Abstract

Growing entrepreneurial interest cannot be done immediately without the encouragement that can drive a person's entrepreneurial spirit. The growth of student interest in entrepreneurship is influenced by motivation. Growing interest in entrepreneurship also requires the role of innovation as a response to the demands and needs of a person to survive in the midst of competition. Student entrepreneurial interest can be seen from the characteristics of an entrepreneur, namely student confidence in entrepreneurship, interest, and courage to take risks when they are entrepreneurs in the future and future-oriented when they are entrepreneurs. A person's confidence in their ability to complete a job (self-efficacy) will affect interest in entrepreneurship because a person's motivational condition is based more on what they believe than what is objectively true. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, innovation and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest of D III Hospitality students at Harapan Bersama Polytechnic Tegal. This research is quantitative research with a survey approach. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with instrument test using validity test and reliability test. The expected target of this study is to determine the significant influence of motivation, innovation and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest of D III Hospitality Polytechnic students of Harapan Bersama Tegal.The results of the study prove that there is a positive influence of motivation, innovation, self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest in D III Hospitality students of Harapan Bersama Polytechnic Tegal. The higher the motivation, innovation, self-efficacy, the interest in entrepreneurship in D III Hospitality students of Harapan Bersama Polytechnic Tegal will also increase.

Abstract

This study is titled "Analysis of the Level of Digital Marketing Literacy Using the Experiential Learning Method Among Hospitality Students at Politeknik Harapan Bersama." The objective of this research is to evaluate and understand the level of digital marketing literacy possessed by hospitality students at Politeknik Harapan Bersama across various aspects, including the use of information technology, digital communication, online collaboration, and data security. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method, with questionnaires distributed to 26 students. The findings indicate that most students have an excellent level of digital marketing literacy, with an average percentage of 84.78%. However, there are still areas that need improvement, such as understanding digital ethics and selecting valid information. These findings provide valuable insights for developing more effective training programs to enhance digital skills in Hospitality Study Program.

Abstract

The success of a hospital in carrying out its functions is marked by the results of quality service. In order for this to be realized, a hospital should be managed professionally by competent human resources and the availability of supporting facilities and infrastructure. One of the factors that influences the success of a hospital is good service quality. Quality health services are health services that can satisfy every user of health services. Another problem faced by partners is negative views of nurses, such as being rude, unfriendly, or unprofessional, which still often appear in the community. When friendliness and attention are absent, a climate of discomfort and reluctance to interact is created, resulting in suboptimal service. Health service providers, in addition to having professional ethics, also need to have good "manners" or etiquette in providing services to service users in this case patients or their families. The importance of the manners possessed by health workers in supporting service quality at Kardinah Hospital, Tegal City because health workers are the spearhead of services provided by the hospital to customers. The success of a hospital in carrying out its functions is marked by the results of quality service quality, one of which is the service provided by health workers

Abstract

The study is titled Analysis of Digital Literacy Ability Levels at Grand Dian Slawi Hotel Staff. The purpose of the study is to evaluate and understand the level of digital literacy capabilities owned by Hotel Grand Dian Slawi staff in various aspects, such as the use of information technology, digital communication, online collaboration and data security. The study used a quantitative approach with survey methods using questionnaires deployed to 26 hotel staff. The results of the study showed that most staff have excellent digital literacy rates with an average percentage of 92.31%. There are still some aspects that need to be improved, such as understanding digital ethics and valid information selection. The findings provide useful insights for the development of training programs that are more effective in improving digital skills in hospitality work environments.
