Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan keterampilan Tata Rias Make Up Artis (MUA) beserta cara memulai bisnisnya untuk mendorong jiwa wirausaha ibu-ibu rumah tangga dan untuk melihat minat ibu-ibu rumah tangga terhadap pelatihan Tata Rias Make Up Artis (MUA) ini. Metode pengabdian ini menggunakan metode ceramah, demostrasi langsung, dan tanya jawab. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menyampaikan pengetahuan secara umum tentang bisnis make up artis, yaitu meliputi apa itu make up artis, manfaat make up artis, dan cara memulai bisnis make up artis. Metode demostrasi langsung digunakan untuk memberikan keterampilan langsung kepada peserta tentang tata cara make up dari ahlinya, yaitu pemateri yamg memiliki bisnis make up baik untuk pengantin maupun untuk acara-acara tertentu yang telah memiliki banyak pengalaman. Diambil beberapa peserta dengan warna kulit, jenis kulit dan bentuk wajah yang berbeda untuk langsung dimake up, mulai dari make up dasar sampai finishing. Serta metode tanya jawab digunakan untuk melengkapi hal-hal yang belum terakomodasi oleh metode diatas. Pelatihan keterampilan ini melibatkan Pelaku Bisnis Make Up Artis Pekanbaru Juan Bantari dan Dosen Program Studi Manajemen dan Akuntansi yang bekerjasama dengan Ibu-ibu PKK pada RW 06, Kelurahan Sidomulyo Timur, Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai sebagai mitra

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relevance of the 4P marketing mix theory (price, promotion, product, and place) to consumer purchases of halal-certified skincare products. This study targets one hundred respondents as research samples in the DKI Jakarta area, and the desired age is between eighteen and sixty years. Halal-certified skincare products in this study are limited to facial and body skincare products, such as facial cleansers, face creams, masks, moisturizers, body lotions, scrubs, to lip care. The method in this research is multiple linear regression. This study indicates that the dominant factor influencing consumer purchases of halal-certified skincare products is the product factor. The result shows that good and quality products can increase purchases. Quality products indirectly influence consumers in their decision to buy halal-certified skincare products. A convenient location and not far from the center of consumer activity will indirectly be the choice of consumers in buying halal-certified skincare products. Thus, the results of this study prove that consumer attitudes built on product quality would be able to affects purchases.

Abstract

Business ethics is responsible for determining the moral standards and behavior expected of players in the business world. In the context of MSMEs, business ethics plays an important role in creating a fair and honest business environment that can increase consumer confidence in the products and services offered. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of sharia business ethics to the performance of MSME actors in the Trade Sector in Bogor Regency. The methods used are qualitative and quantitative methods. The results of this study are that Business Ethics has a very strong influence on MSME performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the Muslims in Indonesia understanding and practicing the payment of professional zakat according to the rule. This study uses a quantitative approach with logistic regression analysis techniques to analyze whether the increase in income among the Muslims is followed by an increase in the amount of professional zakat paid by them. Therefore, logistic regression was used to analyze the two variables (income and amount of professional zakat paid) in the form of elasticity. In addition, this study also uses other supporting variables such as age, education level, type of work, job level, and religiosity so that the research model can explain the issue even better. Since the professional zakat is zakat paid by Muslims who are already working and meet the nisab, this study uses primary data of 126 Muslim respondents who were an employee and have a nisab-required salary the salary that met the nisab of professional zakat. The results of this study indicate that the income have a significant effect on the payment of professional zakat.
