Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja,produktivitas kerja karyawan dan hubungan dari ketiga variabel tersebut di PT.Kadi International. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Datadikumpulkan dengan kuisioner kepada sampel dari 60 orang karyawan perusahaanyang bersedia dan diijinkan perusahaaan untuk diteliti, selanjutnya data dianalisismengunakan analisis frekuensi, analisis rentang skala dan analysis jalur (pathanalysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan memiliki lingkungankerja dengan modus yang baik, motivasi kerja karyawan yang tinggi serta memilikiproduktivitas karyawan yang tinggi pula. Korelasi lingkungan kerja dan motivasikerja karyawan sebesar 0,357 dan signifikan. Secara parsial lingkungan kerjaberpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas sebesar 4 % (signifikan), sedangkanmotivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan sebesar44% (signifikan). Secara simultan lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruhpositif sebesar 58,1% terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di perusahaan tersebutdan sangat signifikan.Kata Kunci: lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, produktivitas kerja This study aims to explain the work environment, work motivation, employee workproductivity and the relationship of the three variables at PT. Kadi International.The research approach uses quantitative descriptive. Data were collected byquestionnaire to a sample of 60 company employees taken proportionally, then thedata were analyzed by frequency scale analysis and path analysis. The resultsshowed that the company has a good work environment, high employee motivationand high employee productivity. The correlation of work environment and employeemotivation is 0.357 and significant. Partially the work environment has a positiveeffect on productivity by .4% (significant), while work motivation has a positiveeffect on employee work productivity of 44% (significant),.Simultaneously the workenvironment and work motivation had a positive effect of 58,1% on the workproductivity of employees in the company and were very significant.Keywords: work environment, work motivation, work productivity

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung di Mall Karawang (2) Pengaruh fasilitas mall terhadap kepuasan pengunjung di Mall Karawang dan (3) Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas mall terhadap kepuasan pengunjung di Mall Karawang. Populasi penelitian ini 14,296 orang. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan 100 responden pengunjung di Mall Karawang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling probability. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengunjung, fasilitas mall berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengunjung, kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas mall bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengunjung di Mall Karawang. Abstract

TikTok is a social media site that is becoming popular quickly. Developing the TikTok social media platform as a strategic tool for promotional media for Demonsnia Perfume. Demonsnia is a perfume shop that was founded in November 2020 and is located on Jl Pasundan no. 46 West Adiarsa. This research aims to analyze the power of EWOM for Demonsnia Parfum products carried out via TikTok social media. In an effort to increase product visibility and appeal, a creative approach to TikTok content has been implemented by utilizing unique trends and styles that suit the intended target market. However, the lack of human resources in creating promotional content is an obstacle for these MSMEs. This research uses a qualitative method with an interpretive descriptive research type that uses in-depth interview techniques and uses source triangulation techniques as a data collection method. This research used four informants, divided into three main informants and one expert informant. The research results illustrate that EWOM TikTok, which is viewed from the three dimensions described by Goyette, et.al, is suitable for the content stage and plays a big role in convincing generation Z to make purchasing decisions on Demonsnia Parfum products via TikTok social media.

Abstract

Management By Objective (MBO) to improve employee performance and employee career growth in achieving the company's objectives, assessment of the entire employee's performance in a company with objective assessment by employees in the automotive company in the caravan itself using the MBO. The aim is to understand the performance assessment with the management by objective (MBO) in the Automotive Company in Karawang and understand the effectiveness of work by using the method of MBO in the automobile enterprise at Karawang the process of determining the human resource needs, which means meeting those needs with the needs of the organization so that its implementation is integrated with the organization's plan. The method is conducted with interviews, surveys, and observations to employees of the automotive company in Karawang. The data collected is using modified questionnaires and verified interviews conducted to 6 employees. The results and interpretation are good because more than 80% of MBOs are effective for the company based on employee interviews already conducted at the automotive company in Karawang.

