Abstract

Information security is a crucial issue that affects the overall business process, therefore it must be protected and secured. This research was conducted to assess the information security risks at Metro City Communication and Information Office in a structured manner towards information assets in identifying efforts to reduce risks as part of the information security management program. The research method begins with defining the scope, collecting data and supporting documents, evaluating the Information Security Index (KAMI), determining scores in 7 security areas, where strengths/maturity and weaknesses/deficiencies will be identified in each security area. Finally, after obtaining the evaluation results, recommendations will be made. The Information Security Index (KAMI) is a computer-based tool in excel format that can assess and evaluate the completeness and maturity level of information security implementation based on the SNI ISO/IEC 27001 criteria that describe the readiness of the information security framework. The data obtained by the researcher is based on interview results, examination of the availability of Information Security Management System (SMKI) documents, and evidence of SMKI implementation records/archives. The dashboard evaluation results for electronic system category score 17, which is in the high category, governance score is 69, risk management score is 29, framework score is 33, information asset management score is 69, technology score is 81 and supplement score is 0%. Based on verification of the results of the KAMI Index version 4.2 assessment file, a score of 275 was obtained, indicating that information security

Abstract

The SIGNAL application facilitates online vehicle tax payments for the public. The application's quality is frequently evaluated through user reviews on platforms like the Google Play Store. This study aims to analyze the sentiment of SIGNAL user reviews using a Machine Learning-based approach, specifically the BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers) model. The dataset consists of 20,000 user reviews. After preprocessing, the remaining data comprises 17,287 reviews, categorized into 12,758 positive reviews, 2,160 neutral reviews, and 2,369 negative reviews. To address data imbalance, the Random Over Sampling (ROS) technique was applied. The evaluation was performed using metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. The results of the study indicate that the IndoBERT model can classify sentiments with an accuracy of 99% and a validation accuracy of 98% after five epochs of training. Confusion matrix analysis shows that the model achieved an overall accuracy of 99.72% on training data and 98.68% on testing data. This study demonstrates that the IndoBERT model is highly effective in classifying sentiment and makes a significant contribution to understanding the user experience of SIGNAL, which can serve as a foundation for future improvements to the application.

Abstract

Tourism, including environmental tourism, has become one of Indonesia's second-greatest foreign exchange contributors after petroleum and natural gas. The potential for Mangrove tourism is growing due to the ecotourism philosophy, which stresses nature conservation and local communities, particularly coastal areas. The solution to the issue of developing tourism activities in conservation areas is ecotourism. There is a Mangrove Forest ecotourism area called "Lati Tuo" in Klempang Sari Village, Kuaro District, Paser Regency, however, its management is not yet optimal. This activity intends to improve the management of "Lati Tuo" Mangrove ecotourism by developing supporting infrastructure at ecotourism sites. All activities involved teams from the village, Mulawarman University students, ecotourism managers, and the community around the location. The actions carried out include preparation, problem identification, planning, implementation, and assessment. Activities carried out at the "Lati Tuo" mangrove ecotourism site, Klempang Sari Village. This time, ecotourism management optimization operations are more focused on building several supporting facilities for visitor comfort, because tourist comfort is one of the variables that might influence tourists' decisions to visit a tourist site. Making chairs at each corner of the bridge and creating warning signs are among the activities that have taken place. Aside from that, there was the creation of gazebo name boards, the creation of Latin name plates for plants in the mangrove forest "Lati Tuo," and the creation of "Lati Tuo" Love Padlocks. The development of supporting facilities at the "Lati Tuo" mangrove ecotourism site was completed smoothly. The support of all stakeholders, including the village officials, ecotourism management, and the Klempang Sari Village Community, is critical to the success of this activity.
