Abstract

This study examines the impact of the principal's leadership and the school committee on teacher disciplinary measures at UPT SDN 15 Sungai Padi, Sangir District, South Solok Regency. This research addresses the issue of leadership within the principal and school committee in relation to teacher discipline at UPT SDN 15 Sungai Padi. The population and sample for this study consisted of teachers and students from UPT SDN 15 Sungai Padi, totaling 65 individuals. The objective of this research is to (1) describe the leadership qualities of the principal, school committee, and teacher discipline at UPT SDN 15 Sungai Padi, (2) assess the impact of the principal's leadership on teacher discipline at UPT SDN 15 Sungai Padi, (3) evaluate the influence of the school committee on teacher discipline at UPT SDN 15 Sungai Padi, and (4) determine the combined influence of the principal's leadership and the school committee on teacher discipline at UPT SDN 15 Sungai Padi. This study employs a causal descriptive methodology. The data analysis employed multiple linear regression using the SPSS for Windows 27 software. The findings indicated that the principal's leadership exerted a substantial influence on teacher discipline, whereas the school committee had no noteworthy impact on teacher discipline. Furthermore, the combined effect of the principal's leadership and the school committee was found to have a significant impact on teacher discipline.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of leadership and work discipline on employee performance in the Lubuk Ulang Aling Tengah Village Head's Office, Sangir Batang Hari District, South Solok Regency. This investigation aims To ascertain leadership characteristics and Employee Performance at the Lubuk Ulang Aling Tengah Village Head Office, Sangir Batang Hari District, South Solok Regency. To assess the impact of leadership on employee performance at the Lubuk Ulang Aling Tengah Village Head Office, Sangir Batang Hari District, South Solok Regency. To determine the impact of work discipline on Eemployees'Pperformanceat, the Lubuk Ulang Aling Tengah Village Head Office, Sangir Batang Hari District, South Solok Regency. To assess the impact of Leadership and Work Discipline on the Performance of Employees at the Lubuk Ulang Aling Tengah Village Head Office, Sangir Batang Hari District, South Solok Regency. The data analysis employed Multiple Regression Analysis with the SPSS for Windows 23 software. Leadership did not substantially influence Performance in the Lubuk Ulang Aling Tengah Village Head Office. (3) Work Discipline did not significantly affect Performance at the Lubuk Ulang Aling Tengah Village Head Office. (4) Leadership and Work Discipline collectively had no significant impact on Work Discipline at the Office of the Head of the Village of Central Lubuk Ulang Aling.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Solok Selatan. Menggunakan metode Analisis Deskriptif Kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi dari 100 responden. Analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel, kualitas pelayanan (X1) dan disiplin kerja (X2), memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat (Y). Kualitas pelayanan dengan rata-rata skor 394,25 (78,85%) dan disiplin kerja dengan rata-rata skor 396,2 (80,22%) sama-sama berada dalam kategori cukup baik. Kepuasan masyarakat sendiri memiliki rata-rata skor 4,01 (80,22%), masuk dalam kategori baik. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan nilai t hitung sebesar 6.246 untuk kualitas pelayanan dan 4.614 untuk disiplin kerja, dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05, mengindikasikan bahwa kedua variabel ini secara signifikan meningkatkan kepuasan masyarakat. Uji ANOVA juga mendukung hasil ini dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 73.066, lebih besar dari F tabel sebesar 3,90. Kesimpulannya, peningkatan kualitas pelayanan dan disiplin kerja secara signifikan meningkatkan kepuasan masyarakat pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Solok Selatan.
