Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether the effecively and efficient financial function can be known with operational audit. The data has been collected by using: preliminary survey, internal control system test, and field research. Abstract

Indonesian Muslims have not maximally applied maturity of marriage age as an important aspect in obtaining marital success. Apart from the concept of maturity of diverse marriage age, divorces and many marital problems based on the immaturity of a married couple still rife in Indonesia. The government has even issued regulations related to the age of marriage through Law number 1 of 1974 that was revised by Law number 16 of 2019, which stipulates that marriage is limited to a minimum age of 19 years for the two brides. This article aims to find the concept of quality-oriented marriage age to complement the quantity-oriented idea as applied by the Indonesian government and as understood differently by Muslims based on the opinions of the scholars (‘ulamā). This article abstracts the concept of the ideal age of marriage from the instructions of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH as the primary reference of Islamic teachings by discussing the hadīth using the ma‘ānī al-ḥadīṡ analysis with three interpretation techniques namely textual, intertextual, and contextual interpretation to obtain comprehensive meaning. The results of the examination show that the hadīth requires the criteria for the maturity of the marriage age in the form of religious, physical, financial, and social maturity. These qualitative criteria fulfill the element of maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah and are interconnected so that they should be actualized as a new basis in the formulation of policies related to the maturity of marriage age in Muslim societies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was conducted to determine: (1) how is the description of critical thinking skills, emotional intelligence and learning independence of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. (2) whether there is an influence on the ability to think critically, emotional intelligence and independent learning together on the mathematics learning outcomes of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. (3) whether there is a positive influence on the ability to think critically on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. (4) whether there is a positive effect of emotional intelligence on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. (5) whether there is a positive effect of independent learning on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. This type of research is an ex-post facto research which is causality with a research sample of 57 students from class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa in the 2019/2020 school year using the sampling technique using cluster random sampling method. Data collection techniques using tests, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that: (1) critical thinking skills, emotional intelligence and learning independence of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa were in the good category while the mathematics learning outcomes of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa were in very high criteria. (2) the ability to think critically, emotional intelligence and independent learning together have an effect on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sunggguminasa. (3) the ability to think critically has a positive effect on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. (4) emotional intelligence has a positive effect on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. (5) independent learning has a positive effect on mathematics learning outcomes of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa.

Abstract

This article is a criticism of the Islamic education aspect, which always shown with a model of normative deductive tendencies. Of course, it is an impact on the learners. It is challenging to understand because reviewed full of knowledge that should be skyrocketing grounded, ranging from things that are theocentric to the abstract, tend to ignore the real reality that it is where the students live and interact with people different from themselves. Moreover, the methodology of teaching and learning teachers are comfortable in matters of religion. That is more suitable to be indoctrination and did not effect on dialogic. Indeed, Islamic education should attach continuously to the historical circumstances in which personalities live.

Abstract

The study aims to capture the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) from the perspectives of Lyotard and Huyula culture. CSR practices serve as a grand narrative used to obtain legitimacy for corporate practices and to mitigate negative impacts. This research adopts a qualitative approach within the framework of Postmodernism. The HUYULA culture is employed to dissect the reality of CSR. The findings of the study reveal that (1) the grand narrative in CSR practices is evident in CSR disclosures that primarily focus on fulfilling CSR item requirements according to GRI guidelines, without considering the actual facts and practices within the company. Moral values are disregarded when cases of environmental exploitation and human exploitation occur. CSR disclosures can serve as a tool for legitimizing the actions of corporate elites in serving their own interests. (2) CSR disclosures that accommodate Indonesian culture and noble values can liberate CSR disclosures from the grand narrative. The values of the Huyula culture can be integrated into CSR practices, making CSR implementation and disclosure tangible expressions of corporate care for stakeholders through a culture of mutual assistance. These values can foster the company's love for its stakeholders. Thus, CSR activities and disclosures go beyond being mere grand narratives. They become acts of corporate compassion towards fellow human beings through local wisdom values. This research provides broad insights and implies that cultural values can serve as the foundation for implementing CSR practices

Abstract

The use of Qur'anic verses as descriptions in sales has been widely practiced by producers, including in the Shopee application. This verse aims to lead the message visually and contains religious elements, so the correlation between images can attract Muslim consumers. This qualitative research seeks to explore the variety of uses of Qur'anic verses in commercialization in Shopee, describe the forms of reception of Qur'anic verses used in Shopee as a commercialization tool, and explain the factors for using Quranic verses as a commercialization tool. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive analysis with a Sociology of Religion approach and one of Peter L. Berger's theories, Social Construction. The research data comes from observations on shop accounts that use Qur'anic verses, translations, and hadith meanings as descriptions. The results showed five forms of commercialization, including Al-Qur'an verses in memes, Al-Qur'an verses in descriptions, Al-Qur'an verses and Hadith in descriptions, Hadith in descriptions, Hadith in descriptions, and Hadith in pictures and descriptions. The typology of reception in this study is included in the typology of functional reception because the Qur’an was created for humans to respond and direct to specific goals, which eventually gave birth to a motivation to change attitudes and ways of acting in everyday life. This happens because of 3 background factors: the externalization factor is the process of self-adjustment, the objectification factor is the result of self-adjustment, and the internalization factor is when producers and consumers I'd appreciate it if you could understand the meaning in the meme.

