Abstract

Kebudayaan adalah keseluruhan sistem gagasan,tindakan dan hasil kerja manusia dalam kerangka kehidupan bermasyarakat,yang dijadikan sumber pembelajaran oleh manusia.Oleh karena itu kebudayaan menjadi milik masyarakat malalui pembelajaran,Hal ini dikarenakan setiap individu sejak kecil sudah dijiwai dengan niai-nilai budaya yang hidup di masyarakat,dan konsep konsep tersebut telah lama tertanam dalam jiwa manusia itu sendiri proses seperti itu berarti bahwa nilai-nilai suatu budaya tidak dapat digantikan oleh nilai-nilai budaya lain. Tradisi yang kuat dalam masyarakat ini adalah kebiasaan umat muslim dalam menyambut maulid nabi yang secara terus menerus membentuk kepribadian sehingga menimbulkan pola hukum dan budaya yang berbeda beda dalam setiap masyarakat. .Oleh karena itu, perihal `urf atau al adah merupakan tolak ukur mendasar untuk mempertahankan adat kebiasaan yang telah diwarisi dari nenek moyang mereka dengan demikian setiap upaya untuk mempertahankannya telah menjadi bagian dari program kehidupan yang harus dijalaninya.

Abstract

The general background advancement of technology has transformed educational practices, necessitating innovative learning media to engage students effectively. Specific background In the context of Islamic education, particularly in the study of fiqh, there is a growing need for interactive learning tools that can facilitate student understanding and engagement. Knowledge gap However, there is limited research on the application of interactive learning media, such as Articulate Storyline, within pesantren settings to support fiqh education. Aims This study aims to develop and evaluate the use of Articulate Storyline as an interactive learning medium for teaching fiqh in An-Nur Islamic Boarding School. Results The findings demonstrate that Articulate Storyline enhances student engagement and understanding of fiqh concepts by integrating various multimedia elements, such as text, graphics, audio, and video, into the learning experience. Novelty this research highlights the innovative use of Articulate Storyline in Islamic education, providing a structured approach to developing engaging learning media that is responsive to students’ interests and experiences. Implications The study's implications suggest that incorporating interactive learning media can significantly enrich the educational experience in pesantren, encouraging active participation and improving overall learning outcomes. Additionally, it emphasizes the role of educators in utilizing technology effectively to foster critical thinking and analytical skills among students in the learning process. Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of guidance and counseling (GC) services as part of Islamic educational supervision at SMK Syubbanul Wathon. Supervision in Islamic education encompasses not only academic and administrative aspects but also moral and spiritual development of students. The study employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis involving guidance counselors, school principals, and subject teachers. The findings reveal that GC services are well integrated into the school's supervision program, emphasizing Islamic approaches in guiding students through personal, social, and academic challenges. Guidance counselors play a strategic role in shaping student character based on Islamic and humanistic values. The school principal is also actively involved in supervising and supporting the implementation of GC services to create a religious and conducive school environment. This study shows that the integration of GC into Islamic educational supervision has a positive impact on students' character development and the overall learning climate. The novelty of this research lies in the systematic integration of guidance and counseling services within Islamic educational supervision at the vocational school level.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the Muslims in Indonesia understanding and practicing the payment of professional zakat according to the rule. This study uses a quantitative approach with logistic regression analysis techniques to analyze whether the increase in income among the Muslims is followed by an increase in the amount of professional zakat paid by them. Therefore, logistic regression was used to analyze the two variables (income and amount of professional zakat paid) in the form of elasticity. In addition, this study also uses other supporting variables such as age, education level, type of work, job level, and religiosity so that the research model can explain the issue even better. Since the professional zakat is zakat paid by Muslims who are already working and meet the nisab, this study uses primary data of 126 Muslim respondents who were an employee and have a nisab-required salary the salary that met the nisab of professional zakat. The results of this study indicate that the income have a significant effect on the payment of professional zakat.
