Abstract

The decline in the culture of literacy and numeracy in Lubuk Linggau City has resulted in low interest in reading among the public, especially students, as well as a lack of adequate facilities and infrastructure to support these activities. To coincide with the commemoration of National Education Day, a literacy and numeracy festival at elementary, middle and high school levels was held. The aim is to arouse students' interest in improving the culture of literacy and numeracy, the method used in this activity is holding several competitions, the aim of holding the competition is to increase students' enthusiasm in competing to improve the culture of literacy and numeracy. The results obtained from this activity are very beneficial for the community, especially students, with this literacy and numeracy festival, students can develop and improve literacy and numeracy culture for the advancement of education in Lubuk Linggau City..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu Kantor ATR/BPN Kabupaten Musi Rawas dalam menangani pengarsipan dokumen penting dalam bentuk digital. Penggunaan metode pada penelitian ini untuk pembangaunan sistem pengarsipan digital ini menggunakan metode waterfall yang meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, analisa kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, perancangan perangkat lunak. Perancangan sistem pengarsipan digital ini menggunakan tool UML dan pemrograman sistem menggunakan php serta perancangan database menggunakan MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa program Sistem pengarsipan digital pada ATR/BPN kabupaten Musi Rawas menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database menggunakan MySQL. Penyimpulan yang didapat pada penelitian ini yaitu dapat membantu pihak ATR/BPN Kabupaten Musi Rawas dalam digitalisasi arsip dokumen penting dari kehilangan maupun kerusakan dari dokumen tersebut.

Abstract

The problem in this research is currently, public information to every village community is not carried out effectively because public information is carried out directly so that people who want to know village information must come directly to the Ngestiboga Village office 1. For the process of serving the letters needed by the community through a long process. The community must take care of, for example, a cover letter from the head of the hamlet and then forward it to the Ngestiboga 1 Village Office, where to carry out the service process to take care of the letters is difficult for the community because it is a long process. This study used data collection methods by conducting observations in Ngestiboga 1 Village, Jayaloka District, interviews with staff or the head of Ngestiboga 1 Village, Jayaloka District and literature on books related to the author's title, The results of the research are Public Information System Design and Rubber Production Prediction, the application is built using the PHP programming language with MYSQL as the application database and the application interface is built based on a Website and nave Bayes will be used as an algorithm for rubher production prediction. It can be concluded that the system can provide information and public services online to the community of Ngestiboga I Village, Jayaloka District and apply the Naive Bayes Algorithm so as to produce information on rubber production in the future.

Abstract

Hypertension is a disease that has a high mortality rate every year and can attack individuals of all ages. Hypertension is also one of the entry points or risk factors for diseases such as heart disease, kidney failure, diabetes mellitus and stroke. The aim of this research is to be able to help the community when there are limited tools and experts which cause the community to have difficulty in diagnosing hypertension, on the other hand there are also people who have limited time or money to diagnose hypertension at health facilities such as Community Health Centers, Homes. Hospitals, Clinics and other health facilities. The system development method used in this research is the waterfall method, the waterfall method is a system development method that provides systematic and sequential approaches to software development such as requirements specifications, software design implementation, testing and so on, as for the stages in The waterfall system development method starts from analysis, design, coding and testing. The expert system used in this research uses a certainty factor in diagnosing the percentage of hypertension. The certainty factor method is a method for proving the uncertainty of an expert's thinking, where to accommodate this one usually uses a certainty factor to describe the expert's level of confidence in The problem being faced. The results of this research have a contribution, namely that the application of this expert system can quickly and precisely diagnose whether someone is suffering from hypertension or not based on the data set that has been compiled.

