Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Macro Variables on the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) for the period 2010 to 2021. The macro variables used in this study were Inflation, Economic Growth, Gold Price, Dollar Exchange Rate and SBI (7-Day Reverse Repo Rate). The research sample year are 12 years, starting from 2010 to 2021. Research analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, coefficient of determination test using SPSS Version 26 software. The conclusion of the study are that Economic Growth, Gold Price, Dollar Exchange Rate has a significant effect on the JCI, while the Inflation and SBI (7-Day Reverse Repo Rate) has not significant effect on the JCI.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and test the hypotheses: The direct effect of positive and significant trust on turnover intention, the direct effect of work involvement on turnover intention and a direct effect of trust on work involvement in Bank Mandiri Head Office Employees. The object of this research is 120 employees of Bank Mandiri Head Office. Population and sample were selected using simple random sampling. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The analytical method used in this study is the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equation model. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant direct effect of trust on turnover intention of Bank Mandiri Head Office employees, a positive and significant direct effect of work involvement on turnover intention of Bank Mandiri Head Office employees and a positive and significant direct effect of trust on work involvement of Head Office employees Mandiri Bank. Abstract

Employees are an important company asset who have quality work competencies to provide the best performance to support company programs. In practice, the Human Capital (HC) team has a competency improvement program that requires motivation from employees as an internal factor so that the program can run effectively. Work motivation is affected by a variety of factors such as salary, work environment, job security, relationships with coworkers, awards, and so on. This influences whether an employee is satisfied with his or her job. The proportionate stratified random sampling approach was utilized, which is a sampling methodology for populations with mixed or variable features, and the data in this study uses a quantitative approach. The population is millennial employees at PT XYZ with a total of 139 millennial employees. The data was collected by distributing a questionnaire with 28 closed questions and response options indicating how strongly respondents agreed or disagreed with the questions posed. The results show it is possible to conclude that the millennial employees at PT XYZ have a level of job satisfaction that is influenced by work environment factors, innovation, and career development factors that can mediate changes in the level of job satisfaction. This finding could be an overview of benchmarks for management in departments, so that job satisfaction obtained by employees does not become a saturation point but becomes a driving force to improve their performance in this company continuously.

Abstract

Abstract The pandemic of COVID-19 disrupted supply chain systems, with long-term consequences. This study examines the impact of Covid-19 disruption, resilience, and adaptation strategies on the company's supply chain performance (SCP). The research is a case study conducted sequentially with a qualitative and quantitative approach at PT XX, a pharmaceutical company in Indonesia, under interviews and document analysis. The techniques and analytical tools used in this study are multiple linear regression using Minitab, which included t-test, F regression, R-square analysis, and moderation regression analysis to measure the relationship between variables. The study's findings indicate that the Covid-19 disruption has had a negative impact on SCP. However, the SCR, SCRM, SCI, and SCE are all components of resilience that positively influence SCP. This research also shows that adaptation strategies such as intertwining, substitution, and repurposing improve the SCP. As a result, to achieve long-term supply chain performance and sustainability, companies should focus on integrating business operations, resilience, and adaptation strategies to deal with the consequences of major disruptions. Improvements in several resilience parameters and the implementation of several adaptation strategies are required to accelerate recovery and enhance supply chain performance. Abstract

After more than three years of fighting together to face the Covid-19 pandemic, the Indonesian government finally decided to revoke the status of the pandemic to endemic in June 2023. The habit during a pandemic where people are required to stay at home continues in the endemic era. An activity that many people still do is use applications via computers, laptops or smartphones to watch on video streaming platforms. As reported by Populix.co, in 2022, 84% of Indonesians subscribe to video streaming applications because they can be watched at any time, 77% have a large choice of films and 74% are looking for entertainment. Based on this trend, many video streaming companies have emerged in Indonesia, one of which is PT Vidio Dot Com (Vidio) which offers many types of viewing for its users. Data from the telecommunications market segment (telco 2022), Vidio is recorded as having the first highest number of 27.7 million active users in Indonesia, Netflix 11.3 million, Viu 10.4 million, and Disney+ 2.4 million. Seeing the large number of Vidio users, companies must pay attention to important factors so as not to lose customers, one of which is human resource management. Without a well-functioning HRM function, employee productivity will not be optimal. This research aims to determine the effect of internal communication and teamwork on employee productivity at Vidio. This research used quantitative methods with random sampling techniques and numbered 86 respondents. The research results show that internal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, and teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dari pelatihan komunikasi dan strategi pemasaran dalam Bahasa Inggris di Bank Sampah Tri Alam Lestari adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengurus dan anggota dalam mempromosikan produk kerajinan daur ulang ke pasar yang lebih luas, termasuk pasar yang dapat diakses di tingkat internasional. Kemampuan komunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris untuk memperkenalkan produk, pembuatan deskripsi, caption yang menarik dan strategi komunikasi lisan dan tulisan yang efektif adalah kebutuhan yang sangat penting dalam era digital saat ini. Metode pelalatihan menggunakan pendekatan belajar melalui pengalaman (experiential learning), yang menekankan keterlibatan aktif peserta melalui ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, dan praktik langsung pembuatan konten pengenalan produk daur ulang bank sampah. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa peserta lebih percaya diri dalam berkomunikasi, mulai memahami kosakata pemasaran bahasa Inggris, terampil menulis deskripsi produk yang persuasif, dan bisa menulis caption produk daur ulang. Melalui program pelatihan ini diharapkan akan menjadi langkah strategis dalam memperluas pemasaran produk kerajinan bank sampah sekaligus meningkatkan reputasi gerakan pengelolaan sampah berbasis masyarakat. Kata kunci: komunikasi pemasaran; bahasa Inggris; bank sampah; promosi produk; daur ulang. AbstractThe objective of the training on communication and marketing strategies in English at Bank Sampah Tri Alam Lestari is to improve the ability of administrators and members to promote recycled craft products to a wider market, including markets that are accessible at the international level. The ability to communicate in English to introduce products, create descriptions, write interesting captions, and develop effective verbal and written communication strategies is a very important requirement in today's digital age. The training method uses an experiential learning approach, which emphasizes active participant involvement through interactive lectures, group discussions, and hands-on practice in creating content to introduce the waste bank's recycled products. The training results show that participants are more confident in communicating, beginning to understand English marketing vocabulary, skilled at writing persuasive product descriptions, and able to write captions for recycled products. This training program is expected to be a strategic step in expanding the marketing of waste bank craft products while enhancing the reputation of community-based waste management movements. Keywords: marketing communication; english; waste bank; product promotion; recycling.
