Abstract

This research aims to describe the thoughts on educational reform by several prominent figures in Minangkabau. These figures are Abdul Karim Amrullah, Abdullah Ahmad, Rahmah El-Yunusiyah, and Sheikh Sulaiman Ar-rasuli. The research method used is the library research research method, library research is research carried out using library literature. The data collection process focuses on collecting various sources and relevant data, scientific literature, and other writings related to thoughts on educational reform in Minangkabau. The results of the research show that there are thoughts about educational reform carried out by several prominent figures in Minangkabau such as Abdul Karim Amrullah, Abdullah Ahmad, Rahmah El-Yunusiyah, and Sheikh Sulaiman Ar-rasuli. The results of the thinking of these figures were to change the education system from halaqah to madrasa, organizing the place of study with a classroom system, using classical books as the main learning source, adding general subjects such as arithmetic, natural sciences and so on. Among the legacies of figures who contributed greatly to Islamic education in Minangkabau are Sumatra Tawalib Padang Panjang, Adabiah School, Diniyah Putri Padang Panjang, and MTI Canduang. It is hoped that the results of this research will be able to guide progress in the field of education, especially Islamic education in Minangkabau, then this research is also expected to be able to become a reference and benchmark for further research on different topics.

Abstract

Experts in distributing Emotioanal quotient contained in humans through various studies and research. but it turns out that the Qur'an has already discussed emotions which basically emotions can lead to good things as well as bad. If the intelligence tends to have badness, it will be disastrous for human life, so it can be seen that human control is very important and very necessary for humans. In the midst of the hustle and bustle of emotional and psychological problems that do not escape the process of transferring knowledge in the realm of education which can affect the crisis of exemplary as a figure in terms of education, the Qur'an, will be felt to be a solution that is able to provide one-one solution in the world of education today. This type of research is a library study (library research) analysing the interpretation of the Qur'an related to verses about emotions and psychology in educating children. Furthermore, in obtaining data carried out by investigating various literature earlier using the content analysis method, this study concludes that the internalisation of al-Qur'anic values on emotioanal quotient and psychology can produce al-insan al-kamil conditions, that one way to deal with the test is to manage the emotions of patience (Patience), shukr (Gratitude), Taubah (Repentance), Khusnul Khuluq (Good Character), Muraqabah (Self Awareness), Tawakkul (Trust in Allah), Istighfar (Seeking Forgiveness).

Abstract

Menstruasi yang pertama kali terjadi pada remaja putri di sebut dengan Menarche. Remaja putri yang mengalami menarche akan merasa gelisah, bingung dan tidak nyaman. Ketidakstabilan psikologis, emosi, dan rendahnya pengetahuan siswi Sekolah Dasar menjadikan siswi cemas, takut dan tidak mengerti apa yang harus mereka lakukan ketika mengalami menstruasi tersebut, tetapi mau tidak mau siswi tersebut harus siap menerima kondisi ini, oleh karena itu persiapan menjelang menstruasi penting untuk dipelajari untuk kesiapan jika menstruasi terjadi secara tiba-tiba. Sepanjang kehidupan, perempuan dan anak perempuan dengan ketidakmampuan belajar kepada ibu terhadap kesiapan menghadapi menarchea dan mengakses informasi dan dukungan mengenai menstruasi, namun masih banyak orang tua yang masih mengabaikan inisiatif untuk meningkatkan kesehatan dan kesejahteraan menstruasi. Berdasarkan penelitian yang sudah dilakukan di SD 024 Tarai Kota Pekanbaru, ditemukan bahwa didapatkan pengetahuan siswi kurang untuk kesiapan menghadapi menarchea 92,1%. Oleh karena itu dengan adanya penyuluhan ini bisa menambah pengetahuan siswi setelah mendapat penyuluhan Kesehatan serta pembentukan sistem monitoring yang berkelanjutan di sekolah. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman meningkatkan pengetahuan siswi sekolah dasar tentang menarche. Kegiatan tersebut dihadiri oleh 40 siswa kelas VI. Hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan siswa sebelum penyuluhan kesiapan menghadapi menstruasi sebesar 60% dan menigkat 100% setelah diberikan penyuluhan.
