Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of profitabiliy , leverage variables, and foreign ownership on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The type of research used is secondary data. The number of companies used as samples in the study was 10 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2015-2019 period using panel data analysis. The result showed that the profitability variable was proxies by Return On Assets, Return On Equity, the results showed that the Return On Equity variable affected on CSR disclosure, while Return on Assets did not effect. The leverage variable proxies by the Debt Equity Ratio and foreign ownership variable does not effect on CSR disclosure.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tata kelola pemerintah(governance) terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di ASEAN. Adapun variabel-variabel yangditeliti dalam penelitian ini meliputi Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Governance Indicators yangdijelaskan dengan proksi voice and accountability, political stability, governanceeffectiveness, regulatory quality, rule of law, dan control of corruption. Jumlah penduduksebagai variabel kontrol. Fokus penelitian terdiri dari 10 negara ASEAN meliputi,Indonesia, Malaysia, Filipina, Singapura, Thailand, Brunei Darussalam, Kamboja, Laos,Myanmar, dan Vietnam dengan periode penelitian tahun 2010 sampai 2019 menggunakananalisis data panel. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa variabel GovernanceEffectiveness, Political Stability, Regulatory Quality dan Rule of Law berpengaruh positifsignifikan pada Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, sedangkan untuk variabel Control of Corruptiondan Voice and Accountability tidak berpengaruh terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi diASEAN.

Abstract

The branches manager or Pimpimpinan Cabang Kelayu was one of the Muhammadiyah PCMs in the East Lombok Region. The implementation of Muhammadiyah Branch activities experienced many obstacles so many activities were not carried out according to what was programmed. This is the background for holding optimization activities at PCM Kelayu so that it continues to provide benefits to the community, especially at PCM Kelayu. This research aims to find out how effective the Leadership and Community of Muhammadiyah Kelayu are in carrying out the activities that have been programmed. This activity was carried out using a community development model approach, namely an effort to prepare the community along with steps to strengthen community institutions so that they can realize progress, independence and prosperity in an atmosphere of sustainable social justice through the Real Work Lecture activities of the Muhammadiyah Selong Institute of Social and Health Technology. Based on the problems that have been identified, the solution offered in the KKN-PCM program is assistance in collecting data on Muhammadiyah residents and optimizing the renewal of several AUM facilities.

Abstract

This service was carried out in Perian Village involving several elements consisting of the local community, regional office, village government and KKN participants. The aim of this service is that it is hoped that participants can understand the factors that cause sexual violence and can avoid it, thereby creating a space for movement that is safe and free from the threat of violence. The methods used in this service are the lecture method, FDG and two-way discussion between resource persons and participants. Whatever the results of this service, Perian Village is still classified as vulnerable to sexual violence, therefore it is hoped that the local community will be more alert and the relevant government should pay attention to the risks for perpetrators as early as possible through the formation of regulations and sanctions for perpetrators and intense guidance for victims so that victims not disturbed by his psychology.

Abstract

Caliph Harun ar-Rasyid was a successful ruler in his leadership. He made significant efforts to advance Islamic civilization, particularly in the economic sphere, which flourished under his rule. The achievements during his reign left a profound impression on his people. The aim of this research is to examine the economic policies implemented by Harun al-Rasyid concerning welfare and economic justice during his time. This study is a library research, involving the collection of data sources such as books, documents, and historical records about Harun ar-Rasyid. The findings indicate that Harun ar-Rasyid successfully elevated the popularity of the Abbasid dynasty and the Islamic world to its zenith through improvements in the welfare of his people and economic justice, as evidenced by his various contributions to the economy, society, and politics.

Abstract

The digital economy has brought significant changes to various societal economic activities, shifting previously manual processes to digital-based systems. This study aims to analyze the impact of digital economic development on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in East Lombok Regency, particularly in terms of business income improvement. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, utilizing primary data collected through interviews and observations of 100 MSMEs, and secondary data from literature, statistics, and official documents. The findings reveal that digitalization facilitates MSMEs in expanding their market reach from local to national and international levels. MSMEs in East Lombok Regency utilize social media and e-commerce platforms, such as Shopee and Tokopedia, to market their products, increasing brand visibility and sales volume. Digitalization also enhances operational efficiency and creates opportunities for faster business growth compared to traditional methods.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat di sinergikan dengan kegiatan KKN Mahasiswa memiliki dampak yang sangat besar bagi warga dilokasi tersebut, program pemberdayaan tersebut sebagai bentuk pelayanan administrasi kependudukan . Adapun pelayanan yang dilakukan ialah, Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP), Kartu Identitas Anak (KIA), Akta Kematian, Akta Kelahiran dan Kartu Keluarga (KK). Tentunya pelaksanaan program ini sebagai salah satu upaya dalam menambah pemahaman wawasan kepada masyarakat akan pentingnya memiliki data kependudukan. Hasil yang diharapkan dari program ini adalah setelah diberikan penyuluhan, masyarakat dapat dibantu untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi terkait administrasi kependudukan.

Abstract

This community engagement initiative aims to enhance the digital capacity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in rural areas through the promotion of digital literacy. The program underscores the critical role of digital transformation in expanding market access and increasing the competitiveness of local MSMEs. A participatory educational approach was employed, involving structured training sessions, ongoing mentorship, and collaborative efforts with key village stakeholders. The results indicate a significant improvement in participants' understanding of digital branding, effective use of social media, and the importance of developing a sustainable village-based economic ecosystem

Abstract

Diberlakukannya dua sistem moneter di Indonesia yakni operasi moneter konvensional dan operasi moneter syariah guna menstabilkan kondisi perekonomian negara. Salah satu parameter utama yang berguna mengetahui dan menilai kemunduran atau peningkatan ekonomi suatu negara yakni produk domestik bruto. Penelitian ini berguna untuk menganalisis pengaruh hubungan instrumen moneter konvensional dan instrumen moneter syariah terhadap produk domestik bruto. Adapun rentang waktu penelitian yang digunakan yakni data triwulan dari tahun 2012 sampai 2020, menggunakan alat analisis Vector Auto Regression atau Vector Error Correction Model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Reverse Repo Surat Utang Negara, Sertifikat Bank Indonesia Syariah, dan Fasilitas Simpanan Bank Indonesia Syariah pada jangka pendek tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produk domestik bruto, sedangkan Sertifikat Bank Indonesia memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap produk domestik bruto. Pada jangka panjang hanya variabel FASBIS yang tidak bepengaruh signifikan terhadap produk domestik bruto di Indonesia.

Abstract

This research is entitled "The effectiveness of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in improving community welfare. The aim of this research is to determine the level of effectiveness of the family hope program in improving community welfare in Suryawangi Village. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with the research location in Suryawangi Village. Data collection techniques include primary data collection (observation and interviews). Data analysis in this research includes three components consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/data verification. The results of this research show that the effectiveness of the family hope program in improving community welfare in Suryawangi Subdistrict has been declared good and can help reduce the burden of community expenditure. The indicators of effectiveness are understanding the program, being on time, right on target, achieving goals and real changes that have gone well. However, this PKH cannot be said to be completely effective in terms of improving community welfare if seen from the indicators of target accuracy and punctuality.
