Abstract

Empirically, kemangi leaves reported to increase health quality in human and livestock. Thepreliminary study was designed to explore the potency of ethanol extract of kemangi leaves to increaselaying hens performance. Sixteen laying hens (pullet) were divided into 4 groups and repeated 4 times.Control group was laying hen administered aquadest orally, treated group was laying hen administeredextract of kemangi leaves orally at a dose of 1, 2, and 3 mg/kg BW, respectively. Every day, the experimentallaying hens were fed for 3 times and drinking water was provided ad libitum. Variables observed were thenumber of eggs, egg weight, time of first laying, egg laying intervals, egg quality ( water content, crudeprotein, and crude fat), and liver function (SGPT and SGOT values) . Results of this research showed thatadministration of kemangi leaves extract at a dose of 3 mg/kg BW significantly increased the number ofegg production and egg weight (p<0.05). Time of first laying and laying interval did not show any significantdifference among treatments. Examination of moisture, crude protein, and crude fat content of the eggindicated that the administration of kemangi leaves extract did not affect egg quality. Extract of kemangileaves decreased SGPT and SGOT values that indicated improvement of liver function. It was concludedthat administration of ethanol extract of kemangi leaves could increase laying hens productivity byimprovement of liver function that is critical in vitellogenesis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas website, kualitas iklan dan kualitas social media sebagai digital marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian .Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan mengunakan rumus  Slovin sehingga jumlah sampel penelitian yang didapatkan sebanyak 270 sampel. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas website berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian nasabah Erahn.Id. variabel kualitas iklan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian nasabah Erahn.Id. kemudian variabel kualitas sosial media berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian nasabah Erahn.Id.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of relationship quality on loyalty with customer retention as an intervening variable on savings customers of PT. Bank BTN Malang Syariah Branch. The population in this study were customers of PT. Bank BTN Malang Syariah Branch. The researcher took a sample of 100 respondents using a purposive sampling technique, with the criteria of the respondents being savings customers who actively make transactions at PT.Bank BTN Malang Sharia Branch, savings customers who have used bank services for at least 1 year, and savings customers who make repeated transactions. The research hypothesis was tested using the Partial Least Square (PLS) based Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach. The results obtained from this study indicate that relationship quality has a significant effect on customer retention, customer retention has a significant effect on loyalty, and relationship quality has a significant effect on loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keamanan, kepercayaan, dan risiko terhadap penggunaan layanan mobile banking syariah pada mahasiswa di kota Malang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif asosiatif. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan data primer berupa kuisioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 103 responden yang dibagikan kepada para mahasiswa yang ada di kota Malang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis melalui software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepercayaan dan resiko secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan layanan mobile banking. Sedangkan pada variabel keamanan secara parsial tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan layanan mobile banking.

Abstract

Baby massage is an expression of love between parents and children through skin contact. A gentle massage will relax the muscles so the baby can sleep soundly. The quality of a baby's sleep is important to support the baby's growth and development. However, unfortunately in the first year, babies often experience sleep disorders, which has a negative impact on the baby's development. Baby massage intervention is well known and widely applied, but the procedures still vary. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between baby massage nd sleep quality in babies. The type of research used is analytical observation and cross-sectional methods. The sample used was 40 babies aged 2-12 months. The sampling method uses the total sample. The results of the study showed that 20 babies who received baby massage and had good sleep quality were 20 (100%). There is a relationship between baby massage and the sleep quality of babies aged 2-12 months, with a p value of 0.000. This research hopes that parents will pay more attention to the quality of their baby's sleep through routine baby massage, namely once every month. Through massage, the baby will feel comfortable, thus making him sleep longer and not be fussy