Abstract

This article is motivated by the author's interest in the al-Iktisyâf learning system at the Puncak Darussalam Islamic boarding school, because learning the yellow book does not take long. In general, the santri in mastering the yellow book takes a minimum of 8 years, through the al-Iktisyâf book it can be reached in only 6 months. This article describes two aspects. First, the teaching materials in the al-Iktisyaf book are in the form of a learning guide consisting of two volumes of books and the arguments based on the Emriti book and the practice is in the form of the Taqrib book. The learning methods used in the Puncak Darus Salam Islamic boarding school are group methods, lectures, memorization, question and answer, bandongan and wetonan methods. Second, the inhibiting factors for learning the al-Iktisyâf book are the lack of interest of students in learning the yellow book, students do not feel at home in the cottage, the difficulty of creating a pleasant learning atmosphere and the existence of translated books. The supporting factors are the sincerity and readiness of the supervisor, the patience and sincerity of all the mentors. Keywords: Learning system, Kitab kuning, Kitab al-Iktisyâf

Abstract

Kegiatan ini merupakan salah satu kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang ditujuakan untuk guru. Adapun jenis kegiatannya berupa bimbingan teknis penerbitan karya tulis ilmiah pada jurnal nasional bagi guru SMK. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk menambah dan meningkatkan pengetahuan guru tentang cara menerbitkan artikel di Jurnal nasional. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SMKN 2 Maros yang diikuti oleh 38 guru. Pelaksanaan kegiatan yang dipaparkan mengenai pemilihan jurnal yang tepat dan sesuai dengan bidang ilmu yang dimiliki dilanjutkan dengan penyesuaian template terhadap jurnal yang dipilih begitu pula dengan biaya penerbitan untuk setiap jurnal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of mathematics learning through learning media based on the Quizizz application with the RME Approach for students in class VIII.D SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa, this study refers to three learning effectiveness, namely seen from mathematics learning outcomes, student activities, and student responses.  This type of research is a pre-experiment that only involves one class as an experimental class with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design research design. The experimental class was class VIII.D SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa consisting of 38 students. The instruments in this study were tests, observation sheets and questionnaires through Quizizz application-based learning media with the RME Approach. The results showed: 1) Students' mathematics learning outcomes were categorised as "Improved" and "Completed" classically, namely 97.37% of students reached individual completeness t_count=19.953>t_table=1.687, 2) Students' activities in learning mathematics were categorised as "Active" which increased by 78.38%, and 3) Students' response to mathematics learning was categorised as "positive" which was 98.31%. Based on the results of this study. students have met the criteria for the effectiveness of mathematics learning, so it can be concluded that mathematics learning is effectively implemented through Quizizz application-based learning media with the RME Approach for students in class VIII.D SMP Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan berpikir divergen siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal pada materi geometri kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Sungguminasa. Data yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini berasal dari studi dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Oleh karena itu kami menggunakan wawancara berbasis tugas sebagai metode dalam mengumpulkan data. Subjek penelitian dipilih sebanyak 3 siswa yang mempunyai total jawaban benar yang paling banyak. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan dalam menentukan subjek penelitian, yaitu: 1. Menetapkan kelas yang akan dijadikan subjek penelitian berdasarkan pertimbangan guru bidang studi matematika yaitu kelas yang mempunyai kemampuan matematika yang baik; 2. Memberikan tes kemampuan berpikir divergen kepada seluruh siswa berupa soal cerita bangun ruang sisi datar (kubus); 3. Setelah diberikan tes, pengambilan subjek dipilih sebanyak 3 siswa yang memenuhi indikator kemampuan berpikir divergen; 4. Selanjutnya melakukan wawancara kepada subjek untuk mendapatkan data yang lebih akurat. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Reduksi Data, Penyajian Data dan Penarikan Kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan kemampuan berpikir divergen siswa pada kelas VIII C menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pada soal nomor 1 Subjek Pertama (S1) mampu memenuhi indikator intuitive dan pada soal nomor 2 mampu memenuhi indikator unpredictable. (2) Pada soal nomor 1 Subjek Kedua (S2) mampu memenuhi indikator intuitive sedangkan pada soal nomor 2 indikator unpredictable tidak dipenuhi. (3) Pada soal nomor 1 Subjek Ketiga (S3) mampu memenuhi indikator intuitive dan pada soal nomor 2 mampu memenuhi indikator unpredictable. Terlihat bahwa S1 dan S3 mampu memenuhi 2 indikator, sedangkan S2 hanya mampu memenuhi 1 indikator. Dari penjelasan di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa setiap subjek memiliki kemampuan berpikir divergen dalam menyelesaikan soal pada materi geometri yaitu bangun ruang sisi datar (kubus). Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambah wawasan pemikiran dalam pengetahuan tentang kemampuan berpikir divergen dalam menyelesaikan soal pada materi geometri.
