Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi terkait peran keterlibatan dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan terhadap keterlibatan kerja dan kesuksesan karir generasi Z. Dengan latar belakang bahwa generasi Z dihadapkan pada tuntutan untuk memiliki keterampilan, kompetensi, serta keterlibatan kerja yang tinggi guna meraih kesuksesan dalam karir mereka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana keterlibatan dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan dapat mempengaruhi tingkat keterlibatan kerja dan kesuksesan karir generasi Z. Melalui metode penelitian kualitatif dengan studi pustaka, penelitian ini menyelidiki hubungan tersebut dengan menganalisis literatur terkait. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan berpotensi memperkuat keterlibatan kerja dan meningkatkan kesuksesan karir generasi Z.

Abstract

The development of technology and science is multiplying, so it affects the industrial sector in Indonesia, namely the industry that manufactures machine elements, especially in the automotive sector, which commonly uses metal as raw material. The manufacturing sector's production in the automotive industry tends to increase annually. The need for metal as raw material is constantly increasing. The WAAM welding method be utilized as one of the innovations in the industrial world that potentially reduces the use of raw metal materials by replacing them with the results of the WAAM process. In this study, a combination of GMAW and SMAW welding using the WAAM method was carried out by adding material in layers and switching between the two types of welding. The welding process is carried out by varying the current (high, medium, and low). Then, a tensile test was carried out to determine the mechanical properties of the combination results. Based on the tensile test results, it is known that the high current variation gives the best results, the increasing current lead to an enhancement of the mechanical properties. Finally, using high currents will give the best result for application in the engineering and automotive sector.

Abstract

Kemandirian keuangan daerah merupakan indikator penting keberhasilan otonomi daerah dalam membiayai pembangunan secara mandiri. Kota Madiun menunjukkan kondisi yang menarik karena mampu menjaga stabilitas fiskal meskipun menghadapi pemangkasan dana transfer dari pemerintah pusat dan dampak pandemi COVID-19, tanpa menaikkan tarif pajak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja dan tingkat kemandirian keuangan Kota Madiun selama periode 2014–2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat ketergantungan terhadap dana pusat masih sangat tinggi, dengan rata-rata sebesar 77,41 persen, sementara rasio kemandirian keuangan masih rendah, yaitu 28,17 persen, yang mencerminkan pola hubungan konsultatif. Meskipun demikian, pemerintah daerah berhasil mempertahankan stabilitas fiskal melalui efisiensi belanja serta inovasi pendapatan, terutama dari pengembangan pariwisata buatan dan digitalisasi retribusi daerah. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan kemandirian keuangan ke depan memerlukan perubahan pola pikir birokrasi yang berorientasi pada penciptaan pendapatan serta optimalisasi pemanfaatan aset daerah secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Slope instability is a critical geotechnical issue in hilly regions of Indonesia, particularly in karst-dominated terrains such as Gunung Kidul, Yogyakarta. Frequent landslides triggered by rainfall, geological discontinuities, and slope geometry pose significant risks to infrastructure and communities. This study aims to evaluate slope stability conditions in the hilly area of Gunung Kidul using the Limit Equilibrium Method (LEM). The analysis integrates geological, geomorphological, and geotechnical parameters derived from field observations, laboratory testing, and secondary data. Several limit equilibrium approaches, including Bishop, Morgenstern–Price, and generalized limit equilibrium methods, were employed to determine the factor of safety under various slope geometries and groundwater conditions. The results indicate that slope geometry and groundwater level are the dominant factors controlling slope stability, with safety factors decreasing significantly under saturated conditions. Comparisons with previous studies demonstrate that LEM provides reliable and consistent results for both two-dimensional and three-dimensional slope analyses in complex hilly terrains. This research contributes to improved slope stability assessment in karst regions and provides a scientific basis for landslide mitigation planning in Gunung Kidul and similar geological settings.
