Abstract

PT ABC merupakan suatu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pertambangan yang menjunjung tinggi Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1970 tentang Keselamatan Kerja sebagai hak sekaligus kewajiban dari setiap orang. Dalam bekerja di area pertambangan pasti kita akan berinteraksi dengan berbagai aktivitas berisiko tinggi yang dapat menyebabkan kecelakaan fatal, karena dalam proses produksinya banyak menggunakan alat-alat berat bergerak seperti, Heavy Dump (HD), Dump Truck (DT), Excavator, Dozer, Grader dan Drilling. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bahaya dan risiko pekerjaan yang adapada proses kegiatan Loading material OverBurden dengan menggunakan metodeIBPR (Identifikasi Bahaya dan Penilaian Risiko) di area pertambangan PT ABC. Peneltian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan observasional dengan jumlah informan 5 orang terhadap pekerja di PT ABC. Hasil dari identifikasi bahaya dan penilaian risiko pada penelitian ini diketahui terdapat 18 potensi bahaya pada 6 aktivitas bahaya yang teridentifikasi pada pekerjaan proses kegiatan Loading Material Overburden di area pertambangan PT ABC, sebelum dilakukan pengendalian tambahan masih berisiko medium dengan nilai persentase medium risk 100%, setelah dilakukan pengendalian tambahan persentase low risk menjadi 100%. Diketahui bahwa penilaian dan pengendalian risiko termasuk dalam kategori efektif.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the use of energy that is used continuously every time will result in the depletion of the energy. Coconut charcoal can be an alternative solution to replace the role of non-renewable energy. CV. Superior Agro as one of the producers of coconut charcoal. The problem discussed in this article is the decline in sales from January to December 2021 due to a decrease in consumer satisfaction with CV. coconut charcoal products. Superior Agro. This study was conducted to analyze how much influence innovation and product quality have on consumer satisfaction on CV coconut charcoal products. Superior Agro. The object of this research is a coconut charcoal product CV. Superior Agro. This study uses associative and descriptive methods with a quantitative approach, namely research that aims to determine the effect between two or more variables, with quantitative research in the form of description using numbers or numerical (statistics). The number of samples obtained from calculations using the solvin formula is 72.75 and is rounded up to 73 samples. Based on the analysis using SPSS, respondents' responses regarding innovation have the highest score, which is 3.78. Respondents' responses regarding product quality have the highest score of 3.88. Meanwhile, respondents' responses regarding customer satisfaction have the highest value, namely 3.68. The result is known that the variables of Product Quality and Innovation have a significant influence together on the Consumer Satisfaction variable. These results are supported by the results of research and tests that have been carried out.

