Abstract

Social isolation not only affects the patient's physical appearance, but also impacts his psychological, emotional and social aspects. Nurses have a great responsibility in providing appropriate care and supporting patients during periods of social isolation. The aim of the research is to determine the description of nursing care for clients with social isolation problems. The research used is a Case Study of mental nursing care which consists of assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation. The assessment includes reasons for admission, predisposing factors, physical examination, psychosocial, mental status, patient's needs for discharge, coping mechanisms, psychosocial and environmental problems, knowledge. Nursing problems: Social isolation, risk of violent behavior, low self-esteem, sensory perception disorders; Auditory and visual hallucinations. The main nursing problem for this client is social isolation. Nursing action plan: Build a relationship of mutual trust by stating the principles of therapeutic communication; Ask the client about the people who live in the same house or room as the client and the people closest to the client. Discuss with the client the causes of social isolation or not wanting to join/associate with other people. Evaluation for a diagnosis of Social Isolation, the client can mention the advantages of interacting with other people and the disadvantages of not interacting with other people, the client can introduce himself and can get to know more than 2 people.

Abstract

Sri Susuhunan Pakubuwono IV menuliskan petuah-petuah yang penuh dengan sarat makna nilai karakter di dalam serat Wulangreh. Penelitian konten yang didukung dengan analisis deskriptif ditempuh oleh peneliti untuk menganalisis bait-bait tembang yang menyiratkan beberapa nilai karakter dari 18 nilai karakter yang dicetuskan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan Nasional. Hasil penelitian menujukkan beberapa nilai yang terkandung di dalam serat Wulangreh yaitu, religius, cinta damai, kerja keras, cinta tanah air dan gemar membaca.

Abstract

Sri Susuhunan Pakubuwono IV wrote advice full of meaning and character values in the fiber of Wulangreh. The content research supported by descriptive analysis was taken by the researcher to analyze the verses of the tembang which implied several character values from the 18 character values initiated by the Ministry of National Education. The study results show several valuescontained in Wulangreh fiber: a religious, peace-loving, hard work, love for the homeland, and fondness for reading.Keywords : Tembang, Characters Building, Wulangreh

Abstract

Di era digitalisasi yang berkembang pesat, informasi dapat diakses secara luas melalui berbagai media. Namun, di SMA Negeri 2 Wonogiri masih dijumpai permasalahan yang menunjukkan rendahnya nilai karakter religius peserta didik, seperti perilaku kurang disiplin saat kegiatan literasi, menjalin hubungan pacaran di lingkungan sekolah, serta penggunaan jilbab oleh sebagian siswi yang belum sesuai dengan tuntunan syariat Islam. Hal ini menunjukkan pentingnya penguatan literasi yang tidak hanya bersifat akademik, tetapi juga pedalaman karakter religius. Selain itu, SMA Negeri 2 Wonogiri juga dikenal sebagai sekolah yang aktif dalam melaksanakan Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS). Sekolah ini telah menyediakan laman digital khusus yang berfungsi sebagai media untuk mengembangkan keterampilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program pembiasaan literasi Al Qur’an di SMA N 2 Wonogiri. (2) untuk Mengetahui karakter religius peserta didik kelas X di SMA N 2 Wonogiri. (3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh program pembiasaan literasi Al Qur'an terhadap karakter religius peserta didik kelas X di SMA N 2 Wonogiri. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Ada 66 peserta didik kelas X yang dijadikan sampel penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan angket sebagai instrumen dalam pengumpulan data. Berdasarkan analisis data ditemukan bahwa berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis, Literasi Al Qur’an (X) memberikan kontribusi sebesar 33,9% terhadap variasi yang terjadi pada variabel Karakter Religius (Y) dalam model regresi yang diteliti.

Abstract

This study examines the records the executives framework for inside and clearing units at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KC S. Parman. The motivation behind this paper is (1) to portray how the inside and clearing unit document the board framework at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Kc S. Parman(2) depicts the limitations looked during the time spent recording the inside and clearing the board unit at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Kc S. Parman(3) portrays the endeavors made to defeat obstructions in the recording system of the Homegrown and Clearing the executives unit at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KC S. Parman. Information was gathered through perception, meetings, and writing study. interviews with the top of the inside and clearing unit, the boss of the inside unit and the clearing and general staff at PT.
