Abstract

This study aims to determine; 1) The efforts made by students in developing entrepreneurial potential; 2) The effect of knitting training on the entrepreneurial potential of UNIWARA Students; 3) The results achieved by students with knitting training. This research is a qualitative and data collection technique using interviews. Knitting training plays an important role for students, one of which is to develop skills and explore potential in depth. The results of this training make students enthusiastic about participating in knitting training, because the benefits of this activity can be implemented by creating a knitting product that makes a profit if the product can be sold successfully. The effect of knitting training to develop students' entrepreneurial potential, namely: 1) Increasing the potential for student creativity; 2) Being able to know the potential that exists within oneself; 3) The results of knitting training can be implemented in the community; 4) Creating a work of knitting results; 5) Generate a profit side for works that are successfully sold; 6) Changing the mind set about job opportunities. Based on the results of the research, the researcher gave several recommendations as follows: 1) For students, it is hoped that they will continue to seek experiences at a young age with all the things that can be used. develop creativity. 2) For the next researcher it is suggested to look at other factors that influence entrepreneurial interest such as personality or environment. Alternatively, analyze the factors of interest in knitting training.

Abstract

For banking world, the existence of customers was as important asset. In the middleof strict and dynamic competition, Bank Mandiri as one of financial service providers wasaware that customers loyalty was what should be obtained and maintained. One way appliedby Bank Mandiri as financial service provider was relationship marketing strategy. Marketingstrategy focussed on building relationship with the customers had final objective namely toobtain customers loyalty, with the purpose that these customers could provide long termadvantages for the company. This study was conducted on the customers of Tabungan Mandiriin PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Branch of Pasuruan. The technique of data collection wasquestionnaire. The number of population was 10,627 customers. The number of sample was73 with simple random sampling technique. Data analysis applied regression analysis. Basedon the description on the result of the study above, it could be concluded that there waspositive and significant effects of variables service quality, commitment and communicationeither partially or simultaneously toward customers loyalty. Concerning the result of the study,it was suggested (1) to improve the service especially physical development or banking hallwhich should be conducted continuously in order to make customers satisfied in transaction.(2) to have more socialization on the use of Internet Banking Mandiri and SMS Banking Mandiritechnology in order to two ways communication between customers and Bank Mandiri.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate students’ experiences based on their thesis proposal seminar for Economic Education Students’ Department Study Program at Universitas PGRI Wiranegara.  The researcher used the questionnaire to get the data from the students’ experiences based on their thesis proposal seminar at three stages, starting from the beginning up to the end. Based on the result shown that for the first table explained before the thesis proposal seminar presentation exposed that most students’ good understanding of the learning objective of the seminar course (83,3%) and that they felt confident and supported by many resources. For the second table explained during the seminar session, most students agree (70,9%) that seminar encouraged their ideas to share and learn from others, but (45,8%) disagree that group discussion in a presentation session seminar is better than lecturing. The last table explained after the seminar session, showed the students that (93,8%) believe that post-seminar questions and feedback are informative both from lectures and from their friends, also (70,8%) agree that the seminar success through good preparation, and (81,3%) that classmates’ participation supported the seminar’s success.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning achievement, parental income, and work expectations on interest in continuing S2 studies in students of the Economic Education Study Program, PGRI Wiranegara University. This research is a quantitative research with causal associative method. The population in this study is 94 students of the Economic Education Study Program of PGRI Wiranegara University batch 2019 and 2020. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation, with prerequisite tests, namely classical assumption tests including: (normality, linearity, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity). The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained in this study show that: (1) there is a partial positive and significant influence of learning achievement on interest in continuing S2 studies. (2) there is a partial positive and significant influence on parents' income on interest in continuing S2 studies. (3) there is a partial positive and significant influence on work expectations on interest in continuing S2 studies. (4) there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence on learning achievement, parental income, and work expectations on the interest in continuing S2 studies on students of the Economic Education Study Program, PGRI Wiranegara University. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.879 or 87.9% which shows that 87.9% of interest in continuing S2 studies is influenced by learning achievement, parental income and work expectations. While the remaining 12.1% was influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study.

Abstract

Indonesia communication technology services have undergone quite rapid development and growth, in communication technology, there are means to become a cellular (wireless) telecommunication service which we usually call Simcard. For this reason, good quality, affordable prices are needed so that they can compete with other product brands and data security so that consumer data is not leaked and spread to other people. The purpose of this study was to understand the effect of product quality, price and data security on Indosat simcards on student loyalty in the economics education study program at PGRI Wiranegara University. This type of research is quantitative research using descriptive analysis. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire/questionnaire using 57 samples. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis and classical assumption test followed by partial test and simultaneous test. The results obtained in this study indicate that: (1) There is a partial positive and significant influence between the quality of Indosat simcard products on student loyalty in the Economics Education Study Program at PGRI Wiranegara University. (2) There is a partial positive and significant influence between Indosat simcard prices on Student Loyalty in the Economics Education Study Program at PGRI Wiranegara University. (3) There is a positive and significant influence between Indosat simcard Data Security partially on Student Loyalty of the Economics Education Study Program at PGRI Wiranegara University. (4) There is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between Product Quality, Price, and Indosat Simcard Data Security on Student Loyalty in the Economics Education Study Program, Pgri Wiranegara University.

