebut dapat diterapkan dalam praktek bisnis. Selain itu, artikel ini juga mengkaji tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasi etika produksi, seperti konflik antara keuntungan maksimal dan tanggung jawab sosial, serta dampak globalisasi terhadap pelaksanaan prinsip-prinsip etika tersebut. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa meskipun tantangan dalam implementasi etika produksi sangat besar, prinsip-prinsip Islam yang menekankan keseimbangan antara profit dan keadilan sosial dapat memberikan solusi untuk menciptakan sistem ekonomi yang lebih adil dan berkelanjutan. Zakat dan infaq sebagai instrumen redistribusi kekayaan juga berperan penting dalam memastikan kesejahteraan sosial dalam ekonomi Islam. Dengan demikian, penerapan etika produksi dalam Islam dapat menciptakan keberlanjutan bisnis yang tidak hanya menguntungkan, tetapi juga bermanfaat bagi masyarakat dan lingkungan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the meaning of zakat in the Qur'an through Paul Ricoeur's hermeneutic approach with a focus on symbolism, text, and the process of refiguration. Through Ricoeur's hermeneutic theory, this study explores how zakat can be understood more deeply as a symbol of purification, social solidarity, and economic justice, and how the Qur'anic texts about zakat can be reinterpreted according to contemporary challenges and needs. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of literature studies. The main data sources for this study are the verses of the Qur'an related to zakat, classical and contemporary interpretations, and literature on Paul Ricoeur's hermeneutics. The data were analyzed using Ricœur's hermeneutic approach which emphasizes understanding symbolism and the process of refiguring texts. The results of the study show that Paul Ricoeur's hermeneutic approach provides a new framework for understanding zakat. Zakat is understood not only as a financial obligation, but also as a symbol that reflects the values ​​of social justice and purification of the soul. Ricœur's theory of textual autonomy allows for a rereading of the zakat verses in a modern context, where challenges such as economic inequality and global poverty are increasingly pressing. The process of reinterpretation allows zakat to remain relevant and serve as an instrument of economic empowerment and wealth distribution in modern society.
