The results of the Hypothesis Test T (H1) Inflation (X1) on Business Development (Y) from the SPSS output show, for the table above it can be seen that the value of the independent variable Inflation (X1) with a level of - With a confidence level of 95%. Based on the above findings it can be concluded that: Thitung <= Table, then Ho or null hypothesis is accepted and Ha (alternative technique) is not accepted, meaning that there is no influence and significant relationship between Inflation (X1) on Business Development Hypothesis Test Results (Y).T (H2) Tax (X2) on Business Development (Y) from the results of the SPSS output, for the table above it can be seen that the Thitung value of the independent variable Tax (X2) is 6.964> and the Table value is 1.694. Thitung> Table with a significance level of 0.000 or 0.0% lower than the error rate of 0.05 or 5%. With a confidence level of 95%

This research concerns employees of the Ministry of Justice, Dili, Timor-Leste. The aim of this research is for researchers to examine the effect of work experience and training on work performance. With the population in this study being employees who work at the Ministry of Justice, with the number of employees who were respondents in this study totaling 85 people, the researcher used probability sampling with the Census technique, namely a population of 85 people was used as the respondent sample. The variables used are three (3) variables. Multiple linear regression analysis (Y = a + b1X1 + b2X2 + e) was used for analysis. The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence (sig) on the variables Work Experience, Training, Influence on Job Performance at the Ministry of Justice Dili Timor-Leste. So the results of this research are as follows: Y = 3.934 + 0.400 X1 + 0.429 Beta value 1 (b1) = 0.400 is the regression coefficient for Work Experience (X1), meaning that every change in the Ministry of Justice and an increase in work performance (Y) by an amount of 0.400 or 40.0% means that the Training variable (X2) is constant. beta value 2 (b2) = 0.429 is the regression coefficient for the Training variable (X2) meaning that there is a change in work performance at the Ministry of Justice. and an increase in work performance (Y) of 0.429 or 42.9%, and the value of e (Error) = Distraction error (the term disturbance) is 1.242, meaning the value of other variables that are not included in the formulation of this linear regression equation.

Abstract

Covid-19 is a pandemic that can change the culture of the learning process, which Covid-19 pandemic brought transformation and new habits, and these new habits had to be adjusted based on the rules and regulations that apply in the country. Globally, Covid-19 made educators have to quickly adapt to new teaching methods, and students faced difficulties with internet access, digital literacy, and maintaining motivation in a remote environment. However, around 2021, in quartile 3 to be precise, in Indonesia changes have occurred again to adapt to new habits, namely the post-Covid-19 recovery period, where the education system has again transformed from online learning habits to offline learning. This study aims to find out how interest in studying and learning outcomes affect undergraduate students of physics education in the post-COVID-19 era. The research method is carried out quantitatively, which consists of filling out a questionnaire for interest in studying which consists of five aspects; (1) Exploration; (2) Curiosity; (3) Boredom; (4) Attention; and (5) Enjoyment. This study used two groups namely pre covid-19 and post covid-19 with a total of 67 samples used, then processing of learning outcomes data prerequisite tests such as normality and homogeneity tests were carried out then hypothesis testing using independent sample t-test and Cohen's D Effect Size to know the how big the difference between two groups, then a deep interview is conducted to know deeply. This research found results in which undergraduate physics education students in the post-COVID-19 era experienced low interest in studying and learning outcomes due to the shock culture and the influence of student organizations which they thought were more interesting than academic activities.
