Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence overconfidence in student investors in Yogyakarta. This study explores the relationship between demographic factors (sex, age, education) and big five personality traits (agreeableness, concientiousness, extraversion, neuroticism, openness) with overconfidence. Primary data collected from student investors through questionnaires. The statistical method used is chi-square to determine the relationship between demographic factors and overconfidence. Regression method to determine the relationship between personality types with overconfidence. Analysis using SPSS for Windows 20 on 100 sample sizes. The results of the regression analysis showed that there was an influence between concientiousness, extroversion and openness personality type variables on overconfidence. Agreeableness and neuroticism have no effect on overconfidence. The study also found an influence between demographic factors (sex, age, education) and overconfidence.

Abstract

This paper aims to identify the functional, symbolic, hedonic and Islamic value constructs of Muslim consumers’ satisfaction with fine dining restaurants. In addition, it develops the role of religiosity in the relationship between hedonic and Islamic symbolic values ​​in consumer satisfaction and examines the effect of such satisfaction on the willingness to pay more. The method used in the research is based on a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), with data collected using a questionnaire; 281 valid respondents took part in the study. The results show that in terms of the influence of the dimensions of perceived value in explaining customer satisfaction, the functional, hedonic and Islamic have has a positive and significant effect, whereas the symbolic value variable is is perceived to have no significant effect on satisfaction. Furthermore, customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on the willingness to pay more. In comparison, religiosity does not moderate the effect of perceived symbolic value on consumer satisfaction. However, it does moderate the effect of hedonic and Islamic value.

Abstract

This Community Service was carried out in the Bolawen Hamlet Community, Tlogoadi, Mlati, Sleman, Yogyakarta. The theme raised relates to the importance of cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit. The purpose of this community service activity is to understand entrepreneurship. Increase creativity in entrepreneurship, Encouraging the creation of jobs, Improving the village economy. The service carried out in Bolawen Hamlet was carried out using the lecture, discussion, and question and answer methods. The existence of samples of business products increases the interest of participants so that other business ideas emerge. Participants in this activity are dominated by productive age, where the enthusiasm in receiving material about entrepreneurship is very visible. The enthusiasm of the participants in this community service activity added to the sense of enthusiasm in interacting, so that there were no obstacles in the activity and it ran as expected. This service was carried out on Tuesday, February 11 and 18 2020. The smooth running of this service activity was supported by the Bolawen Hamlet community who gave a positive response and proved that the purpose of this service activity was running smoothly and successfully.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of perceived Ihsan, Islamic egalitarianism, perception of cash waqf, and awareness of cash waqf on cash waqf giving. The method used in this research is a survey using a questionnaire; there are 183 valid respondents in this study. This study used PLS-SEM to test the hypotheses, the result showed that people with high perceived Ihsan would have higher behavioural intention to help the other Muslims. Then, the higher the Islamic egalitarianism, the higher the individual's desire to achieve equality in the economic aspect of fellow Muslims. Furthermore, individuals with more heightened awareness and positive perceptions believe that waqf can help each other donate more through cash waqf.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan merajuk pada kepemimpinan transformasional, kompensasi finansial dan lingkungan kerja fisik apakah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Wates Kulon Progo. Hal tersebut dilihat dari pengaruh baik parsial dan simultan. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah penelitian kuatitatif dengan jumlah responden 56 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dilakukan pada penelitian ini. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, kompensasi finansial, dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, baik parsial dan simultan.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat menyasar kepada anak-anak usia dini dan sekolah yang berada pada kelompok Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran (TPA) Al-Fatah di Dusun Dagan, Murtigading, Sanden, Bantul, Yogyakarta. Tema yang diangkat berhubungan dengan pentingnya menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha pada anak- anak. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu: Membangun motivasi kewirausahaan sejak dini, memahami apa itu berwirausaha, menumbuhkan kreativitas dan inovasi wirausaha muda, mendorong terciptanya lapangan pekerjaan dan meningkatkan perekonomian desa dan keluarga.Pengabdian yang dilaksanakan di TPA Al- Fatah ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi, dan tanya jawab. Adanya simulasi dan pelatihan membuat produk usaha menambah ketertarikan peserta sehingga memunculkan ide-ide lain. Selain dilatih memunculkan ide usaha dan membuat produk, peserta pengabdian juga dilatih untuk memasarkan produk, sehingga pada akhirnya akan mendapatkan keuntungan dari penjualanproduk tersebut. Peserta dalam kegiatan ini didominasi usia dini dan sekolah. Harapannya kegiatan ini dapat menambah soft skill lain selain ilmu agama, tetapi juga ilmu bisnis dan wirausaha. Sehingga nanti bisa menciptakan wirausaha muda generasi insan qurani yang tidak hanya berorientasi pada profit, tetapi juga benefit. Kata Kunci: entrepreneurs, childhood, training, profit, benefit

Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami kerangka motivasi yangmendorong mahasiswa menjadi wirausahawan mudaMetodologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif denganpendekatan studi kasus.Temuan: Penelitian ini menunjukkan tiga motivasi yang mendominasi darimasing-masing wirausaha seperti cita-cita sebagai wirausaha, inspirasi darikeluarga, dan alasan finansial. Terdapat pula motivasi pendukung sepertimelihat peluang bisnis, tidak suka dikendalikan orang lain, dan memperluasrelasi.Orisinalitas: Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor pendorong paramahasiswa yang berwirausahaKeterbatasan Penelitian: Penelitian ini hanya berfokus pada analisis motivasimahasiswa yang berwirausaha.

Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kelelahan emosional, efikasi diri, dan kepemimpinan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan puskesmas Lendah II. Metodologi: Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan populasi 36 karyawan di Puskesmas Lendah II dengan pengolahan data menggunakan analisis PLS (Partial Least Square) dan menggunakan software WARP PLS 7.0. Temuan: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel efikasi diri dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi. Sedangkan kelalah emosional tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi. Orisinalitas: Faktor pandemi menuntut karyawan untuk bekerja lebih ekstra dan dibutuhkan komitmen organisasi yang kuat untuk bertahan di sebuah organisasi. Komitmen organisasi karyawan tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor ekternal, ekplorasi lebih dalam bisa dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal kayawan seperti kelelahan emosioal dan efikasi diri

Abstract

This study is entitled The Effect of E-Service Quality and E-Trust on E-Loyalty with E-Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable for Shopee E-Commerce Users in Surakarta. This study aims to determine electronic service quality and trust's effect on electronic loyalty, with electronic satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research is quantitative research with a survey method. The population of this study is consumers who have made purchases on the Shopee website more than once. The sampling technique used purposeful sampling with a total sample of 205 people. The data collection technique uses an online questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is path analysis. The results of the study show that there is a positive effect of e-service quality and e-trust on e-satisfaction. There is a positive effect of e-service quality and E-Satisfaction on E-Loyalty. There is a positive and significant effect of e-service quality and e-trust on e-loyalty, which is mediated by the e-satisfaction of Shopee E-Commerce users in Surakarta.
