Baby massage is an expression of love between parents and children through skin contact. A gentle massage will relax the muscles so the baby can sleep soundly. The quality of a baby's sleep is important to support the baby's growth and development. However, unfortunately in the first year, babies often experience sleep disorders, which has a negative impact on the baby's development. Baby massage intervention is well known and widely applied, but the procedures still vary. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between baby massage nd sleep quality in babies. The type of research used is analytical observation and cross-sectional methods. The sample used was 40 babies aged 2-12 months. The sampling method uses the total sample. The results of the study showed that 20 babies who received baby massage and had good sleep quality were 20 (100%). There is a relationship between baby massage and the sleep quality of babies aged 2-12 months, with a p value of 0.000. This research hopes that parents will pay more attention to the quality of their baby's sleep through routine baby massage, namely once every month. Through massage, the baby will feel comfortable, thus making him sleep longer and not be fussy

This research aims to know the direct and indirect influence as well as the Oxytocin massage exercise towards the first stage of the active phase in PMB “Y” In Karawang year 2023. With the method of quantitative approaches that use design cross-sectional. The population in this study were all labour women in PMB “Y” in karawang. The sample in this study were 15 respondents with purposive sampling technique. This research instrument uses partographs and observation sheets to assess the length of the first stage of the active phase. The method of analysis by SEM analysis using Smart-PLS 4. the results of the hypothesis testing above, it is known that H1 is accepted, namely there is a significant effect of Oxytocin Massage on the active phase of Phase I with a path coefficient of 0.611 and P-Value of 0.000 <0.05. Each Oxytocin Massage intervention will affect the active phase of Phase In the 95% confidence interval, the influence of Oxytocin Massage on the active phase of Phase I lies between 19.3% and 90.8%. Oxytocin Massage in influencing the active phase of Phase I has a high influence at the structural level (F Square = 0.595). The need to convey information about Oxytocin Massage is one of the efforts to deal with problems that often occur in the active phase of Phase I. An obstetric emergency is an emergency for mothers during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. In obstetric emergencies not treated immediately, this can lead to the death of the mother and fetus. The clinical symptoms of obstetric emergencies are very difficult to recognize, so the knowledge, thinking, analytical skills and experience of midwives as helpers are very important. In health service institutions, midwives are one of the health workers who have important competency standards as a characteristic of professional quality standards in their work. Midwives provide services throughout the mother's life cycle and treat obstetric emergencies, this is inseparable from the knowledge and attitude of midwives towards referrals. Obstetric emergency referral is a timely referral. Successful timely referrals are supported by conditions that can prevent the occurrence of four delays (4T) in the management of obstetric emergencies. A good referral system requires health workers, especially midwives, to be at the forefront of emergency obstetric services. Knowledge and attitude are very important for medical personnel, especially midwives. These advanced skills shape the worker's abilities. This is an initiative to accelerate the reduction of maternal mortality rates in obstetric emergencies. The data analysis in this study was used the SPSS 20 statistical processing program and the test used was the Chi-Square test

Until now, the prevalence of anemia in adolescents is still high. Based on Riskesdas data in 2018 obtained the proportion of anemia in the age group of 15-24 years is 32% while the proportion of anemia in pregnant women aged 15-24 years is 84.6%. This community service activity aims to improve female students' knowledge about anemia and its prevention efforts. This activity is carried out by the method of Quasy Experimental with the provision of pre-test and post-test. Educational activities are carried out with two events providing material through e-leaflets and using leaflets. The number of participants in this activity is 50 people who are divided into 25 people for each group. The results showed that the provision of education through e-leaflet was more effective in increasing students' knowledge related to anemia compared to leaflet media. The results of the statistical test showed that there was a difference in knowledge about anemia in female students after being given education on e-leaflet and leafleting media with a p value of 0.015. The most influential media effectiveness in increasing female students' knowledge about anemia is by using e-leaflet media

Anxiety is a person's emotional response that is not clear and can cause feelings of discomfort and threat. Although it is characterized by constant worry and anxiety, it is actually not anxiety that comes from outside the body. The purpose of this study is to test the effect of mindfulness therapy on midwifery anxiety. The research method used is pre-test, post-test single group design with the selection of non-probability samples, namely purposive samples of 15 midwives working at the 2024 Aster Clinic using a quasi-experimental design. The results of this study show that there is a significant influence between the use of mindfulness therapy in reducing midwifery anxiety. This result is strengthened by the results of an analytical test using the Wilcoxon test. The pre-test and post-test showed a significant difference in anxiety levels between the two with a p-value of 0.008 meaning that mindfulness therapy could make a big difference in reducing midwifery anxiety. The concept of mindfulness therapy can help reduce midwifery anxiety
