Translation Teaching Strategies For Arabic Language Education Students at The State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Ponorogo Mukminin, Amir

Abstract

This study aims to explore teaching methods and strategies in teaching translation among lecturers at IAIN Ponorogo. In their teaching, the lecturers determine the high goals, that is being able to translate Arabic into Indonesian, and the reverse; However, students' language competence is not good enough to achieve that goal because translation is a work that must be supported by various types of competencies such as understanding text, understanding Arabic grammar, understanding methods and translation strategies, and so on. Student competencies are not in accordance with the specific goals in this education, and this fact is what leads lecturers to carry out effective teaching and use good types of teaching methods and strategies so that education is successful and students can achieve the goals. Researchers used a qualitative approach and explored descriptive facts such as written voices or individual speeches, contemplative traits and data sources. The data analysis method is descriptive analysis with three methods, namely data reduction and data presentation. The results of this study are 1) The method used in teaching translation: translation is word by word, because translation is done between separation by placing the translation under the source language in order to maintain word order. The word is translated as a word in a general sense. Pro translation because it produces contextual meaning of the source language into the target language appropriately. Therefore, translators are careful in translating cultural vocabulary and adjusting grammar. This method seeks to achieve the author's goals. 2) The strategy used is an expansion against the target, and the word element is an expansion in the target language, semantic translation, ordinal translation, transcription or semantic translation intersection. 3) And the learning outcomes obtained by students are good, academic results are not good. The result of the equation 70 (seventy)

Abstract

This study aims to examine more deeply the division of transitive-intransitive sentences in Arabic and Indonesian, as well as the similarities and differences between the two. The research method used is a qualitative method with the type of library research. This study's results indicate similarities and differences in transitive-intransitive sentences between Arabic and Indonesian. In terms of the similarities, the writer considers it in terms of the position of transitive-intransitive sentences, which are types of sentences that are seen from the need for the object of the sentence, and in terms of the division of the sentence, as well as in terms of how to change intransitive sentences into transitive sentences. In terms of the writer's difference in terms of the different sentence structure patterns between Arabic and Indonesian, there are unique signs of transitive-intransitive sentences in Arabic that do not exist. It exists in Indonesian, and there is a specification in the meaning of an intransitive sentence in Arabic which does not exist in Indonesian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada penggunaan Multimedia Interaktif berbasis Peta Konsep untuk mengetahui hasil dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah   untuk mengetahui apakah ada peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media peta konsep. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, rekaman, observasi dan analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan pada siswa antara sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media pembelajaran peta konsep.

Abstract

The class action study conducted was intended to identify efforts to improve the quality of rote asmaul husna by using the method of singing. This use of the singing method has had a positive effect. From one cycle to the next, repairs were made. It makes it easier for students to memorize asmaul husna. By studying disciples, have indicated that application of the singing method has had a positive effect on learning asmaul husna in elementary school Kedungjati. Singing methods can improve participants' performance because they are active, creative and excited during the lesson. Studies have shown that the practice of singing to students successfully increases rote asmaul husna is performed at 33% precycle, in the I cycle is 58%, while in the II cycle increases 83%.

Abstract

Fiqh learning has an important role in shaping the character of students, but in reality there are still many students who have not shown character in accordance with the Islamic values learned in fiqh. This condition can be seen from the presence of students who are not disciplined in worship, lack of respect for teachers, and behavior that does not reflect noble character. This study aims to analyze the role of fiqh learning in building the character of grade XI students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Wonogiri and identify the supporting and inhibiting factors. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that fiqh learning plays a role in building religious character, discipline, responsibility, and social care through the integration of character values in learning materials, teacher exemplary, and habituation of worship practices. The impact of fiqh learning can be seen from the increasing awareness of students in carrying out worship, respect for teachers, and concern for others. This research contributes to the development of effective fiqh learning strategies for character building.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of endocrine learning methods in the Fiqh curriculum in class III of MI Muhammadiyah Bamban Giriwoyo and to examine the effectiveness of the method in improving students' understanding and abilities in the Fiqh subject. The Fiqh curriculum in class III of MI Muhammadiyah Bamban Giriwoyo and to examine the effectiveness of the method in improving students' understanding and abilities in the subject of qualitative approach with a case study design based on descriptive-analytical theory. The purpose of this method is to find out in detail the application of the conservation method in the fiqh education program at MI Muhammadiyah Bamban Giriwoyo. Data collection techniques with three stages. First, participatory observation which includes direct observation of the learning process, documentation of freezing activities and systematic field recording. Second, in-depth interviews include semi-structured interviews, focusing on teacher experience and student perceptions and friangulation of information sources. Third, documentation. Resonance-based learning at MI Muhammadiyah Bamban Giriwoyo in the fiqh subject is considered capable and very effective for learning. The research sample included Islamic religious education teachers and students of class III of MI Muhammadiyah Bamban Giriwoyo. The results of the study showed that implementing learning using the condensation method was very effective in improving student understanding.

Abstract

In Malangsari there is a non-formal learning institution about religion, namely the Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPA) Albarokah which is located at the Albarokah Mosque. TPA Albarokah teaches Iqra and Qur'anic Literacy, Fiqh, and Akidah Akhlak. The devotee conducts service by means of a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with the ustaz. This devotion aims to teach the ustaz a method of singing about the adab of eating and drinking and knowing the ten angels of God and their duties. The function of this method is to make it easier for students to understand landfill material. Devotion is done by lectures and practices. As a result, students are easier to understand and memorize with the singing method.