Abstract

Pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi merupakan kelanjutan dari pendidikan menengah atas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh peran guru, bimbingan konseling, orang tua, dan teman sebaya terhadap minat melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi baik secara langsung maupun melalui motivasi belajar. Populasi penelitian 126 siswa Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Ulama (MANU) Kecamatan Lekok Kabupaten Pasuruan. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini mengguunakan proporsional random sampling dengan rumus Slovin dan menghasilkan 56 siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskritif, analisis jalur, dan uji sobel. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner. Abstract

Entrepreneurship education is often identified as a business learning that focuses on building networks and developing profitable business plans. However, it often neglects to teach the students about how their business can be beneficial and impactful for the surrounding community. Therefore, there is a need to incorporate caring economics into entrepreneurship education to cultivate an interest in becoming a sociopreneur, where sociopreneurs are considered capable of addressing social issues such as poverty. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of incorporating caring economics into entrepreneurship education and fostering a sociopreneurial to the students. The research method employed in this study is quasi-experimental, involving only one group without a control group, consisting of 32 students taking entrepreneurship courses. The instruments used include pretests and post-tests to assess the significance of the effectiveness of the caring economics incorporation. Additionally, a questionnaire is utilized to measure the interest in becoming a sociopreneur. The research findings indicate that based on the significance test of pretests and post-tests, the incorporation of caring economics shows a significant difference in the average understanding of students regarding the importance of caring economics in entrepreneurship education. However, the results regarding the interest in entrepreneurship based on caring economics and the interest in becoming a sociopreneur are still in the moderate category

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberhasilan manajemen usaha koperasi mahasiswa maupun mengetahui keefektifan kinerja pengurus dan partisipasi anggota. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah pengurus dan anggota koperasi mahasiswa uniwara yakni sebanyak 102 mahasiswa dan sebanyak 50 mahasiswa diambil sebagai sampel dengan teknik proportional sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket. Analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) terdapat pengaruh pengaruh positif kinerja pengurus terhadap keberhasilan manajemen usaha koperasi dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung = 3,530 > ttabel = 2,012 dan signifikansi 0,01 2) terdapat pengaruh positif partisipasi anggota terhadap keberhasilan manajemen usaha koperasi dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung = 3,530 > ttabel = 2,012 dan signifikansi 0,001 3) terdapat pengaruh positif kinerja pengurus dan partisipasi anggota secara bersama-sama terhadap keberhasilan manajemen usaha koperasi dibuktikan dengan nilai Fhitung = 56,139 > Ftabel = 3,191 dan signifikansi 0,000. Sumbangan efektif variabel kinerja pengurus sebesar 33,99% dan partisipasi anggota sebesar 36,51% terhadap keberhasilan manajemen usaha koperasi. Variansi dalam keberhasilan manajemen usaha koperasi dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel kinerja pengurus dan partisipasi anggota 70,5% melalui model, sedangkan 29,5% berasal dari variabel lain yang tidak dapat diperhitungkan dalam model penelitian ini.

Abstract

Data dari Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Pasuruan menunjukkan sebanyak 7,02 orang menganggur yang artinya mahasiswa walaupun bukan termasuk ke dalam angkatan kerja perlu menyiapkan diri untuk dapat membantu pengurangan jumlah pengangguran di Kota Pasuruan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh pola pikir berkembang, lingkungan teman sebaya, dan pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas PGRI Wiranegara. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 12 mahasiswa dengan menggunakan rumus perhitungan Arikunto serta teknik random sampling. Data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian di analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda berbantuan software SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif baik secara parsial maupun simultan pola pikir berkembang, lingkungan teman sebaya, dan pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas PGRI Wiranegara.

Abstract

The landscape of entrepreneurship education in Indonesia is undergoing a significant transformation, as exemplified by Universitas PGRI Wiranegara’s effort to instill entrepreneurial competencies in its students. This shift reflects a broader trend within the nation’s higher education system, emphasizing the development of an entrepreneurial mindset through various programs and initiatives.  The University, which evolved from STKIP PGRI Pasuruan in February 2020, likely employs mentorship programs, among other methods, to enhance student engagement and independence in entrepreneurship education. This article contrasts the current state of students’ entrepreneurial spirit with the aspirational goals, highlighting the gap between present conditions and ideal aspirations in students’ entrepreneurial journeys. It suggests that universities can bridge this gap by providing experiential learning opportunities, integrating entrepreneurship courses across disciplines, and fostering a culture of innovation and risk-taking. These strategies can create a supportive ecosystem for student entrepreneurs, preparing them for the challenges of the business world. Moreover, the research indicates that extracurricular activities have a more substantial impact on developing an entrepreneurial mindset than curricular activities. This finding underscores the importance of practical, real-world experiences in shaping entrepreneurial attitudes and skills
