Abstract

The purpose of this research are find out the service quality at PT. Pos Indonesia Cibinong and the decision customers to use package delivery services at PT. Pos Indonesia Cibinong. The kind of research used is exploratory descriptive. This study uses qualitative primary data and quantitative secondary data. The Determination of the sampling method of sample uses the method accidential. The method of analysis that used descriptive analysis that is data using application SPSS 22. Furthermore, using tabulation analysis. The result show that the service quality at PT. Pos Indonesia Cibinong already good, but for reliability of package delivery it is still not good because it produces 70.20% and it’s so small when compared to other statements, and then customers decide to use package delivery services at PT. Pos Indonesia Cibinong because of the distributors regarding the location and ease of accessing package information.

Abstract

Research on maggot farming business development strategies is still relatively limited. This research is important because it provides recommendations for business strategies that can maximize the development of the company's business. The Black Soldier Fly (BSF) larval cultivation business at the Siliwangi Unit Waste Bank has the potential to grow bigger. Business strategy provides sustainable planning to manage resources comprehensively and identify conditions for achieving future business success and gaining maximum profit. This research was conducted at the Siliwangi Unit Waste Bank, Bogor City, which was selected purposively because the BSF larval cultivation activities there have the potential to be developed further. This research uses quantitative and qualitative data sourced from primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected through surveys and direct observations by researchers, while secondary data were obtained from institutional reports, journals, books, news articles, and other library sources. Internal environment (IFE) and external environment (EFE) analysis were conducted to identify factors that could influence business success. The results of this analysis were used in the Internal-External Matrix (IE) which produced three main strategies: Growth, Stability, and Reduction Strategies. These strategies are the basis for developing the maggot cultivation business at the Siliwangi Unit Waste Bank.

Abstract

Crystal guava contains many nutrients such as vitamins B and A, as well as antioxidants that are good for health, such as boosting the immune system, aiding digestion, improving skin health, and reducing the risk of heart disease. Conducting a cost analysis is an important step that must be taken by business operators. The purpose of this study is to assist crystal guava farmers in Bantarsari in achieving fair profits through an analysis of the Production Cost Analysis for Crystal Guava Fruit in Bantarsari Village, aiming to determine the appropriate and competitive selling price for this business. Production Cost Analysis can be conducted using either the Full Costing or Variable Costing method. In this study, the Full Costing method was used, where the researcher included all production costs, such as fixed costs and variable costs, in the COGS calculation analysis. From the analysis conducted, the COGS was determined to be Rp 3,173 per kilogram, meaning that this price is the minimum selling price that can be applied for the business to reach the break-even point, where income and expenses are balanced
