Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja (workload) dan hubungan antar manusia (human relation) secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai (perfomance) Puskesmas Kecamatan Pammana Kabupaten Wajo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Puskesmas Kecamatan Pammana Kabupaten Wajo sebanyak 58. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Sampling jenuh mengacu pada pengambilan sampel yang seluruh elemen populasi yang diteliti Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan observasi dan koesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif menggunakan SPSS versi 29. Hasil analisis koefisien determinasi yaitu 0,349 yang artinya beban kerja dan hubungan antar manusia mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai sebesar 34,9%. Hasil analisis Uji T beban kerja dan hubungan antar manusia masing-masing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil analisis uji F beban kerja dan hubungan antar manusia secara simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Village co-operatives play a crucial role in the economic development of communities, particularly in rural areas, and are considered a key pillar of the national economy under Law UU RI No. 25 of 1992. This community service research aims to increase community understanding of co-operatives and to attract their interest in joining and contributing to the management of co-operatives in Bonttopenno Village, Wajo Regency. To achieve this goal, socialization was conducted using discussion and outreach methods as the most effective strategy. This community service has succeeded in providing a deeper understanding of the functions, benefits, and operational mechanisms of village cooperative units as drivers of the community economy.

Abstract

The Wajo Regency Land Office is a government agency that operates in the field of services at the Wajo Regency National Land Agency. In order to carry out the agency's duties and functions well, human resources are needed who are able to work optimally. This research is quantitative research. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. All statements are valid, reliable and normal. The findings of this research are as follows: Based on the results of the t test on work motivation, it was obtained that the t count was 3.169 > t table of 2.101 and the significance was 0.004 < 0.05, so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning that work motivation partially influences employee performance. The results of the t test on work discipline obtained t count of 2.249 > t table of 2.101 and a significance of 0.033 < 0.05, so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning that work discipline partially influences employee performance. From the results of this research, it is known that employee performance at the Wajo Regency Land Office is influenced by work motivation and work discipline. And the advice that the author can give to employees at the Wajo Regency Land Office is to improve employee performance better than before.