Abstract

The rise of disease attacks on plant leaves causes huge losses for farmers, especially rice farmers. Lack of knowledge in identifying the symptoms of disease in rice plants can cause farmers to have difficulty in dealing with diseases that attack their rice plants, causing errors in handling diseases in rice plants that result in crop failure. When looking at the facts that occur today, it is very necessary to have a technology that can be used to recognise diseases in rice plants, so that it can help rice farmers in recognising a symptom of a disease that attacks their rice plants. With the application of computer vision using the YOLOv5 algorithm, we can create an introduction system related to diseases in rice plants based on the type of disease. In the process of applying the YOLOv5 algorithm, we will collect as many as 1500 images of 2 types of diseases and 1 type of normal rice leaves and each class we collect 500 images, and divide the data into 3 parts, the percentage of which is 70% for train data, 20% for valid data and 10% for test data and this process we do in Roboflow for image labelling and dataset creation. We will process the dataset from roboflow using the YOLOv5 algorithm. Based on the model evaluation results, the highest value of mAP 95%, precision 88%, recall 100% is obtained. The last stage is testing the system in real-time with a webcam and producing a test accuracy value in the Narrow Brown Spot class of 93%, in the Leaf Blight class of 81%, and Normal Rice Leaves 91%.

Abstract

Pengelolaan objek wisata danau Rayo yang dikelola oleh POKDARWIS selama ini dinilai kurang baik karena minimnya pengetahuan pengurus POKDARWIS dalam pengelolaan pariwisata. Selain itu, ia disebabkan oleh belum ada strategi pemasaran yang efektif dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi yang ada sehingga mengakibatkan objek wisata danau Rayo kurang dikenal oleh masyarakat. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengatahuan POKDARWIS pada aspek manajemen dan pemasaran. Kegiatan pengabdian berbasis pendekatan Participative Action Research (PAR) dengan metode sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan Teknologi, Pendampingan, Evaluasi dan Keberlanjutan Proram. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah para peserta merasa puas dan memperoleh pemahaman yang baik tentang cara mengelola manajemen pariwisata berbasis digital dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam mempromosikan pariwisata pada destinasi wisata Danau Rayo Desa Sungai Jernih.

Abstract

The problem in this study is that in the implementation of the MBKM program there are still many weaknesses and shortcomings, including the fact that currently Bina Insan University does not have its own system that can be used as an information media in providing the best service to students, the current system needed is a system with the application of the Md5 algorithm, the MD5 algorithm is one of the algorithms used to find out that the message sent has not changed while on the network, this system provides registration for each existing independent campus program so that all data will be centralized in one system, on the other hand, the MBKM section also requires a system that can convert credits to programs that have been followed, where in the program each student is given the right to get a conversion of 20 credits or the equivalent of one semester. The results of this study are that with this application, it can facilitate the MBKM in processing and converting the MBKM program, as well as speeding up and streamlining the registration process and converting MBKM program values ​​and providing information to students and lecturers about MBKM.

Abstract

Perkembangan destinasi wisata khususnya di Kabupaten Musi Rawas tidak terlepas dari perkembangan teknologi, dalam beberapa tahun terakhir jumlah kunjungan wisatawan ke Kabupaten Musi Rawas cenderung tidak ada peningkatan atau bisa dikatakan sama, Kabupaten Musi Rawas memiliki potensi pariwisata yang besar, namun kurangnya pemanfaatan teknologi untuk promosi dan pengelolaan destinasi wisata menjadi salah satu kendala dalam peningkatan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi E-Rekreasi, sebuah platform berbasis mobile dan website yang dirancang untuk membantu wisatawan dalam menemukan dan merencanakan kunjungan ke berbagai objek wisata di Musi Rawas, pada aplikasi E-Rekreasi menyediakan informasi-informasi seputar pariwisata, paket wisata, serta jadwal serta tanggal event-event atau kegiatan yang ada pada pariwisata. Pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode User-Centered Design (UCD), yang fokus pada kebutuhan dan pengalaman pengguna. Dengan melibatkan pengguna sejak tahap awal pengembangan, aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pengalaman yang intuitif dan fungsional, sehingga mampu menarik lebih banyak wisatawan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan UCD dalam pengembangan E-Rekreasi efektif dalam meningkatkan daya tarik dan kepuasan pengguna, yang berpotensi meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan di Kabupaten Musi Rawas.