Abstract

The development of the energy sector in Indonesia always experiences an increase in the amount of energy, the energy source will eventually run out. Coconut charcoal is a solution that can replace the role of energy whose amount cannot be renewed. Coconut charcoal is also a reliable solution to reduce coconut waste in Indonesia. This research was conducted to determine consumer responses regarding innovation, product quality, and consumer satisfaction in CV coconut charcoal products. Superior Agro and analyze how much influence innovation, product quality, on consumer satisfaction on CV coconut charcoal products. Superior Agro. The object of research in this study is CV coconut charcoal products. Superior Agro, This research uses associative and descriptive research methods with a quantitative approach, namely research that aims to determine the influence between two or more variables, with quantitative research whose description form uses numbers or numberics (statistics). The number of samples obtained using the slovin formula is 73 samples. Based on the analysis using SPSS, respondents' responses regarding Innovation had a mean value of 3.35. Respondents' responses regarding Product Quality had a mean value of 3.24. Meanwhile, respondents' responses regarding Consumer Satisfaction had a mean value of 3.38. There is an influence between product quality variables and partial Consumer Satisfaction variables. it is also known that the Variables of Innovation and Product Quality have a significant effect on the variables of Consumer Satisfaction. These results are supported by the results of research and testing that has been carried out.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the application of EIA in environmental and river management. Environmental Impact Analysis (AMDAL) is a study of the major and significant impacts of a planned business and or activity on the environment which is necessary for the decision-making process regarding the implementation of a business and or activity in Indonesia. This AMDAL is made when planning a project that is expected to have an impact on the surrounding environment. This research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach and uses library research methods. The results of the research show that environmental impact analysis can provide benefits for all parties, both for the government, the business world, and the local community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara sistematis tahapan proses manufaktur makanan kenyal berserat (nata de coco) berdasarkan hasil observasi visual terhadap tayangan edukatif “Laptop Si Unyil: Kenyal Berserat” yang ditayangkan pada kanal YouTube Trans7 Official. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus tunggal, di mana observasi dilakukan terhadap seluruh rangkaian produksi yang meliputi persiapan bahan baku, fermentasi, pemanenan lapisan nata, pemotongan, pencucian, perebusan, pewarnaan, hingga pengemasan. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa proses fermentasi dengan menggunakan Acetobacter xylinum menjadi inti dari pembentukan tekstur kenyal dan berserat pada produk. Proses ini membutuhkan pengendalian suhu, waktu, dan pH yang tepat agar hasil akhir sesuai standar. Proses pencucian dan perebusan berperan dalam menjamin kebersihan serta kualitas tekstur, sedangkan tahap pewarnaan dan pemberian rasa meningkatkan nilai estetika serta daya tarik konsumen, terutama anak-anak. Pengemasan yang higienis menjadi penutup dari siklus produksi. Meskipun menggunakan peralatan sederhana dalam skala industri rumahan, proses tetap menunjukkan integrasi antara teknik tradisional dan praktik manufaktur modern, serta peran tenaga kerja manusia yang signifikan dalam tahap-tahap tertentu. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendekatan edukatif berbasis video mampu menjadi media pembelajaran efektif dalam memahami praktik manufaktur secara nyata, serta pentingnya pengendalian mutu dalam setiap tahapan untuk menjamin produk yang aman dan kompetitif di pasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku pencegahan Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Martubung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analitik kuantitatif dengan desain case control. Analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis univariat berupa deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yaitu jumlah kasus Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Martubung yang menderita DBD sebanyak 49 (68,1%), melakukan pencegahan DBD dengan penggunaan obat anti nyamuk sebanyak 39 (54,2%), melakukan pencegahan DBD dengan penggunaan bubuk abate sebanyak 40 (55,6%), melakukan perilaku menggantung pakaian sebanyak 45 (62,5%) dan melakukan tidak melakukan perilaku penggunaan kawat kasa pada ventilasi rumah sebanyak 37 (51,4%). Disarankan kepada masyarakat mengambil peran aktif terhadap Program PSN (Pemberantasan Sarang Nyamuk) dengan melakukan: menggunakan kawat kasa pada ventilasi sebagai tindakan pencegahan Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD), dan tidak menggantung pakaian di belakang pintu atau disekitar rumah dan kepada Dinas Kesehatan serta Puskesmas memberikan kebijakan dan penyuluhan tentang pemberantasan DBD.

Abstract

Motivation, support and high desire are very necessary to start a business. So entrepreneur must be known as soon as possible to Indonesian citizens. Introduction to learning entrepreneur through educational activities entrepreneurin Bintan Regency, to be precise at SMKN 1 Seri Kuala Lobam in Kuala Sempang Village. The aim of this education is to prepare students to generate employment opportunities, alleviate the problems of unemployment, poverty and economic downturn. There are targets and outcomes that are the aim of educational programs entrepreneur motivatingly, creatively and skillfully in providing information to SMKN 1 Seri Kuala Lobam about the importance of understanding education entrepreneur motivating and creative and can instill the soul entrepreneur to students from an early age. The method used in this education is to use observation to dig up information regarding the condition of students at SMKN 1 Seri Kuala Lobam Kuala Sempang Village and socialization to take part in a series of socialization activities to foster an entrepreneurial spirit. The results of this training are the outcomes of carrying out several educational activities, including a tendency to grow in motivation regarding persistence to awaken the soul. The emergence of a strong awareness of the importance of entrepreneurship from generation to generation starting at a young age who emulate the successful behavior of entrepreneurs who have been running and are successful. In the end, by carrying out this activity the participants are expected to gain scientific insight in the field of entrepreneurship so that they can improve their souls entrepreneur million to raise the enthusiasm of the younger generation for entrepreneurship. The conclusion from this activity is that it is able to foster motivation and a sense of enthusiasm, awakening the soul entrepreneur among students of SMKN 1 Seri Kuala Lobam. Apart from that, the benefits of this activity can increase strong awareness of the importance of entrepreneurship starting from a young age.
