Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja karyawan di Front Office Department Hotel Harper Purwakarta. Tiga hipotesis utama diajukan: (1) jiwa kepemimpinan dan tanggung jawab berpengaruh terhadap kerjasama tim, (2) komunikasi intensif dan kecepatan tanggapan mempengaruhi kerjasama tim, dan (3) fokus terhadap tujuan dan kesamaan tujuan dalam tim berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kerjasama tim. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Hotel Harper Purwakarta dengan pengumpulan data melalui survei dan wawancara yang melibatkan seluruh karyawan Front Office Department yang berjumlah 8 orang, Untuk menentukan sampel sebanyak 7 orang, teknik simple random sampling digunakan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang menggunakan skala Likert, dan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan analisis regresi, korelasi, faktor, ANOVA, dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan wawasan bagi manajemen Hotel Harper Purwakarta dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi operasional perusahaan melalui peningkatan kerjasama tim.Kata Kunci : Kerjasama Tim, Kinerja Karyawan, Pengaruh Kerjasama

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which the use of slang influences the use of Indonesian on social media among Generation Z students, particularly in the Office Administration Education Study Program at Medan State University. This study used a quantitative descriptive method with a purposive sampling technique on 50 students. The instrument was a Likert scale questionnaire to measure the intensity of slang use, the situations in which it is used, and respondents' perceptions of its influence on Indonesian use. The results showed that almost all respondents were familiar with slang terms (96%) and most used them intensively on social media (84%). Slang was predominantly used in interactions with campus friends (82%) and friends outside campus (86%), while use with family was relatively low (12%). A total of 72% of respondents stated that slang influenced their habits of using Indonesian, both in vocabulary and communication style. These findings demonstrate the dynamics of language among the younger generation, where slang functions as a social identity, but also poses challenges to the continued use of good and correct Indonesian.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an activity that is one of the sources of the country's economic power. The purpose of this observation activity is to determine the 7P marketing mix strategy implemented by PT Bayou Berjaya Indonesia, which started its business in the midst of a pandemic. The pandemic in Indonesia has had many negative impacts on business turnover in Indonesia, especially in the food and beverage sector The research was conducted using descriptive and observative methods by conducting in-depth interviews on the business that is My Kripick. The results of the research (the product becomes a trend maker in the West Java market. (2) Product prices can compete with the market. (3) Offline stores are the main place for increased the turnover. (4) Promotion is carried out through soft selling metode. (5) Manager level consists of two people, chief operational officer and chief marketing officer. (6) Using a ready stock system. (7) Using a unique design product.
