Abstract

"One Day Service" service is a one-day service where each applicant provides documents. This service program aims to provide population and civil registration services in villages, cities and provinces. This service aims to provide convenience to the public in the implementation and public administration. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the effectiveness of the "One Day Service" program. The findings of this research report illustrate the effectiveness of population/citizen information services in the program and the obstacles faced by population/citizen information services in the program. This work uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Observations, interviews and documentation are used as data collection techniques. This study shows that the effectiveness of the population registration service in the "One Day Service" program is not yet valid. This is due to the problem of how many have not been answered and processed by the operator due to time constraints and slow network. Sometimes there is a lack of discipline in the assigned tasks and carelessness of the employees managing the service program.

Abstract

Sesuai dengan Instruksi Gubernur Bali Nomor 8324 Tahun 2021 tentang Pengelolaan Sampah Berbasis Sumber di Desa/Kelurahan dan Desa Adat sebagai bagian dari tindak lanjut atas Peraturan Gubernur Bali Nomor 47 Tahun 2019 tentang Pengelolaan Sampah Berbasis Sumber, Desa Adat Negara Batuan melakukan langkah-langkah dengan pembuatan bak penampungan sampah organic yang dikenal masyarakat setempat dengan nama trash tank. Dalam menjalankan program ini, persoalan yang kemudian dihadapi oleh desa adalah tingginya biaya pembuatan trash tank sehingga hingga saat ini baru terdapat di sedikit fasilitas umum yang ada di Desa Adat Negara Batuan. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan yang dilakukan dengan jenis pendekatan fakta (factual approach) dan teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini terdiri teknik observasi, teknik wawancara dan teknik kuisioner. Alternatif yang dapat dilakukan dalam menghadapi persoalan yang tingginya biaya pembuatan trash tank yaitu dengan pemanfaatan biopori. Biopori adalah teknologi sederhana yang mampu meningkatkan daya resap air hujan dan meningkatkan jumlah cadangan air bersih di dalam tanah. Manfaat lain dari biopori dimusim kemarau adalah dapat dialihfungsikan menjadi penampungan sampah organic yang mudah terurai sama seperti fungsi trash tank.
