Abstract

Digital developments in financial institutions create innovation in the products and services offered. The development of social media and the start-up industry, one of which is e-commerce, is quite popular among the public, therefore, many start-ups create pay-later products and services that are offered to the public. Ease of use, effectiveness in use, social influence and facilitating conditions are factors that influence a person's decision to use financial technology (fintech) services, especially paylater. This research aims to analyze how these factors influence the use of paylater services and how they influence the behavior of using paylater services through behavioral intentions. This research uses a quantitative approach with primary data whose correspondent objects are employees who work at financial institutions and the data will be processed and analyzed using SmartPLS. The results of this research explain that performance expectations, business expectations, social influences influence a person's intention to use paylater services, then facilitating conditions and usage intentions influence a person's behavior in using paylater services. Abstract

Pemanfaatan QRIS sebagai alat pembayaran digital semakin berkembang di Indonesia, terutama sejak pandemi COVID-19 yang mendorong penggunaan alternatif untuk mengurangi risiko penularan. Meskipun QRIS memiliki potensi besar, faktor-faktor seperti tingkat kemudahan penggunaan, manfaat, waktu, aksesibilitas, dan reputasi masih memengaruhi tingkat adopsi. Dalam konteks ini, metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) digunakan sebagai kerangka analisis, dengan penerapan SmartPLS sebagai alat analisis yang memungkinkan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang perilaku pengguna terhadap QRIS. Bank Indonesia sendiri sedang giat memperluas konektivitas QRIS ke tingkat internasional. Namun, agar promosi QRIS lebih efektif, terutama bagi generasi milenial, penelitian lebih lanjut perlu dilakukan untuk memahami perspektif mereka serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan dan penggunaan QRIS. Melalui pemahaman yang lebih mendalam ini, diharapkan dapat mengembangkan strategi yang lebih tepat guna dalam meningkatkan adopsi dan kepuasan pengguna.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of e-procurement strategies on preventing fraud in goods and services procurement with internal control systems as a moderating variable at PT Permodalan Nasional Mandiri (PNM). The complexity of fraud in goods and services procurement is the primary focus, where e-procurement is viewed as a strategic instrument to minimize fraud risks. The study employs an explanatory quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The research population comprises 80 employees of PT PNM directly involved in goods and services procurement processes. Sampling was conducted using a saturated sampling method, where the entire population served as the research sample. The studied variables include e-procurement strategy as the independent variable, fraud prevention as the dependent variable, and internal control system as the moderating variable. Research findings demonstrate that e-procurement strategy has a positive and significant effect on fraud prevention, with a p-value of 0.001. The internal control system was proven to significantly moderate the relationship between e-procurement and fraud prevention. The research confirms that comprehensive e-procurement implementation, supported by a robust internal control system, can effectively reduce fraud risks in goods and services procurement. The study provides theoretical contributions to developing a technology-based fraud prevention model and offers practical recommendations for PT PNM management to optimize procurement strategies that are transparent, accountable, and integrity-driven.

Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of transformational leadership, personality, and organizational culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among civil servant teachers in Public Elementary Schools in Kramat Jati, East Jakarta. OCB plays a vital role in enhancing organizational effectiveness, yet there are research gaps regarding its influencing factors in educational settings. This study aims to analyze the direct influence of transformational leadership and personality on OCB, as well as the mediating role of organizational culture. Using an explanatory quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires from 182 civil servant teachers selected by proportionate stratified random sampling. Data analysis employed Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Results indicate that transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on OCB (0.270) and organizational culture (0.493). Personality significantly affects OCB (0.362) and organizational culture (0.448). Organizational culture significantly influences OCB (0.364) and mediates the influence of transformational leadership (0.179) and personality (0.163) on OCB. The study concludes that developing transformational leadership, positive personality traits, and a strong organizational culture should be prioritized to enhance teachers' OCB, ultimately contributing to improved educational quality in elementary schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, konflik kerja-keluarga, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap intensi turnover dengan kompensasi sebagai variabel moderasi di PT. Hexamatics Info Tech Project HW. Masalah intensi turnover yang semakin meningkat menjadi fokus penting dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan metode survei yang melibatkan 116 karyawan yang dipilih melalui teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan Component Based Structural Equation Modeling dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap intensi turnover, sedangkan konflik kerja-keluarga berpengaruh positif signifikan. Kompensasi secara signifikan memoderasi hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan intensi turnover serta antara konflik kerja-keluarga dan intensi turnover, namun tidak memoderasi secara signifikan hubungan antara komitmen organisasi dan intensi turnover. Temuan penelitian ini mengimplikasikan perlunya strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia yang komprehensif, termasuk peningkatan kepuasan kerja intrinsik, penerapan kebijakan kerja fleksibel untuk mengurangi konflik kerja-keluarga, penguatan komitmen organisasi, serta pengembangan sistem kompensasi yang kompetitif dan adil untuk menurunkan intensi turnover karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Culture "Akhlak", Job Satisfaction, and Leadership Style on Work Motivation and Employee Performance at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Pusat. With quantitative methods, with a total of 195 respondents and analyzed using Smart PLS. This study provides results that H1 is accepted so it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between Organizational Culture "AKHLAK" on Work Motivation, H2 is accepted so it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between Job Satisfaction on Work Motivation, H3 is accepted so it can be concluded that there is an influence between Leadership Style on Work Motivation, H4 is accepted so it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between Organizational Culture "AKHLAK" on employee performance, H5 is accepted so it can be concluded that there is an influence of Job Satisfaction on employee performance, H6 is accepted so it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between Leadership Style on employee performance, H7 is accepted so it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between Work Motivation on employee performance at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Pusat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja penyaluran kredit pada bank umum konvensional di Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) Dana pihak ketiga tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja penyaluran kredit, sejalan dengan penelitian Wibowo (2022) serta Sugiharti dan Diana (2022); (2) Rasio kecukupan modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja penyaluran kredit, sesuai dengan penelitian Charakas dan Putri (2023); (3) Rasio kredit bermasalah berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja penyaluran kredit, mendukung temuan Kristyono (2019) dan Mawarti et al. (2022); (4) Rasio pendanaan terhadap pendapatan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja penyaluran kredit, sejalan dengan penelitian Rafika et al. (2022); (5) Rasio beban operasional terhadap pendapatan operasional (BOPO) tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja penyaluran kredit, konsisten dengan penelitian Fitrianingisih dan Riyadi (2020). Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi penting untuk memahami determinan kinerja penyaluran kredit pada bank umum konvensional di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study analyzes the performance of PT PNM Tangerang Branch using the Balanced Scorecard method across four perspectives: financial, customer, internal business processes, and learning and growth. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing both primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected from employees and customers of PT PNM Tangerang Branch through surveys, while secondary data were obtained from financial reports, relevant books, journals, and previous studies. The findings reveal that the internal business process perspective performs well, though improvement is needed in the dissemination of financing programs. The customer perspective demonstrates satisfactory performance. The learning and growth perspective shows positive results, but employee workload requires evaluation due to the perceived high burden. However, the financial perspective indicates poor performance, as the company has failed to generate profit for three consecutive years, primarily due to high operational costs. These results suggest that while non-financial dimensions are relatively strong, financial sustainability requires immediate strategic intervention to reduce operational expenses and improve profitability.
