Abstract

Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) menjadi landasan utama dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada tiga guru kelas IV SD di Sleman, diperoleh informasi bahwa guru membutuhkan contoh modul P5 dengan tema kearifan lokal pada topik tepo seliro, membatik ecogreen, dan wayang punakawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kualitas modul P5. Metode yang digunakan meliputi wawancara, kuesioner, dan tes, dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 18 peserta didik kelas IV SD. Pengembangan modul dilakukan menggunakan model ADDIE dengan tahapan sebagai berikut: (1) Analyze, mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner kepada guru kelas IV; (2) Design, melakukan studi pustaka dan menyusun kisi-kisi modul; (3) Develop, membuat modul, melakukan validasi dengan empat validator, serta merevisi modul berdasarkan masukan; (4) Implement, menguji coba modul pada peserta didik kelas IV SD Kanisius Totogan; (5) Evaluate, menganalisis hasil pretest dan posttest yang diberikan kepada peserta didik. Hasil penilaian kualitas modul menunjukkan rata-rata skor 3,8 dalam kategori “sangat baik,” modul ini layak untuk diujicobakan setelah revisi. Berdasarkan hasil pretest dan posttest pada projek wayang punakawan, terjadi peningkatan nilai pada seluruh peserta didik, dengan rata-rata skor dari 37% meningkat menjadi 84%. Sementara itu, hasil projek berupa wayang punakawan telah membantu peserta didik memahami lebih dalam mengenai karakter, nilai moral, serta peran wayang dalam budaya lokal. Hal ini juga meningkatkan apresiasi mereka terhadap seni pertunjukan tradisional serta keterampilan berpikir kreatif dan kolaboratif.

Abstract

Kindergarten (TK) is included in the Early Childhood Education (PAUD) level which is a form of formal education for children aged 4-6 years. Based on the results of a questionnaire distributed to two Kanisius Kadirojo kindergarten teachers and one Pelita Kasih kindergarten teacher, the researcher obtained information that they needed an example of a teaching module for the STEAM element of the “Real environment” sub-element. Researchers are encouraged to develop teaching modules that discuss the material “Getting to know chickens”, as one of the poultry animals in the environment around children. The objectives of this research are 1) Develop STEAM teaching modules on getting to know chickens with sensorial media for PAUD; 2) Knowing the quality of the STEAM teaching module material to recognize chickens with sensorial media for PAUD. The type of research is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model with stages: Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate. The research subjects were kindergarten teachers and 28 Kanisius Kadirojo Kindergarten B students. Data collection techniques were obtained through open-ended questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used qualitative analysis and quantitative data. The results of the teaching module validation by three experts received an average score of 3.72 (from a scale of 1-4) meaning “very good.” The trial application of the teaching module from 28 children, 20 children (71%) got the results of “starting to develop (MB)”, and 8 children (28%) got the results of “Developing as expected (BSH).

Abstract

21st-century skills are essential for teachers in integrating rapidly advancing technology into the teaching and learning process. Teachers are required to utilize media, especially digital media, in classroom activities. This study aims to develop a teaching module using digital media for plane figures material based on the PBL (Problem-Based Learning) model for Grade II elementary school and to evaluate the quality of the developed module. The research employed the R&D (Research and Development) model with the ADDIE framework. Four validators participated in the study: one lecturer, one Grade II teacher, one language expert, and one ICT expert. Data collection techniques included a needs analysis questionnaire. Data analysis utilized both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The findings of this study are as follows: (1) The teaching module using digital media for plane figures material was developed through the five stages of ADDIE: Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. (2) The validated teaching module achieved a score of 3.75, categorized as "very good," based on several aspects such as cover design, preface, table of contents, module content, and language. (3) The benefits of the teaching module for students, as evidenced by the average post-test results from two sessions, showed an improvement from 86% to 92%, with an average increase of 6%. Therefore, the teaching module using digital media for plane figures material with the PBL model effectively aids students in understanding the topic.
