The influence of work facilities and servant leadership which consists of teacher performance variables, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable is very important to know how much influence it has on job satisfaction at SMAN I Karangrejo Tulungagung. By knowing this relationship, it is expected that SMAN 1 Karangrejo Tulungagung to further improve the work facilities and servant leadership in the school so that teacher performance is getting better through the level of job satisfaction in teachers. The sampling technique in this study used non-popbability sampling method with saturated sampling type. While the samples taken were all teachers at SMAN 1 Karangrejo Tulungagung. Data were obtained through questionnaires, observations and interviews. From the results of the analysis that has been done, the results show that work facilities have a negative and significant effect on teacher performance, servant leadership has a negative and significant effect on teacher performance, work facilities have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on teacher performance, work facilities on teacher performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable have a positive and significant effect, and servant leadership on performance through satisfaction as an intervening variable has a positive and significant effect. Pengaruh fasilitas kerja dan servant leadership yang terdiri dari variabel kinerja guru, dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening sangat penting untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan kerja pada SMAN I Karangrejo Tulungagung. Dengan mengetahui hubungan tersebut, diharapkan pihak SMAN 1 Karangrejo Tulungagung untuk lebih meningkatkan fasilitas kerja dan servant leadership yang ada di sekolah agar kinerja guru semakin baik melalui tingkat kepuasan kerja pada guru. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode non-popbability sampling dengan jenis sampling jenuh. Sedangkan sampel yang diambil adalah semua guru yang ada di SMAN 1 Karangrejo Tulungagung. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner, observasi dan wawancara. Dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, servant leadership berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, fasilitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, servant leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, fasilitas kerja terhadap kinerja guru melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening berpengaruh positif dan signikan, dan servant leadership terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan sebagai variabel intervening berpengaruh positif dan signifikan.
