Abstract

TikTok shop is one of the e-commerce provided by the TikTok application. TikTok shop provides a platform for business people to promote the products they sell. Therefore, it is necessary to increase repeat order decisions which are supported by developments in fashion trends, the use of celebrities as endorsers and customer reviews as material for consideration This research aims to determine the influence of fashion trends (X1), celebrity endorsements (X2), and customer reviews (X3) on the decision to repeat orders for TikTok shop products among PGRI Wiranegara University students, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method with a purposive sampling technique. the sample used in this study was 65 respondens data collection uses observation and distributing questionnaires to PGRI Wiranegara University students who carry out repeat orders and other literacy reviews. Then the results were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results concluded that fashion trends had a positive and partially insignificant effect on repeat order decisions because the sig value. 0.342 > 0.05. Celebrity endorsements have a partially positive and significant effect on repeat order decisions because of the sig value. 0.016 < 0.05. Because of the high value, customer reviews have a considerable and partly beneficial impact on decisions to place repeat orders. 0.000 < 0.05. Because the F-count > F-Table value is 42.253 > 2.755, fashion trends, celebrity endorsements, and customer reviews all have a positive and significant impact on PGRI Wiranegara University students' decisions to repurchase things from the TikTok shop. The coefficient of determination for the adjusted R square is 0.659. This indicates that Fashion Trends (X1), Celebrity Endorsements (X2), and Customer Reviews (X3) account for 65.9% of the Influence on the Repeat Order Decision (Y), with other variables not included in the research accounting for the remaining 34.1 Keywords: Celebrity Endorsement, Customer Reviews, Repeat Order Decisions, and Fashion Trends

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh penerimaan uang, kebutuhan dan gaya hidup terhadap pengelolaan uang saku secara parsial dan simultan pada Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi di Universitas PGRI Wiranegara Pasuruan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi di Universitas PGRI Wiranegara Pasuruan angkatan 2021, 2022 dan 2023. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 33 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode random sampling. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa penerimaan uang berpengaruh secara parsial karena nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Kebutuhan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh karena nilai sig. 0,353 > 0,05. Gaya Hidup berpengaruh secara parsial karena nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Secara Simultan, penerimaan uang, kebutuhan dan gaya hidup Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi di Universitas PGRI Wiranegara Pasuruan berpengaruh karena nilai. Sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Koefisien determinasi (R square) sebesar 0,753. Hal ini menunjukan pengertian bahwa Pengelolaan Uang Saku (Y) dipengaruhi sebesar 75,3% oleh Penerimaan Uang (X1), Kebutuhan (X2), dan Gaya Hidup (X3) yang berarti berpengaruh, sedangkan sisanya 24,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The quality of learning has a significant impact on educational success. In the economics subject, inflation teaches why the prices of consumed goods are increasing. This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of class XI students in inflation material by developing mystery picture media in high schools. This research uses a type of classroom action research (PTK) by applying a research design from Kemmis & Taggart which includes four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 36 class XI students at SMAN 1 Taruna Madani East Java. Data collection techniques involve learning results tests, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out descriptively qualitatively and quantitatively, with success indicators determined for more than 80% of students who exceeded the KKM. The results of the research show that the application of the development of pictorial mystery learning media in the Economics subject with inflation material has succeeded in improving student learning outcomes. Before the action, only 26 students or 72.2% exceeded the KKM. In cycle I, the number of students who exceeded the KKM was 77.8%, with an increase in the class average score from 82.3 to 84.8. In cycle II, 34 students or 93.8% exceeded the KKM, with the class average score increasing from 84.8 to 93.8. In conclusion, pictorial mystery learning media has proven to be effective in improving student learning outcomes, and overall, this research makes a positive contribution to increasing student academic achievement.
