Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of mathematics learning through learning media based on the Quizizz application with the RME Approach for students in class VIII.D SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa, this study refers to three learning effectiveness, namely seen from mathematics learning outcomes, student activities, and student responses.  This type of research is a pre-experiment that only involves one class as an experimental class with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design research design. The experimental class was class VIII.D SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa consisting of 38 students. The instruments in this study were tests, observation sheets and questionnaires through Quizizz application-based learning media with the RME Approach. The results showed: 1) Students' mathematics learning outcomes were categorised as "Improved" and "Completed" classically, namely 97.37% of students reached individual completeness t_count=19.953>t_table=1.687, 2) Students' activities in learning mathematics were categorised as "Active" which increased by 78.38%, and 3) Students' response to mathematics learning was categorised as "positive" which was 98.31%. Based on the results of this study. students have met the criteria for the effectiveness of mathematics learning, so it can be concluded that mathematics learning is effectively implemented through Quizizz application-based learning media with the RME Approach for students in class VIII.D SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar matematika pada siswa kelas V A SDN 159 Inpres Tekolabbua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar matematika melalui penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah pada siswa kelas V A SDN 159 Inpres Tekolabbua. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan sebanyak dua siklus dan setiap siklus dilaksanakan lima kali pertemuan. Setiap siklus melalui 4 tahap yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap observasi, dan tahap refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V A SDN 159 Inpres Tekolabbua sebanyak 17 orang yang terdiri dari 6 laki-laki dan 11 perempuan. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti bertindak sebagai guru dan guru matematika sekaligus wali kelas V A bertindak sebagai observer. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi (pengamatan), tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistika deskriptif. Berdasarkan analisis data tes hasil belajar pada siklus I yaitu dari 17 siswa hanya 11 siswa yang tuntas dengan persentasi ketuntasan belajar 64,70%  dan yang belum memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan minimum (KKM = 65) sebanyak 6 siswa dengan persentase 35,29%. Pada siklus II jumlah siswa yang tuntas meningkat menjadi 15 siswa dengan persentase 88,23% dan jumlah siswa yang tidak mencapai KKM adalah 2 siswa dengan persentase 11,76%. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika pada siswa kelas V A SDN 159 Inpres Tekolabbua.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan metode ekspositori dan media 3 dimensi pada materi bangun ruang di kelas V SDN 3 Tinambung Kabupaten Majene. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindak Kelas (PTK). Lokasi penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN 3 Tinambung Kecamatan Pamboang Kabupaten Majene. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi kelas V SDN 3 Tinambung Kabupaten Majene dengan jumlah siswa 25 orang tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Faktor yang akan diselidiki yaitu: (1) faktor proses. Faktor yang diamati adalah aktivitas guru dan aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika tentang bangun ruang dengan menggunakan metode ekspositori dan media 3 dimensi. (2) faktor hasil belajar. Faktor hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika tentang bangun ruang dengan menggunakan metode ekspositori dan media pembelajaran 3 dimensi. Prosedur penelitian meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Data yang sudah diperoleh dari hasil penelitian dianalisis secara statistik deskriptif digunakan untuk mendiskripsikan hasil belajar siswa pada materi bangun ruang dengan menggunakan metode ekspositori dan media 3 dimensi.  Hasil yang dicapai dalam penelitian ini yaitu yaitu: (1) Terjadi peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa dan aktivitas guru pada setiap siklus. (2) Pada siklus pertama diperoleh nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelas V SDN 3 Tinambung Kabupaten Majene yaitu 63 sedangkan pada siklus kedua diperoleh nilai rata-rata hasil belajar lebih tinggi yang mencapai 90. Ketuntasan belajar matematika pada materi pengolahan data siswa kelas V SDN 3 Tinambung Kabupaten Majene juga mengalami peningkatan. Pada siklus I, dari 11 (44%) siswa mencapai ketuntasan belajar, sedangkan pada siklus II sebanyak 22 (88%) siswa mencapai ketuntasan belajar dan ketuntasan belajar klasikal tercapai. Hal ini berarti ketuntasan belajar pada siklus II tercapai secara klasikal karena jumlah siswa yang tuntas mencapai 80%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut diatas, dapat disimpulkan hasil belajar matematika melalui metode ekspositori dan media 3 dimensi pada materi bangun ruang di kelas V SDN 3 Tinambung Kabupaten Majene mengalami peningkatan.

