ABSTRAKPermasalahan penelitian ini adalah model permainan bola basket âRing BallâÂ sebagai olahraga yang baru diperkenalkan dan disampaikan perlu dikembangkanÂ untuk pembelajaran Penjasorkes. Tujuan penelitian menghasilkan produk permainanÂ bola basket âRing Ballâ. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R & D)Â model permainan bola basket âRing Ballâ untuk pembelajaran pendidikan jasmaniÂ olahraga dan kesehatan. Populasi dan subjek uji coba dalam penelitian ini adalahsiswa SMP se Kecamtan Lubuk Raja OKU berjumlah 188 Siswa. Teknik analisisÂ data yang digunakan adalah analisis persentase. Hasil penelitian ini adalah modelÂ permainan bola basket âRing Ballâ keefektifan produk permainan dapatÂ meningkatkan aktivitas peserta didikdengan adanya peningkatan denyut nadi pesertaÂ didik sebesar 55,22%. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) telah ditemukanmodel permainan bola basket âRing Ballâ untuk pembelajaran Penjasorkes bagiÂ siswa SMP , 2) Mengatasi keterbatasan sarana prasarana 3) bagi guru Penjasorkes diÂ SMP dapat menggunakan permainan ini di sekolah dalam permainan bolabasketKata Kunci : Pengembangan, Permainan bola basket âRing Ballâ PenjasorkesÂ Siswa SMP

Information literacy, in addition to being seen as a set of interpersonal competencies, can also be understood from the standpoint of society and human rights. The creativity of librarians in developing and improving services in the digital age is needed to pay attention. Librarians are able to take an active role in taking part in todays emerging technology era by innovating in services. In this era of technology and digital become the trend with slogan "world in our grip" so that library can no longer only build physical facilities and services which are conventional ones, but they have to be developed according to the development of time. Any intensive communication with users is an attempt to find out how digital information literacy is used and how library information literacy services can be integrated to the digital lifestyle of the users. In the world of librarianship the facts mentioned above are more appropriate if they are viewed in the context of digital information literacy that have been parts of the program in many libraries. However, it is necessary to extend the scope considering that digital phenomena are basically related to the use of media and communal capital in everyday life.

Academic counseling in Higher Distance Education is one of the necessary instructional media between the faculty and the students as well as an important device for assisting students to cope and solve their problems. Up until now academic counseling has not been extensively used by lectures and students at the Universitas Terbuka because of a number of constraints such as unavailability of time, the disperse of student domicile and technological barriers. This study attempts to explore and examine the role of on-line academic counseling at Universitas Terbuka in particular at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP-UT). The finding shows that most students consider academic counseling as highly important to support student achievement. Accordingly online academic counseling needs to be more flexible and covers broader area. Online academic counseling needs a separate on-line forum aside the exciting forums such as online learning forum, smart teachers online, digital libraries, online bookstores, e-humanities, and learning object repositories. However, it is expected to be regularly scheduled and prompt response is imperative.

AbstrakPermasalahan yang akan dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah tingkat ketrampilan teknik dasar sepakbola dan kemampuan fisik siswa peserta ekstrakulikuler sepakbola di SMP Negeri 4 Ungaran Kabupaten Semarang tahun 2010/ 2011. Adapun tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat ketrampilan teknik dasar sepakbola dan kemampuan fisik siswa peserta ekstrakulikuler sepakbola di SMP Negeri 4 Ungaran Kabupaten Semarang tahun 2010/ 2011.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa peserta ekstrakulikuler sepakbola di SMP Negeri 4 Ungaran Kabupaten Semarang tahun 2010/2011 berjumlah 92 orang. Dalam penelitian ini pengambilan sample menggunakan teknik total sampling yaitu seluruh siswa peserta ekstrakulikuler sepakbola di SMP Negeri 4 Ungaran Kabupaten Semarang yang berjumlah 92 siswa.Variable dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat ketrampilan teknik dasar sepakbola dan kemampuan fisik siswa peserta ekstrakulikuler sepakbola di SMP Negeri 4 Ungaran Kabupaten Semarang tahun 2010/ 2011. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif prosentase. Setelah dilakukan analisis data mengenai teknik dasar sepakbola dan kemampuan fisik siswa peserta ekstrakulikuler sepakbola di SMP Negeri 4 Ungaran Kabupaten Semarang maka dapat diambil beberapa kesimpulan bahwa teknik dasar sepakbola siswa peserta ekstrakulikuler di SMP Negeri 4 Ungaran 68,5% termasuk dalam kategori sedang, dan 31,5% dalam kategori baik. Untuk tes kemampuan fisik diketahui bahwa 43,5 % termasuk dalam kategori kurang, 43,5% termasuk dalam kategori sedang dan 4,3% termasuk dalam kategori baik. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara keseluruhan kemampuan teknik dasar bermain sepakbola dalam kondisi baik, dan sedang hal ini dipengaruhi karena sebagian dari siswa peserta ekstrakulikuler ada yang ikut klub atau SSB, sedangkan untuk kemampuan fisik masih dalam kategori sedang hal ini dipengaruhi kurangnya latihan fisik yang diberikan pada saat latihan sepakbola. Saran yang dapat peneliti berikan antara lain bahwa kondisi fisik dan keterampilan gerak dasar pada dasarnya dapat dimiliki serta dikuasai pemain secara maksimal melalui latihan-latihan yang diprogram dan direncanakan dengan baik serta didukung dengan pertandingan-pertandingan yang terencana. The Influence of Welding Ampere Range to ST-40 Shear Strength with Butt Joint Winarno, Rudi; Daryono, Daryono; Jufri, Moh.