Abstract

Organizational culture is important in the company, a good organizational culture will help achieve organizational goals. The purpose of this research is to explain the implementation of Organizational Culture in management, innovation, attention to detail, people orientation, team orientation, speed and responsiveness. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, this research also involves interviews and observations. The interviewees in this study involved 5 employees at the research location at Sempoa SIP Resinda Race. The results of this study are that the company accepts well the ideas given by employees, the company lacks attention to detail in its work, in this company employee welfare needs to be considered so that productivity increases, teamwork carried out needs to be improved again, speed and responsiveness carried out by employees are quite good.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yang akan diteliti adalah: 1. mengetahui sejauh mana pengembangan karir untuk meningkatkan prestasi kerja karyawan, keterlibatan karyawan dan tingkat kepuasan karyawan pada perusahaan. 2. untuk mengetahui sejauh mana keterlibatan pegawai dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dan juga untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pegawai. 3. untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pengembangan karyawan pada perusahaan yang diteliti. Jenis penelitian yang akan penulis bahas adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan perhitungan rumus Slovin, sampel tanggapan penilaian ini berjumlah 20 responden atau sekitar 17% dari karyawan yang diteliti. Hasil penilaian mengenai gambaran responden penelitian mayoritas pegawai berusia 21-25 tahun dan masa kerja menunjukkan masa kerja seimbang

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak celebrity endorsement terhadap citra merek dan keputusan pembelian produk British Propolis di MM More Miracles. Celebrity endorsement adalah strategi pemasaran yang menggunakan popularitas dan kepercayaan publik terhadap selebriti untuk meningkatkan daya tarik dan nilai merek di mata konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualiitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada konsumen British Propolis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa celebrity endorsement memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap citra merek, yang pada akhirnya mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Kesimpulan ini menegaskan bahwa penggunaan selebriti sebagai endorser dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam memperkuat citra merek dan mendorong konsumen untuk membeli produk. Temuan ini memiliki implikasi praktis bagi pemasar dalam merancang kampanye promosi yang efektif dengan memanfaatkan celebrity endorsement untuk meningkatkan daya tarik dan penjualan produk. Oleh karena itu, pemasar perlu mempertimbangkan pemilihan selebriti endorser yang memiliki kredibilitas tinggi dan relevan dengan produk untuk mencapai hasil optimal dalam mempengaruhi citra merek dan keputusan pembelian konsumen.

Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of understanding the impact of compensation on employee performance at the Karawang Regency Central Statistics Agency, that compensation has a positive effect on employee performance which is significant both individuals or groups in an organization/company. This research uses qualitative methods, this research was conducted at the Karawang Regency Central Statistics Agency (BPS Karawang) located on Jl. Cakradireja No.36, Nagasari, West Karawang, Karawang Regency, West Java 41315, Indonesia. The data source used is primary data source through interviews with predetermined informants. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that the Karawang Regency Central Statistics Agency does not only provide compensation in the form of money, namely in the form of opportunities to increase career levels, take part in certain activities, become a resource person, become an instructor in training and so on. The conclusion of this research is that it is hoped that by implementing optimal employee compensation policies, employee performance and motivation at BPS Karawang Regency can be improved.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze employee placement. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method, research that aims to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by research subjects, namely how employees are placed at the Karawang Regency Central Statistics Agency. The location of this research was carried out at the Karawang Regency Central Statistics Agency office with a population of 35 people and the sample size was 10 people. The results of research on employee placement analysis at the Karawang Regency Central Statistics Agency show that prospective employees who have passed the competency test will be placed in the appropriate positions required. Based on the results of interviews with several employees at the Central Statistics Agency, the placement of employees at the Karawang Regency Central Statistics Agency office has gone well and is in accordance with what is needed. The researchers have carried out the dimensions and indicators of employee placement, it can be concluded that the employees are placed in accordance with the abilities they have and the competencies they have achieved. Placement of employees who pay attention to suitability of knowledge and skills has been proven to have a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors influencing workload on employee performance at the Office of Population Control and Family Planning (DPPKB). The background of this research is based on the importance of optimal employee performance in achieving organizational goals, while an imbalanced workload can hinder productivity. This study uses a qualitative method with a survey involving DPPKB employees as respondents. The findings indicate that factors such as working hours, attendance, and reporting targets of accountability letters significantly affect the workload, which in turn impacts employee performance. A supportive work environment and managerial support also play an important role in reducing workload pressure and enhancing performance. Additionally, the ability and skills of employees in managing complex tasks contribute to work effectiveness. The implications of this research suggest that management needs to conduct regular evaluations of workload distribution, provide a conducive work environment, and enhance support and skill development for employees. Thus, it is expected to create an optimal workload balance, which ultimately can improve employee performance and achieve organizational goals.