Abstract

In the banking sector, this study is very suitable for determining and improving accuracy and determining credit status classification. This study aims to apply the Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) method in supporting credit status classification at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara KCP Lubuklinggau Persero Tbk. Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) as data exploration and Machine Learning Algorithms such as Random Forest as modeling in determining classification. The results show that the Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) method successfully determines data patterns, while Random Forest in modeling achieves accuracy, recall, Precision, F1-Score of 100% in predicting the credit status of KPR customers. This method is expected to be useful in making decisions on more accurate credit status by the bank.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas penggunaan model transfer learning ResNet152v2 Untuk klasifikasi penyakit daun pepaya, Metode tradisional dalam mengidentifikasi penyakit tanaman seringkali bersifat subjektif dan bergantung pada pengalaman manusia, yang dapat menyebabkan inkonsistensi dan ketidakakuratan. Dengan memanfaatkan pembelajaran mendalam (Deep learning). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model klasifikasi yang efisien dan andal. Dataset yang digunakan terdiri dari tiga kelas : healthy (Sehat), Ringspot (Virus), dan Curl (Keriting pada daun pepaya). Citra pada dataset ini telah melalui tahap preprocessing dan augmentasi guna meningkatkan keragaman data. Model dilatih menggunakan pendekatan transfer learning dengan arsitektur ResNet152v2, dan hasil pelatihan dianalisis berdasarkan metrik akurasi, loss, serta Confusion matrix. Hasil menunjukkan model mampu menunjukkan bahwa model mencapai akurasi pelatihan sebesar 96% dan akurasi validasi sebesar 75% setelah 20 epoch, Untuk kategori Curl, model mencatatkan presisi sebesar 89% dan recall 97%, sedangkan kategori Rinspot menunjukkan  presisi 80% dan recall 100%. Namun, recall kategori healthy relatif lebih rendah, yaitu 63%, akibat kesalahan klasifikasi. Akurasi keseluruhan pada pengujian adalah 87%. Penelitian ini menunjukkan potensi Transfer learning dalam klasifikasi penyakit tanaman, meskipun ada tantangan pada keterbatasan dan dan kesalahan klasifikasi.Rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya mencakup peningkatan variasi dataset, pengoptimalan hyperparameter, serta eksplorasi arsitektur deep learning lain untuk memperbaiki performa klasifikasi, selain itu pengembangan aplikasi berbasis web atau seluler dapat meningkatkan penerapan model ini dalam praktik pertanian.This study discusses the use of the ResNet152v2 transfer learning model for papaya leaf disease classification, traditional methods of identifying plant diseases are often subjective and rely on human experience, which can lead to inconsistencies and inaccuracies. This study aims to develop an efficient and reliable classification model. The dataset used consists of three classes: healthy, Ringspot (Virus), and Curl (Curly on papaya leaves). The images in this dataset have gone through preprocessing and augmentation stages to increase data diversity. The model was trained using a transfer learning approach with the ResNet152v2 architecture, and the training results were analyzed based on accuracy, loss, and Confusion matrix metrics. The results show that the model is able to demonstrate that the model achieves a training accuracy of 96% and a validation accuracy of 75% after 20 epochs. For the Curl category, the model recorded a precision of 89% and a recall of 97%, while the Rinspot category showed a precision of 80% and a recall of 100%. However, the recall of the healthy category is relatively lower, which is 63%, due to misclassification. The overall accuracy of the test was 87%. This study shows the potential of Transfer Learning in plant disease classification, despite challenges in terms of limitations and classification errors. Recommendations for further research include increasing the variety of datasets, optimizing hyperparameters, and exploring other deep learning architectures to improve classification performance, in addition to developing web or mobile-based applications to improve the application of this model in agricultural practices.
