Abstract

The research aims to investigate whether product quality, brand image, and advertising have an impact on the purchase decision of Purbasari cosmetic consumers in Yogyakarta. The population refers to Purbasari cosmetic consumers in Yogyakarta. The research sample consists of 100 respondents, selected through purposive sampling. Data is collected through primary data from a questionnaire distributed to the respondents. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The calculation process is done using IBM SPSS 20. The results of the research indicate that product quality, brand image, and advertising have a significant impact on purchase decision simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, workload, work environment, and turnover intention. This research was conducted in June 2023 – October 2023 at sugar factory in Yogyakarta. This research is a quantitative research with the number of respondents 67 employee and the sampling technique using simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially work stress and workload has a positive effect on turnover intention. The work environment has a negative effect on turnover intention. Simultaneous test results show that work stress, workload and work environment have a significant effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

Community service activities are activities that aim to help the community in various aspects without expecting anything in return. The target of the community service activities that the author carried out has a focus on increasing knowledge and training skills. The author carried out community service activities after seeing the problems and conditions of the service location environment. The service location environment has a large number of children and there are no programs targeting children. In addition, the current condition of children is less understanding of waste management and the importance of saving. At the service location, children tend to ignore waste and saving because the majority already use cellphones in their daily activities. Seeing these problems, the author carried out community service activities with the title of training in making piggy banks from used materials and socializing waste management. Participants in the activity were enthusiastic in participating in the activities as evidenced by the active participation of participants in discussion activities and the results of work and creativity that emerged from the participants.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji secara empiris pengaruh lingkungan kerja, beban kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Mensa Bina Sukses Cabang Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya fenomena permasalahan kinerja karyawan yang terjadi di perusahaan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik sampel jenuh, sehingga seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 67 karyawan dijadikan sebagai responden penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS, yang didukung oleh uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji t, uji F, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, lingkungan kerja, beban kerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kontribusi sebesar 64 persen, sementara 36 persen lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pengelolaan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, pembagian beban kerja yang proporsional, serta peningkatan motivasi kerja merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.