This experiment was conducted on the influence of welding process with ampere range variation and weld joints toward ST-40 shear strength. Furthermore, welded specimen is tested with tensile test. Method of this experiment is testing shear strength by using tensile testing machine where each five-specimens were previously welded by ampere range of 80 A, 90 A, and 100 A. Shear results show the highest shear strength is on 128.4916 N/mm2 with 80-ampere range on specimen no. 5, while on 90-ampere range variation the highest shear strength is on 124.7528 N/mm2, the specimen no. 5. Meanwhile, on 100-ampere range variation, the highest shear strength is on 120.1484 N/mm2, the specimen no. 4. The higher ampere (I) used, the higher heat (Q) resulted. When the heat increases, the welding electrode is perfectly fused. It makes good welding result achieved. The more strength on welding result, the higher shear strength (τ) achieved. On the other hand, the higher ampere range on welding process results higher shear strength.

Protein Energy Malnutrition (PEM) is still one of the major nutritional problems in Indonesia. In 2003, an estimated 27.5% of infants had less nutritional disorders, including 8.5% severe malnutrition. According to WHO (1996), the prevalence of PEM in Indonesia is high, > 30% . Factors that influence child development consists of food security, health conditions, family food security, parenting, health care utilization and environmental sanitation, with the underlying cause of the economic structure. This study aims to examine the relationship of knowledge, maternal parenting and economic status of the nutritional status of children in Sub Rantau Beautiful in 2012. The study was conducted using a cross sectional design is as much 430 toddler toddler's mother. Technique sampling proportional random sampling amounted to 86 mothers toddler. Analysis of the data using univariate and bivariate data analysis. The study, of 86 respondents, nutrition thin (18.6%), nutrition obese (51.2%) and nutrition obsitas (30.2%), the majority of respondents (68.8%) knowledgeable, most respondents (82.6%) had good parenting pol, most respondents (70.9%) had a good economy. There is a significant relationship between economic knowledge and nutritional status of children and there is no relationship between parenting the nutritional status of children. Dendang for health centers that can be used as information for health workers in the implementation of its program to improve the nutritional constraints found in Dendang Village Health Center and the beautiful seacoast seacoast Beautiful Village in order to increase the return UKBM (Community Based Health Enterprises) that already exist and can carry workplace health programs with health workers at the health center. Key Words: toddler, nutritional status ABSTRAK: faktor – faktor yang berhubungan dengan status gizi balita di kelurahan rantau indah kecamatan dendang kabupaten tanjab timur provinsi Jambi . Kurang Energi Protein (KEP) sampai saat ini masih merupakan salah satu masalah gizi utama di Indonesia. Pada tahun 2003, diperkirakan 27,5% balita mengalami gangguan gizi kurang, 8,5% diantaranya gizi buruk. Menurut WHO (1996), prevalensi KEP di Indonesia termasuk tinggi, yaitu > 30%. Faktor yang mempengaruhi tumbuh kembang anak terdiri dari kecukupan pangan, keadaan kesehatan, ketahanan pangan keluarga, pola asuh anak, pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan dan sanitasi lingkungan, dengan penyebab dasar struktur ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan pengetahuan, pola asuh ibu dan status ekonomi terhadap status gizi balita di Kelurahan Rantau Indah Kabupaten Tanjab Timur Provinsi Jambi tahun 2012. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi adalah ibu balita sebanyak 430 balita. Teknik pengambilan sampel proporsional random sampling berjumlah 86 ibu balita. Analisa data menggunakan analisa data univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan balita gizi kurus (18,6 %), gizi gemuk (51,2 %) dan gizi obsitas (30,2 %), sebagian besar responden (68,8 %) berpengetahuan tinggi, sebagian besar responden (82,6 %) memiliki pol asuh baik, sebagian besar responden (70,9 %) memiliki ekonomi yang baik. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan dan ekonomi dengan status gizi balita serta tidak ada hubungan antara pola asuh dengan status gizi balita. Bagi Puskesmas Dendang agar dapat dijadikan bahan informasi bagi petugas kesehatan dalam pelaksanaan program perbaikan gizi beserta hambatan-hambatan yang ditemukan di Puskesmas Dendang Kelurahan Rantau Indah dan bagi Kelurahan Rantau Indah agar dapat meningkatkan kembali UKBM (Usaha Kesehatan Berbasis Masyarakat) yang sudah ada dan dapat melaksanakan program kerja kesehatan dengan tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas. Employee statifaction at the moment assumed less enough for organization to subsidize employee performance. for that's need employee engagement. employee engagement are some involvement, commitment, willing and sense of belonging towards job and organization. This research need to found degree employee engagement at Ekonomi Faculty of University Jenderal Soedirman. This research use survey method to measures level employee engagement, with three three dimensions engagement which are, organization dimension, job dimension, opportunity and growth dimension. This research have result total Employee engagement is 3.15, with with the highest level degree is employee engagement Job dimension, then followed with dimension employee engagement opportunity and growth, and employee engagement organization dimension level has lower degree.

