Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure on profit at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Capital structure is measured through the composition between own capital and loan capital. The data used in this study are the financial statements of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk for three years, from 2020 to 2022. The research method used is simple linear regression analysis to determine the relationship between capital structure and company profits. The results showed that there were fluctuations in the components of own capital, loan capital, and profit level during the study period. In 2020, own capital amounted to 120,889 billion rupiah and loan capital amounted to 126,054 billion rupiah with a total profit of 29,563 billion rupiah. In 2021, own capital increased to 145,399 billion rupiah and loan capital increased to 131,785 billion rupiah with a profit of 33,948 billion rupiah. However, in 2022, own capital increased slightly to 149,262 billion rupiah, while loan capital decreased to 125,930 billion rupiah with a profit of 27,680 billion rupiah. This finding shows that changes in capital structure have a significant impact on corporate profits. The optimal capital structure can maximize the profit earned, because the use of an efficient combination of own and borrowed capital can increase the value of the company and prevent the company from financial difficulties. This research is expected to contribute to financial decision making in the company and become a reference for further research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi apakah Remedial Teaching dapat mengurangi kesalahan konsep fisika siswa pada materi suhu dan kalor di kelas XI MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Bambalamotu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatf dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI MIPA 2 di SMA Negeri 1 Bambalamotu yang berjumlah 20 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah metode tes yang berupa tes diagnostik berbentuk pilihan ganda berasalan Two Tier Multiple Choice Test) yang berkaitan dengan materi suhu dan kalor. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mencari persentase pemahaman konsep siswa, tidak paham konsep dan miskonsepsi dari masing-masing indikator. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman konsep siswa SMA Negeri 1 Bambalamotu dikelas XI MIPA 2 pada materi suhu dan kalor masih tergolong rendah Pada penelitian ini diperoleh rata-rata nilai siswa yang diberikan tes diagnostik sebelum dilakukan remedial teaching itu tidak mencapai KKM dimana miskonsepsi siswa masih sangat tinggi namu setelah diberikan remedial teaching nilai rata-rata siswa sangat meningkat dan mencapai KKM dan miskonsepsi siswa menurun. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa remedial teaching dapat mengurangi miskonsepsi pada siswa.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to evaluate various social studies learning models implemented in elementary schools, see the effectiveness of each model, and identify the challenges faced in their implementation. Qualitative research methods were used by conducting classroom observations, interviews with teachers, and analysis of documents related to the curriculum and learning materials. The research results show that various social studies learning models, such as cooperative learning, project-based learning, problem-based learning, and skills-based learning, have their respective advantages and disadvantages in the context of learning in elementary schools. However, in general, it was found that project-based learning and problem-based learning had a more positive impact on students' understanding of social studies concepts and the development of social skills.