Abstract

IntroductionThe development of Islamic banks in Indonesia is pivotal for the growth of the Islamic economy, given the country's majority Muslim population. However, the adoption rate of Islamic banking services remains relatively low compared to the overall Muslim population, highlighting the need to understand the factors influencing customer interest in saving with Islamic banks.ObjectivesThis study aims to examine the impact of Sharia labels, product knowledge, and location on the interest in saving among merchants in Pasar Besar, Malang. Specifically, it seeks to determine how these factors individually and collectively influence customers' decisions to save in Islamic banks.MethodA quantitative research approach was employed, utilizing non-probability purposive sampling to gather data from 135 respondents through questionnaires. The analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS to perform validity, reliability, normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and multiple linear regression tests to validate the hypotheses.ResultsThe findings indicate that Sharia labels, product knowledge, and location significantly affect the interest in saving. Specifically, the t-test results show that each variable has a statistically significant impact, with t-values greater than the t-table value of 1.978. Additionally, the F-test confirms that these variables collectively influence the interest in saving, with an F-value of 50.579 exceeding the threshold of 2.67.ImplicationsThe study's implications for further research suggest exploring additional factors such as customer service quality and financial incentives, and employing mixed-method approaches to gain deeper insights. For policymakers and Islamic banks, the findings highlight the importance of enhancing Sharia compliance visibility, improving customer education on Islamic banking products, and strategically locating bank branches to attract more customers.Originality/NoveltyThis study offers a novel exploration of the combined effects of Sharia labels, product knowledge, and location on saving interest in the context of Islamic banking. It provides new insights into customer behavior in a specific market segment, contributing to the broader understanding of factors that influence the adoption of Islamic financial services.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic branding, product quality, personal selling, and digital marketing on customer decisions. The research methodology used is a quantitative approach. Using accidental sampling and purposive sampling methods . The data used in this study are data from questionnaires distributed to customers of Bank Muamalat KC Kediri which are used as research objects. The number of samples used in this study were 148 respondents. In this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially Islamic branding, product quality, and digital marketing variables had no significant effect on the decision to become a customer. However, the personal selling variable partially has a significant effect on the decision to become a customer. The conclusion of this study is that partially the personal selling variable has a significant effect on the decision to become a customer of Bank Muamalat KC Kediri. While the variable Islamic branding, product quality, digital marketing has no significant effect on the decision to become a customer of Bank Muamalat KC Kediri. And simultaneously the four variables have a positive and significant effect on the decision to become a customer of Bank Muamalat KC Kediri.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan hubungan faktor internal dan eksternal dengan pemberian ASI Ekslusif di Kecamatan Majalaya Kabuaten Karawang Tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional ( Potong lintang) ialah suatu penelitian untuk mempelajari dinamika korelasi antara factor-faktor risiko dengan efek, dengan pendekatan, observasi, atau pengumpulan data sekaligus pada suatu saat (Point time approach) (Notoatmodjo, 2005). Variable independen dan dependen dikumpulkanm dengan angket menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur yang sudah di uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini adalah mengambil seluruh anggota populasi sebagai responden (Total Populasi). Analisis data dengan univariat (distribusi frekuensi), bivariat dengan uji Kai Kuadrat, dan multivariat (uji Regresi Logistik). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian univariat diketahui bahwa sebesar 61,7% ibu tidak memberikan asi ekslusif. Pada bivariate terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan, paritas, pekerjaan, dukungan suami, dukungan petugas kesehatan dan penolong persalinan. Dari hasil penelitian multivariat, variabel dukungan suami dan pekerjaan ibu ada hubungan dengan pemberian ASI Eksklusif, variable dukungan suami merupakan variabel yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan perilaku menyusui 29,994 kali lebih tinggi untuk memberikan ASI Eksklusif dibandingkan dengan ibu yang tidak mendapatkan dukungan suami setelah dikontrol dengan variabel pekerjaan ibu di Kecamatan Majalaya Kabupaten Karawang Tahun 2022 setelah dikontrol dengan variabel pekerjaan ibu. Tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara umur dan pendidikan dengan perilaku menyusui. Perlu meningkatkan kualitas pengetahuan ASI kepada petugas kesehatan agar mereka lebih mudah dalam memberikan pengetahuan ASI dan dukungan kepada para ibu menyusui untuk memberikan ASI ekslusif pada bayi

Abstract

Posyandu salah satu bentuk Upaya Kesehatan Bersumber daya Masyarakat (UKBM) yang dikelola dari, oleh dan untuk masyarakat, guna memberdayakan masyarakat dan memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat dalaM memperoleh pelayanan kesehatan dasar, utamanya untuk mempercepat penurunan angka kematian ibu dan bayi, seperti di Desa Palumbonsari dengan capaian D/S tahun 2022 (66,97%). Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi perilaku ibu balita ke posyandu di Desa Palumbonsari Kabupaten Karawang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi sebanyak 462 dengan sempel 82 responden. Pengambilan sempel menggunakan simpel random sampling. Menggunakan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat. Hasil yang di diperoleh hasil bahwa ada pengaruh pekerjaan ibu dengan perilaku ibu balita ke posyandu (OR=3,5 ; 95% CI= 1,1-11,1 ; p=0,033). Ada pengaruh pengatehuan ibu dengan perilaku ibu balita ke posyandu (Adjusted OR=24,0 ; 95% CI=7,5-76,8 ; p=0,000). Ada pengaruh sarana prasarana dengan perilaku ibu balita ke posyandu (OR=6,5 ; 95% CI=2,5 – 17,2 ; p=0,000). Ada pengaruh dukungan keluarga dengan perilaku ibu balita ke posyandu (OR=3,3 ; 95% CI=1,2 – 7,7; p=0,016). Ada pengaruh dukungan kader dengan perilaku ibu balita ke posyandu (OR=3,0 ; ; 95% CI=1,1 – 7,6; p=0,024).

Abstract

Perubahan sistem dalam tubuh ibu dalam proses kehamilan akan menimbulkan ketidaknyamanan selama kehamilan. Ketidaknyamanan merupakan suatu perasaan yang kurang atau tidak menyenangkan bagi kondisi fisik maupun mental ibu hamil. Di Indonesia angka kejadian ketidaknyamanan pada kehamilan berkisar 28,7%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui secara deskriptif pengetahuan ibu hamil tenatng ketidaknyamanan trimester III di TPMB Bidan Lina Rosliana, S.Keb. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh ibu hamil di TPMB Bidan Lina Rosliana, S.Keb sebanyak 30 ibu hamil dan sampel berjumlah 30 responden dengan menggunakan total sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dan dianalisis secara univariat. Hasilnya ibu hamil mengalami mual muntah lebih banyak di usia 26-35 tahun dengan 15 ibu hamil (50%). Pada karakteristik Pendidikan responden lebih banyak ibu hamil yang berpendidikan SMA-PT 21 (70%). Pekerjaan responden paling banyak yakni ibu hamil yang bekerja 18 ibu (60%). Hasil deskripsi status kehamilan ibu paling banyak yakni dengan multigravida 20 ibu (66,7%). pengetahuan ibu hamiltenatng ketidaknyamanan trimester III memiliki pengetahuan yang baik sebanyak 17 ibu hamil (56,7%). Simpulan bahwa ibu hamil yang mengetahui ketidaknyamanan trimester III memiliki pengetahuan baik 66,7%.
