Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of organizational performance in ensuring that the company can achieve strategic goals effectively and efficiently. TWWHA JO as a consortium company engaged in the construction sector faces internal challenges, such as suboptimal work coordination, varying levels of work discipline, ineffective communication between divisions, and uneven quality of human resources. The results of the study indicate that although job discipline, communication, to a certain degree, organizational structure has a positive and major impact on performance, while human resource quality has a negative and large impact on organizational performance. With a determination coefficient (R2) value of 66.2%, the four independent variables simultaneously have a significant impact on organizational performance. This indicates that organizational structure, work discipline, communication, and human resource quality account for 66.2% of the variation in organizational performance, with other factors outside the scope of this study influencing the remaining 33.8%. These findings provide implications for TWWHA JO management to pay more attention to improving the organizational structure to be more adaptive, strengthening work discipline with appropriate policies, increasing the effectiveness of cross-divisional communication, and more targeted HR quality development programs to support improving organizational performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, price, and social media promotion on consumer purchasing decisions at the online thrift store Thriftguys. The research employed a quantitative approach with a descriptive-verificative method, involving 96 respondents who had made online purchases. Data were collected through a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and tested for validity and reliability. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to examine the partial and simultaneous effects of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results indicate that product quality, price, and social media promotion have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions, both individually and collectively. A determination coefficient of 52.1 percent suggests that these three variables jointly provide a substantial explanation for purchasing decisions. These findings offer a practical basis for thrift business owners to develop more effective marketing strategies by enhancing product quality, setting competitive prices, and utilizing engaging social media promotions.

Abstract

Studi ini diarahkan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana kepuasan kerja dan keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di CV Power Karya Elektrindo. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masalah penurunan produktivitas karyawan, yang terlihat dari pencapaian indikator kinerja utama (KPI) di beberapa divisi sepanjang tahun 2024. Studi ini mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain yang bersifat deskriptif dan verifikatif, sementara data dikumpulkan melalui instrumen kuesioner, observasi, serta dokumentasi internal perusahaan, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 31 karyawan. Alat ukur yang digunakan berupa skala Likert 4 poin untuk mengukur variabel kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis regresi linier sederhana, serta uji t untuk menguji signifikansi pengaruh antar variabel. Hasil analisis regresi menegaskan bahwa keterlibatan kerja menimbulkan efek yang lebih dominan dibandingkan kepuasan kerja. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya peran faktor psikologis dan emosional dalam mendorong kinerja, sehingga perusahaan disarankan untuk mengembangkan kebijakan manajemen SDM yang lebih terarah, seperti sistem penghargaan dan pelibatan karyawan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Temuan dari studi ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi sebagai dasar dalam perumusan kebijakan SDM yang lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja.
