Abstract

The branches manager or Pimpimpinan Cabang Kelayu was one of the Muhammadiyah PCMs in the East Lombok Region. The implementation of Muhammadiyah Branch activities experienced many obstacles so many activities were not carried out according to what was programmed. This is the background for holding optimization activities at PCM Kelayu so that it continues to provide benefits to the community, especially at PCM Kelayu. This research aims to find out how effective the Leadership and Community of Muhammadiyah Kelayu are in carrying out the activities that have been programmed. This activity was carried out using a community development model approach, namely an effort to prepare the community along with steps to strengthen community institutions so that they can realize progress, independence and prosperity in an atmosphere of sustainable social justice through the Real Work Lecture activities of the Muhammadiyah Selong Institute of Social and Health Technology. Based on the problems that have been identified, the solution offered in the KKN-PCM program is assistance in collecting data on Muhammadiyah residents and optimizing the renewal of several AUM facilities.

Abstract

Caliph Harun ar-Rasyid was a successful ruler in his leadership. He made significant efforts to advance Islamic civilization, particularly in the economic sphere, which flourished under his rule. The achievements during his reign left a profound impression on his people. The aim of this research is to examine the economic policies implemented by Harun al-Rasyid concerning welfare and economic justice during his time. This study is a library research, involving the collection of data sources such as books, documents, and historical records about Harun ar-Rasyid. The findings indicate that Harun ar-Rasyid successfully elevated the popularity of the Abbasid dynasty and the Islamic world to its zenith through improvements in the welfare of his people and economic justice, as evidenced by his various contributions to the economy, society, and politics.

Abstract

This community engagement initiative aims to enhance the digital capacity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in rural areas through the promotion of digital literacy. The program underscores the critical role of digital transformation in expanding market access and increasing the competitiveness of local MSMEs. A participatory educational approach was employed, involving structured training sessions, ongoing mentorship, and collaborative efforts with key village stakeholders. The results indicate a significant improvement in participants' understanding of digital branding, effective use of social media, and the importance of developing a sustainable village-based economic ecosystem

Abstract

This study aims to enhance the competitiveness of fish floss SMEs in Obel-Obel Village, Sambelia District, through training on packaging design and digital marketing. Local SMEs often struggle to compete with factory-made products due to less attractive packaging and conventional marketing strategies. The training was conducted using lectures, practical sessions on design using the Canva application, and the introduction and utilization of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp as digital marketing tools. The results of the program show an improvement in participants' understanding of digital literacy, basic packaging design, and their ability to leverage digital platforms for product promotion. Additionally, participants received knowledge on health standards and product labeling from the Lombok Timur Health Office. This PKM has successfully encouraged local SMEs to innovate in product packaging, build brand awareness, and expand their market reach through digital media.

Abstract

The rise of social media usage in the digital era has transformed marketing patterns, especially for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to analyze the Social Media Marketing (SMM) strategies applied by Auva Store to increase sales and expand market reach. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, using in-depth interviews and social media content documentation as data collection methods. The results indicate that the organic use of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp has enabled more effective communication with customers, increased brand awareness, and strengthened customer loyalty. The key strategies include influencer endorsements, sales promotions, direct communication, and affiliate marketing. Despite these efforts, the store's social media engagement—measured by likes, comments, and shares—remains low, suggesting the need to improve content quality, visual appeal, and message clarity. These findings emphasize the importance of digital communication strategies in enhancing customer interaction. The study concludes that well-planned and consistent SMM can serve as a critical success factor for MSMEs to remain competitive and sustainable in the digital marketplace.