Terjadinya peningkatan jumlah penderita HIV/AIDS setiap tahunnya.Di Propinsi Jambi, dari tahun 1999 hingga Desember 2016, tercatat ada 1.537 orang penderita HIV/ AIDS, 80% penderita HIV/AIDS berasal dari Kota Jambi, dan 32% penderita termasuk kelompok umur dewasa muda dan remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas penggunaan media animasi terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan remaja tentang penyakit HIV/AIDS. Metode penelitian:Jenis penelitian eksperimen semu (Quasi Eksperimen). Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan di SMK Dharma Bhakti (DB) 1 Kota Jambi pada tanggal 9-21 Oktober 2017. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa/i yang berjumlah 257 orang, dengan sampel sebanyak 142 orang yang diambil secara stratified random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang dilakukan sebanyak 2 kali, yaitu: pretest dan posttest. Analisis data menggunakan Uji T kelompok tidak berpasangan. Hasil: Rerata pengetahuan responden pada kelompok media powerpoint adalah 52,55 dan rerata pengetahuan responden pada kelompok media animasi adalah 55,40.Terdapat perbedaan rerata antara pengetahuan responden yang diberikan pendidikan kesehatan dengan menggunakan media powerpoint dan menggunakan media animasi(p-value 0,005 dan α 0,05). Simpulan: Penggunaan media animasi lebih efektif daripada media powerpoint dalam pemberian informasi tentang penyakit HIV/AIDS pada remaja. Oleh karean itu, diharapkan media animasi ini dapat digunakan dalam melakukan pendidikan kesehatan pada remaja tentang HIV/AIDS secara rutin, serta dilakukan pengembangan media pembelajaran yang lain untuk pemberian informasi pada remaja.

This study begins with the condition of the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum thematic learning for grade 1 and 4 teachers in SD N 1 Gisting Permai, SD N 2 Gisting Permai and SD N 1 Gisting Atas who just implemented one semester is still not optimal and found various obstacles. This study aims to improve teacher performance in the 2013 curriculum thematic learning through clinical technical academic supervision and find out the magnitude of teacher performance improvement in the 2013 curriculum thematic learning after academic supervision activities with clinical techniques in SD Gisting Subdistrict even semester 2017/2018 academic year.This research method refers to the procedure of action research (action research) carried out in three cycles for six meetings each cycle with the steps of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting.The results of the academic supervision actions with clinical techniques for 3 cycles on the performance of the teacher in preparing RPP the final value of RPP in the first cycle averaged 77.8; cycle II averaged 81.8 and cycle III averaged 85.7 with a cumulative increase of 7.9 and the implementation of 2013 curriculum curriculum thematic class 1 and 4 teachers the final value of the first cycle averaged 77.2, cycle II on average 85.7 and cycle III averaged 90.7 with a cumulative increase of 13.5. Thus it was concluded that the increase in teacher performance in the 2013 curriculum thematic learning after akaedical supervision with clinical technique in the elementary school of Gisting Subdistrict in the semester of 2017/2018 school year and the magnitude of teacher performance improvement in the 2013 curriculum thematic learning after academic supervision with clinical techniques at the Elementary School Even semester Gisting for the 2017/2018 school year, namely the performance of teachers in compiling thematic RPPs cycles I, II, III experienced a cumulative increase of 7.9 and teacher performance in thematic learning had a cumulative increase of 13.5.Keywords: Clinical supervision, RPP, thematic learning.

Production of kenaf fiber for industry mostly uses chemical fertilizers with synthetic dyes that will also cause health and environmental problems and adversely affect all life forms. Increased health and environmental concern make organic kenaf fiber production with natural dyes highly recommended for both handicrafts and for industrial scale because natural fertilizers and dyes are non-toxic, decomposable, and environmentally friendly. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of consumer preference to organic kenaf fiber with natural dyes. The study used a two-factor group randomized design with the first factor of organic kenaf fiber and a second factor of natural dye consisting of 3 levels. The research was repeated as many as 2 replications so that there were 6 experimental units. Variables observed by consumer's level of craft product from organic kenaf fiber with natural dye covering color, texture and odor tested. This test is done by Hedonic Test method, using questionnaire with untrained panelist (consumer) as many as 40 people with data obtained based on a panelist response using a hedonic scale was analyzed by Kruskal-Wallis test. The results showed that there was no significant difference in consumer preferences for the color, texture and odor of organic kenaf fiber with various natural dyes.
