Abstract

Rendahnya minat siswa dalam belajar aksara Kaganga mengakibatkan kurang menariknya proses pembelajaran dan kurangnya kreativitas dalam proses pembelajaran yang menyebabkan tidak maksimalnya hasil belajar pada pembelajaran aksara Kaganga. Tim PKM-PM telah memberikan inovasi media pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran muatan lokal dengan menggunakan Scrabble Kaganga untuk mengatasi kejenuhan dan mengurangi rasa bosan pada siswa dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Dengan adanya media interaktif ini membuat siswa lebih mudah dalam memahami aksara kaganga, dan membuat suasana kelas menjadi semangat dan antusias sehingga siswa tidak bosan dalam mempelajari aksara kaganga itu sendiri. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan metode pemberian sosialisasi, pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan evaluasi. Hasil data evaluasi dapat dilihat pada ‘Tabel Distribusi Frekuensi Skor Tabulasi Kuesioner” dengan hasil tingkat sangat setuju yang tinggi lebih dari 85% untuk penggunaan media interaktif Scrabble Kaganga Hal ini menyatakan bahwa media interaktif Scrabble Kaganga dapat menjadi solusi yang tepat dalam permasalahan mitra tim PKM-PM. Abstract

The rapid development of technology has brought significant changes in various fields, including education. Maths education, often considered a challenging subject, can now be transformed by the use of technology to improve students' understanding and learning outcomes. This research uses the literature review method to explore various studies and publications that discuss the role of technology in mathematics education. The results show that technology has a crucial role in the transformation of mathematics education. The use of visualisation software, educational apps and e-learning platforms has been shown to help students better understand abstract mathematical concepts. Technology also enables more adaptive and personalised learning, provides a variety of resources that can be accessed anytime and anywhere, and increases student engagement and motivation. The instant evaluation and feedback provided by technology helps students to immediately correct mistakes and understand the material more deeply. In addition, the integration of technology in mathematics learning also helps to improve students' digital skills, which is important for their future.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the effectivitas of the Cooperative Learning Model Gallery Walk type on the motivation of 10th- Grade students in Visual Communication Design at SMK Negeri 3 Kepahiang. The research is of a descriptive qualitative nature, with the entire population consisting of 10th- Grade Communication design students at SMK Negeri 3 Kepahiang. Data for this study were collected through surveys, observations and interviews. The finding indicated that students display increased motivations during English lessons, show greater participation, contribute to a more engaging classroom environment, and maintain better focus during learning activities. Abstract

This study aims to explore the effectiveness of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) in improving students' mathematics skills through a literature review. PBL is a teaching method that places students at the centre of learning with an emphasis on solving contextual problems relevant to everyday life. The literature review showed that PBL can improve students' understanding of mathematical concepts and develop their critical and creative thinking skills. In addition, this method also strengthens students' collaborative and communication skills through structural group work. However, the successful implementation of PBL is influenced by several factors, such as the availability of resources, teachers' skills in implementing PBL, and the support of the school environment. To optimise learning outcomes, training for teachers and full support from all parties involved in the education process are required. The results of this study are expected to provide insights for educators about the potential of PBL as an effective method in improving students' mathematics skills.

Abstract

This study aims to identify ethnomathematics found in the wall ornaments of Lebong traditional houses. This research is a qualitative descriptive research using an ethnographic approach. This research was carried out in Gunung Alam Village, Pelabai District, Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province. The focus of this research informant is the head of the traditional and cultural leaders in Lebong district. Data collection is carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Observations in this study were made through direct observation of the wall ornaments of Lebong traditional houses, it was identified that there was ethnomathematics in the wall ornaments of Lebong traditional houses. Furthermore, the information is deepened with interviews and documentation. The data analysis process is carried out by means of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that in the wall ornaments of Lebong traditional houses there are ethnomathematics, namely circles, rotations, reflections and translations. Ethnomathematical activities, namely measuring, counting and designing, are found in the process of making wall ornaments. Furthermore, the findings of this research can be developed into teaching materials such as modules, LKPD, and others based on wall ornaments of Lebong traditional houses.

