Abstract

This research aims to explore the variable Quality-Based Differentiation to overcome the gap in entrepreneurial orientation in improving marketing performance rooted in the resource advantage theory of competition (RAToC). The survey method was used to collect data after inviting 264 owner-managers of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to participate in this study. The AMOS structural equation modeling software tests our proposed hypothesis. The quantitative analysis resulted in the acceptance of the proposed hypothesis with several significant findings. The most important finding is that companies must invest in developing their resources in order to be able to produce differentiated products based on quality so that it will become a lever in improving marketing performance. A strong entrepreneurial orientation complemented by solid quality-based differentiation supports business strength in achieving a superior competitive position in the market.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurial orientation, speed of market entry and business performance on the sustainability of family businesses in Kaliuda village, Pahunga Lodu District. This research is a quantitative study with a population and sample of ikat weaving craftsmen in Pahunga Lodu District as well as respondents who are active in ikat weaving from generation 2 to generation 3. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) data analysis. The results of this research show that entrepreneurial orientation, speed of market entry and business performance have a significant effect on the sustainability of family businesses.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out what influence’s entrepreneurial orientation, innovation capability, and speed of market entry on the sustainability of family businesses. This research used a quantitative approach, non-probability sampling with a population of ikat business owners in East Sumba District, with 100 respondents from ikat weaving business owners in Kambera District. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The research results show that entrepreneurial orientation. Strong entrepreneurial orientation can help family businesses to develop and achieve long-term success, innovation capability, the ability of family businesses to generate new ideas and convert them into products, and high speed of market entry can help family businesses to gain competitive advantage. and achieving a larger market share towards the sustainability of the family business is the ability of the family business to survive and develop from generation to generation which has a significant influence on the ikat weaving business.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of appraisal value and the role of social media on consumer decisions in pawning gold goods. This research method also uses non-probability sampling with proposive sampling techniques. The sampling criteria are to pawn gold at the Prailiu branch pawnshop at least 2 or more times and be domiciled in Waingapu. Data analysis using multiple regression, the results showed that the value of estimates and promotions had a significant effect on the decision to pawn gold. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 80 respondents and this study was conducted by distributing questionnaires directly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi kapasitas absorptif terhadap kinerja pemasaran UKM melalui strategi pemasaran agresif sebagai variabel mediasi. Kebaruan studi ini terletak pada pengembangan model empiris yang mengusulkan strategi pemasaran agresif untuk menjembatani kesenjangan penelitian antara kapasitas absorptif dan kinerja pemasaran UKM. Penelitian ini melibatkan 200 UKM di Kabupaten Sumba Timur, Indonesia. Semua hipotesis yang diajukan terbukti valid, menunjukkan bahwa kapasitas absorptif, strategi pemasaran agresif, orientasi pasar proaktif, dan kemampuan inovasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja UKM. Temuan ini memperkuat hubungan logis antarvariabel dan memperjelas kerangka teori yang digunakan. Selain itu, model konseptual ini relevan dalam menangkap fenomena bisnis di lapangan, sehingga menjadi referensi penting untuk pengembangan UKM. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa sinergi antara kapasitas absorptif, orientasi pasar proaktif, kemampuan inovasi, dan strategi pemasaran agresif memberikan kerangka kerja yang kuat bagi UKM untuk meraih keunggulan kompetitif di pasar yang dinamis.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis strategi inovasi dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan Teh kelor pada PT marada kelor sumba penelitian ini di laksanakan pada bulan maret 2023 di Desa Temu kecamatan kanatang Sumba Timur. Metode pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data yang di gunakan adalah analisis SWOT, matriks IFAS,matriks EFAS. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, yaitu studi kasus yang menghasilkan data-data deskriptif yang di tuangkan dalam kata-kata kegiatan usaha dari PT marada kelor sumba dalam kondisi yang aktif bergerak untuk memotivasi dari segala segi serta demi peningkatan produktifitas yang di dukung dengan peningkatan penjualan untuk mencapai peningkatan yang optimal atas perolehan keuntunagn usaha. Kekuatan usaha yang masih dalam kisaran kekuatan medium pertengahan sebesar 2,48 dengan kelemahan 2,53 mempunyai peluang yang cukup besar yaitu 2,44 serta ancaman 2,28.