Abstract

In the rapidly developing digital era, technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT), Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Artificial Intelligence of Things (IoT) are becoming an integral part of education. The role of teachers and students needs to be adapted to utilize this technology effectively in facing the challenges of VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity). This community service aims to identify strategies that can be implemented by teachers and students to utilize digital technology, as well as explore its impact and benefits in education. In addition, this community service will also examine how this technology can help reduce uncertainty and complexity in a changing educational environment. The evaluation results showed excellent achievements with high scores for conceptual understanding and overall benefits, confirming that this activity provides a solid foundation for developing education responsive to the demands of the times, especially in the current VUCA era.

Abstract

The main problem in this research is that students are less interested in participating in mathematics learning, teachers in delivering learning still predominantly use the lecture method and rarely use media or tools, resulting in low mathematics learning outcomes. This research aims to determine the effect of the index card match method on student learning outcomes in mathematics learning in class IV SDN 202 Inpres Pattallassang. The type of research used is Pre-Experimental Design. The research design used was a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample in this study was 20 students. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation sheets and learning outcomes tests. The data analysis technique in this research is a descriptive data analysis technique for student learning outcomes and learning activities as well as the N-Gain test. Based on data obtained from research, the research results show that: (1) the average student learning outcomes before using the index card match method was 50.75, only 3 students out of a total of 20 students or 15% in the class achieved the criteria for achieving learning objectives (KKTP). The average student learning outcome after using the index card match method was 77.25. 17 students out of a total of 20 students or 85% achieved the learning objective achievement criteria (KKTP) and had fulfilled the class completion criteria. (2) The average increase in student learning outcomes (gain) in mathematics learning is 0.562 which is in the medium category. (3) The average percentage of student activity in class IV mathematics learning at SDN 202 Inpres Pattallassang using the index card match method is 86.25% with a student activity indicator of at least 80% of students in the class actively involved during learning. So it can be concluded that the index card match method influences student learning outcomes in mathematics learning in class IV SDN 202 Inpres Pattallassang.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of an effective evaluation and monitoring system in improving the quality of teaching Islamic education in schools. The research method used was qualitative research with a case study approach, involving the participation of Islamic education teachers from several schools as respondents. The results of the study show that the implementation of an effective evaluation and monitoring system has an important role in improving the quality of teaching Islamic education in schools. The research findings highlight the importance of setting indicators for achieving clear and measurable goals, which include aspects of religious knowledge, understanding of Islamic concepts, application in daily life, Islamic attitudes and values, and practical skills. In addition, the development of a comprehensive evaluation tool is a key factor in the implementation of this system. Written tests, oral tests, projects, class observations, and student portfolios are used as evaluation tools that cover various types of assessments. Technology utilization also plays an important role, with the use of software and applications that support the efficient collection, analysis and reporting of evaluation data. Furthermore, the involvement of teachers in the evaluation and monitoring process has proven to make a positive contribution. Teachers can provide valuable input and feedback to improve teaching methods, as well as identify areas that need improvement in the teaching of Islamic education. By implementing an effective evaluation and monitoring system, it is hoped that schools can continuously improve the quality of teaching Islamic education. This research contributes to an understanding of the importance of holistic and sustainable evaluation in supporting the development of quality Islamic education that is relevant to the times.

Abstract

This paper examines the contextualization of kitab kuning (classical Islamic texts) and the transformative research tradition that has evolved within Indonesian pesantren (Islamic boarding schools). The long historical journey of pesantren in the Indonesian archipelago has produced profound social transformations and significantly influenced the religious life of Muslim communities. According to Bruinessen, pesantren have successfully established a great tradition in Islamic education rooted in the study of classical texts, commonly referred to as kitab kuning. As institutions that nurture both intellectual heritage and research culture, pesantren hold substantial potential in addressing contemporary and future societal challenges. The research paradigm within pesantren possesses unique characteristics that distinguish it from conventional research approaches. These distinctions arise from divergent ontological, epistemological, methodological, and axiological constructions, which are deeply grounded in the social history, core values, and intellectual traditions of the pesantren itself.