Abstract

Abstrak Program kampus mengajar merupakan salah satu program dari merdeka belajar kampus mengajar (MBKM) yang dimana berupa asistensi mengajar untuk memperdayakan mahasiswa dalam membantu proses pembelajaran di sekolah di berbagai Desa/Kota, salah satu sasaran sekolahnya adalah SMPN 039 Bengkulu Utara Kecamatan Batik nau, Provinsi Bengkulu. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan hasil belajar peserta didik terkhusus untuk pembelajaran matematika dengan materi statistika pada peserta didik kelas VII C SMPN 039 Bengkulu Utara. Metode yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah metode kualitatif yang mana dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data: observasi, berdiskusi, dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan pembelajaran menggunakan alat peraga ini peserta didik lebih mudah untuk memahami materi persamaan linear satu variabel yang di pelajari. Kata Kunci: Matematika, Alat Peraga, Sistem Persamaan Linear Satu Variabel Abstract The teaching campus program is one of the programs of the independent teaching and learning campus (MBKM) which takes the form of teaching assistance to empower students to help with the learning process in schools in various villages/cities, one of the target schools is SMPN 039 North Bengkulu, Batik Nau District, Bengkulu Province . This community service activity aims to improve students' learning outcomes, especially for learning mathematics with statistics material for class VII C students at SMPN 039 North Bengkulu. The method used by the author is a qualitative method which uses data collection techniques: observation, discussion, documentation. The results of this research show that by learning using this teaching aid it is easier for students to understand the one-variable linear equation material being studied. Abstract

Ada beberapa permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada pembelajaran di sekolah dasar salah satunya adalah pembelajaran matematika. Permasalahannya yaitu sebagian siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan soal matematika sehingga membuat mereka tidak tertarik untuk belajar matematika. siswa juga lebih suka bermain daripada belajar matematika. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media ular tangga terhadap kemampuan matematika pada siswa kelas II SD N 22 Kota Bengkulu. Permainan ular tangga juga merupakan permainan yang disukai oleh siswa sekolah dasar. Pembelajaran matematika menggunakan media permainan ular tangga menjadi Solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, karena dengan menggunakan media permainan ular tangga siswa dapat terlibat secara aktif dan dapat membantu siswa yang mengalami kesulitan belajar. Penelitian bertujuan memotivasi dan membangkitkan minat siswa untuk menjalani proses belajar mengajar agar lebih fokus dan lebih rajin belajar sehingga kegiatan belajar dapat lebih efektif di SD N 22 Kota Bengkulu. Abstract

This literature review explores the potential avenues for enhancing the quality of mathematics education through innovative approaches. The analysis encompasses conventional and emerging methodologies, focusing on problem-based learning, gamification, and inquiry-based strategies. The study evaluates the strengths and limitations of these approaches, drawing insights from empirical studies to underscore their impact on student engagement and achievement. Additionally, the review addresses challenges faced at the student and teacher levels, proposing strategies such as comprehensive teacher training and technological support. The implications for mathematics education are discussed, emphasizing the need for a balanced integration of conventional and innovative methods. Recommendations for future research highlight potential areas for further exploration, including the long-term impact of innovative approaches on student learning outcomes. This comprehensive literature review is a valuable resource for educators, policymakers, and researchers seeking to optimize the quality of mathematics education.

Abstract

Tingkat produktivitas dan kemandirian masyarakat desa merupakan faktor penting dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan. Namun, keterbatasan literasi dasar, literasi digital, dan kewirausahaan masih menjadi kendala di Desa Sri Kuncoro. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat melalui transformasi literasi yang terintegrasi. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pelatihan berbasis partisipatif, pendampingan teknis, serta workshop kewirausahaan berbasis potensi lokal. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan baca-tulis masyarakat, keterampilan penggunaan teknologi digital untuk mendukung kegiatan ekonomi, serta terbentuknya beberapa unit usaha kecil berbasis komunitas. Transformasi literasi ini terbukti efektif dalam mendorong perubahan pola pikir menuju kemandirian ekonomi yang berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini merekomendasikan perlunya program pendampingan lanjutan dan kolaborasi multipihak guna memperkuat dampak yang telah dihasilkan.
